Great Clips

I came to the Fletcher's Creek location and told the worker my name, and while waiting 15 minutes in she was still going down the list and looking at me calling other people's names. I told her my name about 7 times and she continued calling other people's names who weren't there while and was still looking at me. I'm not sure if she was doing it to be spiteful, however I found it be disrespectful and drisciminatory.

The other worker who cut my hair found my name on her lift and she did a great job cutting my hair.

I normally go to the Bramalea and Sandalwood location and after my experience I don't think I'll be going to Fletcher's Creek Blvd again. If a customer tells you their name once you should know.

The place has gone downhill ever since Teresa quit. The only person out of 4 others I've tried who understands the customers needs, takes her time in making sure the customer is aware of what's happening and gives the best haircut especially when it comes to fades.

The others here are just pointless to go to. I've been frequenting here for the past 2 years and they have notes of how a haircut needs to be done for every repeat customer. With Teresa no issues, u walk in she checks the notes, explains what you'd need and the outcome is great. With others it's a 10 min trim with no fading, I see a solid demarcation between the 0 and 1 trim even though I showed them pics of what I'm looking for. Try and avoid, 30$ for 10 mins with a bad haircut, not worth it.

I went to this location, the stylist Josie did a wash and blow dry I loved the way she took her time. She is an amazing stylist I highly recommend her services and will go back!

I went to the flechers creek location great clips and Josie cut my kids hair and they really loved it. She's great with kids and did a really good job on my hair too! Highly recommend this hairdresser!

I recently visited for my son's haircut to this place, hairstylist named JOSIE who served him for his haircut. This time we simply asked her to do the exact same hairstyle for my son, which was done previously 2 times at the same location by her coworkers without any issues. So previously when we went two time previous two Indian ladies they wrote the note in the system that what to do and where to do what number to achieve this kind of hairstyle which we liked it.

Even though I made clear that we want to have the exact same hairstyle with the same length still she was confused, I even showed her some pictures of the hairstyles was done previously, she was still making mistakes.

I was able to see that even after reading the previous notes she was making mistakes. I also showed her and was trying to help her by correcting her but instead of correcting her mistake, she was trying to blame me. She was trying to tell me that I did not understand her and she suddenly started yelling at me while I was just trying to explain her and trying to talk with her nicely

If you are not able to do the job you are being asked to do why don't you clearly said before the job start or give other stylist the job if you don't know how to do it properly, also her method was not kid friendly, even though my son was completely steady, it was hurting him.

When taking payment she asked our today's experience, when I replied that we are not happy then she started being rude and started yelling and constantly telling me that it is my mistakes, made us feel like we made a mistake going there. Even other staff did not told her anything, as they are scared of her.

DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND HER FOR KIDS.

I take my kids here, they are always great with them. Staff is always nice and friendly, haircuts have always been well done. Would recommend this location

This location knows how to give good haircuts. They even tell you if your suggested hairstyle will look good on you or not. They good fantastic fades and edging on your cuts. Price is a little bit high but when they have coupons, you’ve got nothing to loose. This is a very busy location to always book an online appointment and just show up for your time.

Terrible experience
Was there yesterday for a haircut and the lengths were so uneven it's ridiculous. Went back today to have it corrected and got refused from the staff. Was told to come back when the girl who cut it comes in. And never even told me when her next shift is.

Very bad system to manage time. Poor customer handling. Employees were not even patient enough to listen to me.

Avoid this location at all cost.
Even after online check-in and right on time with my name top on the list. Made to wait additional 20 mins.
Receptionist runs her own preferred list.

TERRIBLE hair cut. $30 for a men's hair cut, hairdresser left my hair looking choppy.

Im a happy costumer here. It’s my first time in great clips, didn’t expect much but I’m not exaggerating when I say JOSIE just went above and beyond. She’s AMAZING! I asked for a short A-line bub cut she explained how it will be done and there you go! By the way their price is the most genuine. I’ll definitely comeback in this location & i will definitely look for Josie.

Not good. Some of the barbers just don't know how to deliver a modern haircut. My barber gave me a haircut so bad I had to change the way I combed my hair. "sorry I forgot" - she said.

I made an appointment online, the estimated wait time was 108 mins, I was in the salon 10 min before my estimated time, and I had to wait for 45 min more to done my hair cut,
This is horrible when you made an appointment for your ease,
What’s the meaning of checked in online?
If I have arrived before my schedule time they should take me first
I was in US for quite a long time and great clips was my favorite and I never see any such issues with great clips
I need to see other salon for me and my kids

The hairdresser named Josie is extremely disrespectful. I have had two encounters with her. The first time she spent the entire haircut complaining that I’m getting a fade which was apparently too much work for her and then got angry that I used a coupon that Great Clips mailed me. The second time she tried to lecture me because I called my check in an “appointment”. Strongly recommend not accepting her as your hairdresser if you visit there.

Place was terrible lady cut my hair dont know how to cut. Dont take your kids or anyone and make sure you got no special plans cause they will mess them up with the haircut they give you.

I went there today to get my son’s hair cut done! What I saw there I couldn’t believe! Every hairdresser was looking tired and stressed, I don’t know why! The one I witnessed, she was called everyone’s name and called a 6-7 year old boy who was there first. While she got him on the chair his dad was trying to tell her what to cut she first didn’t even listen him properly. While she started cutting his hair she told boy to keep his head stable. Now fun part is the boy was pretty stable not sure why was she so annoyed! Guess what after not even a minute, she started yelling at him that, “I don’t like to touch people’s head while cutting hair, why can’t you keep your head straight” after sometime again same story continues! I was so disappointed that his dad was there but didn’t even say anything! I felt like to get up and say something to her. I convinced my some not to get haircut done at this salon as things are not looking right. I got up immediately and left as I felt like her comments and actions were bit racial which I can’t tolerate if that happens to me or my family. I could see that father’s expressions that he wanted to say something but didn’t have courage or strength. I am glad I left there rather then regretting my decision later! The other staff members were also not very cheerful! They were also looking like they are in some sort of stress and pressure. No staff were talking or making eye contact with each other. It was like enemy zone! Never going back as if the environment isn’t positive they can’t deliver happiness! I can’t have someone mess up with my hair.

Did not accept the coupon they supplied saying it had to be used from 9: 30-2pm. These terms were not on the coupon. When I went to another location they accepted the coupon just fine.

Went online signed in was one minute drove over with my wife at 530 pm as the business is posted open until six pm. Was told two other people came in ahead and can't get a cut. If you are closed lock the door and turn your open sign off and then he sneaky people take our online waiting time off. I drove over wasted mine and my wife's time and gas money. This place clearly does not want the business. I hate first choice but now i'll never use this location of great clips. I have done this at several locations and never had a issue 30 minutes before close. Even with lines ups they took everyone. I searched I only experience these things and customer services fails in Brampton. From.now on Georgetown and Milton is where I'm spending my money on people that work hard and understand the value of a dollar and time spent
