I checked in in advance from there website also I reached before time. They didn't value other's time and denied to service.

I have brought my 3 year old son to this location a few times, and Poonam has been so kind, patient, and fun with him every time. I highly recommend booking with her!

Used to be great and my go-to spot for a haircut. Not anymore. I literally just left feeling like a burden for booking with them and I can honestly say I did nothing wrong here.

1. I booked online at 4: 10ish, received a 15-min update and arrived on time. Naturally sometimes things take longer as they were cutting/styling hair for a family of 5, I had no issue waiting an additional 15 minutes. I did have an issue with being greeted 8-minutes in and not being checked in. Then when I was greeted again by someone else down the line she checked me and was my stylist
2. Apparently they were closing at 5 & I was their last client. I’d have rather been asked to come back the next day then being given bare minimum service which is detailed below. If you’re in such a rush, how about closing online check-in earlier in the day? !
3. I usually get a wash, cut, & blow out with serum & have my hair dowsed in their leave in conditioner (which I also purchase). This is all on my file. I wasn’t given the option for anything today. It was “sit down, spray ends of hair minimally with water, brushed it out without fixing my part (as I was running errands earlier), blow dried my front pieces a bit, and was asked to get up and leave. ” All within 11 minutes of being greeted the second time. No attempt at small talk or any pleasantry was made.
4. I asked for a straight cut, since my hair wasn’t even prepped properly I came home to realize it’s not even straight! I also left with damp hair from the water that was sprayed in my ends only and not blow dried.

Way to make someone feel like absolute garbage when a hair care experience is supposed to make you feel refreshed and great about yourself. I usually get the blow out (which they were doing for others as I waited patiently) so that my hair is prepped and good to go for the rest of the day. I did still purchase the leave in conditioner because I really do love it, but I’ve never not tipped for their services until this experience.

2 stars only because I used to like this location and I’m sure other stylists give a damn.

Jas was wonderful, very friendly and cut my hair to exactly the way I wanted! I couldn’t have higher praise!

Johannah and Jas are absolutely fantastic! They were friendly and made the kids feel relaxed and welcomed. They understood what would look best on the kids and they were quick, too!

Very friendly staff. They know what they’re doing. Darshana, my stylist, was super professional. She didn’t let me feel a cut or any discomfort. I was ready to go in hardly 10 minutes. I would definitely recommend to try this place.

Great experience today at the Airport Rd Greatclips, Darshana was excellent! She took the time to listen to exactly how I wanted my hair cut, reviewed the length I wanted and showed me exactly how much she was cutting off and where, she is a true professional and gave me an awesome cut. I will be back for sure! Greatclips is the best bang for the buck, checkin online and use the coupon

I was treated very rudely by the hair dresser name “jas”she was handling front desk aswell I don’t think they have the training they need.

My review is long overdue! I have been coming to get my haircut at Great Clips Woodhill Centre for over 10 years! In particular, I would like to express how happy I am with the fantastic service I receive from Jas! She is courteous, kind, caring, and very professional. Even though my profile is in the system, she always reconfirms how I would like my hair cut. This shows me that I am valued and that she sincerely cares about my experience at Great Clips! She gets it right every time!

Loved loved loved the service from this location! Staff was so friendly and sweet! Got my hair cut and blow dry from Poonam who is amazing. She walked me though how I should cut my hair and styled it to my liking! Usually I don’t trust people with my long hair but she made me feel so comfortable and promised me she wouldn’t cut my length! Can’t thank you enough Poonam! Will definitely be coming back

Always fast and friendly service here, I travel from Downtown Toronto to come here. Soon moving to Brampton, so the trip will be much shorter soon.

They are friendly and professional. They discussed in detail with me what I wanted and I also consulted them on general hair care. Awesome experience.

I paid around $26 for a haircut including taxes and tip. The haircut was okay. They have coupons which will reduce your expenses. I have visited two locations and sometimes the haircut is great and sometimes it’s poor, depends on the person who does it.

First time customer. Joannah really helped me out on deciding which fade to get and she did a phenomenal job. Very thankful for her!
