Just had my 3rd strike here! You should seriously hire someone who knows how to use scissors. Just terrible "hair dressers" if that's what you call them!?

The worst hair cut i ever got! I asked the hair dresser to not cut my fronts and a minute later she chopped it off! The layers are horrible and for someone that said that cut the hair for 14 years its really poor job! I came with a long nice hair that were too hard to manage and left with a cut I'm really uncomfortable about.

I had my hair cut twice by one of the women (forget her name but a blond Ukrainian woman). Terrible job cutting, she was pushy, didn't listen and clearly didn't know how to cut my particular hair. Paid to get my hair butchered. Will definitely request a different stylist in the future. She was downright awful.

Took my 2 daughters in for a haircut maybe 2 weeks ago, both of my kids don't have much hair and their hair is really thin, with the tiny bit of hair that got cut off cost $47 (not including tip) that's ridiculous if you ask me. I've taken them here maybe 4 times cause it's convenient and easy to get to but for that price don't think I'll be going back.

Ben is amazing. I love this place. Even if Ben isnt there, always gotten a good haircut and always treated very well.

My first experience at great clips was amazing but suddenly it gotten bad. My last 2 hair cuts weren't the best and the last one was even worse. Uneven proportion, not even the hair cute I wanted, my side burns are uneven one is shorter than the other. I have to wear a hat until it grows back now

For the price is worth it if they do the haircut you want and have little error. I'm ok with once in awhile but there was too many errors in my haircut. But I don't think it's worth it anymore so I'm not going back until it gets better

I have paid $120 for a cut that was inferior to the $28 or something dollar cut I get from the best stylist I have ever had. He works at the Barton St. Great clips and is clearly punching down. I’ve been going to him for several years, I would travel from a different city to have him do my cut. He works there because he’s older now, and salon atmosphere is not for him. Trained at a very famous school. Don’t go there if you want a latte or a nice bathroom experience for your kids, that are getting their back to school haircuts. Come washed, ready, and with a picture. I’m not going to name any names. You’ll know him if you see him. Is a master stylist.

I used the website to book an appointment for myself, which was very easy to do. I got a text 15 before my haircut and didn't have to wait when I arrived.
The place was clean, the staff was friendly and seemed well organized. The price wasn't great but other than that i think I'll be back

Went in for a basic haircut. Worst experience in my life. A haircut should be relaxing. Well it was far from relaxing. Never have I ever had to stand to get my hair cut. He asked me to stand so he could cut it straight. Well I’m sorry but it’s still not straight. Worst cut ever very disappointed and will probably not be returning again for a hair cut.
