I won’t lie, it wasn’t the cleanest hair salon I’ve been to but let me tell you… Anna really hooked me up. I wanted bangs and I was really nervous about doing a change in my hairstyle and she delivered. They look beautiful i’m in love and i’m getting so many compliments plus all this for a great cost!

Will not return to this location. Asked for layers and it turned out horribly. Looks like someone chopped a couple pieces in the front 4 inches shorter than the rest. No blending. Do not recommend. Better to pay more and go elsewhere.

Best customer service here. I got a lovely haircut with a lovely chat. She listened to what I wanted with my hair and executed perfectly. Will definitely be coming here more for haircuts!

Great place to get a haircut for a reasonable price especially if you have to get your haircut every 4 weeks like I do. Friendly staff and pretty quick too.

Never before in my life I left a hair salon liking my hair cut. This is the first time. Jennifer did a great job by really listening to me and understanding how I like it to be cut. She made sure to take notes on the system to register the way I like it. Highly recommended!

I took my kids to this location multiple times, but today the lady was in a rush, she interrupted me when I was trying to explained the haircut and she said she knew what to do but, clearly she didn't have an idea. I mentioned at least 3 times to not cut the top, however, she decided to do whatever she wanted. My son is embarrassed, he had to go with his friends to a party today and he is in tears because it looks awful. He's gonna have to wear a hat for weeks now. I don't know how she had the courage to charge for this awful haircut.

Took a coupon was a great hair cut for 20$ including tax. But for 30$ plus tax there's much better.

I was at the third line branch today and Anna did an spectacular job on my thick damaged hair. She is both very friendly and professional. Lucky to meet her! Highly recommended too!

Great hair saloon at affordable prices. Its can be compared to any high end expensive saloons. Barbers know their job well.

Nice staff but haircut is so so and not very skilled but if they are, you're probably going to pay more. If you're lucky you may find a hidden gem but who is willing to risk their look. May be if it's cheaper. Would rather go somewhere else for better haircut.

Hairdressers are very friendly. My kids and I all had wash and haircuts. They were able to accommodate us all when we got there. Online booking is very convenient.

It was ok. TBH $32.00 for a kids cut.yesh. Girl didnt even blow dry her hair. Probably just go back to an independent salon for the same price she is getting a blow dry style too.

Omg. Fabulous. So I brought in a pic of Martha Stewart's new haircut. Beren, the lovely lady, copied it absolutely perfectly. I don't look like Martha but MY HAIR DOES. So pleased and grateful.

Berin is the best at that location if she is not there I won't go, tried many and she is the only one who only understand what I need and spent time to have my hair looks perfect

We went there yesterday for haircut for my two kids. I hate to say this but the quality of haircut was not good. There were 2 ladies at the site servicing clients at around 3pm and one of them seems to be very good (polite and better hair cutting skills as I was watching many clients coming and going) but the other lady’s quality of hair dressing skill was very bad (seemed to me that she has not gone through any hair dressing professional training before). I wonder what is the hiring practice of great clips. Does great clips check the certification and skills of its hair dressers? I’d request the management to assess the skills level of the hair dressers before making a hiring decision. I don’t want to see a local great clips fail due to poor service. This post is towards doing my bit to ensure the voice of customers are raised, don’t let one or two apples spoil the whole basket and loose clients!

Professional services. Priscilla was exceptional. With patience, care and good listening skills she understands what client really wants and delivers the cut. You can expect genuine services from this place.

Had a good experience so far, no complaints:) Like the app which provides you a time as to when you can be there for your appointment.

Very rude, not professional. One of them did not cut my son's hair (23 years old wheelchair) saying that she cannot reach and she was yelling at him all the time. Another lady was able to cut his hair for him. That is a recism. I'll not go there again and do not recommend this place for anyone.

They have amazing staff and are really good with kids. I have personally been taking both my kids here for the past 7 years.

I used to like to go to the one at Third line and Dundas oakville but unfortunately the management changed and the hairdresser who did my daughter's hair made it look horrible and kept on telling her that this is not what she is looking for but she was unable to understand, travelled and when came back asked to have it fixed but they refused saying that it passed over a week and that they can't do anything, so disappointed, bad experience

Worst experience ever! After 10 minute hair cut, the lady asked me whether it is OK and she started to unclip the back of cover on my cloth. I gave her some instructions so she continued. But she did not clip back the back of the cover. How come she can forget that? Either did it out of laziness, negligence or did it on purpose. Now the back of my shirt and coat are all full of hair that’s hard to pick out from the cloth! Customer be aware! I will not go to this place ever again.

Let friends jump the line in front of waiting customers, even when not signed in on BS app, extend wait time after you have committed to waiting

Quick haircut for my son. Can be hit/miss sometimes. Pay attention to who is cutting and being very specific with what you want def helps.

Every time i go for a haircut i have to explain this and that but this is for the first time the lady looked at my head and perfectly gauged what i needed. Also she was tender and polite. I really loved coming here and will come back again.

Had an amazing experience today at Great Clips. Jennifer gave me one of the greatest haircuts I've ever had. Will definitely be going back

We had to wait 15 minutes for our turn. It is getting busier lately.

Awful haircut.they literally do not know how to cut hair, must be winging it. 0 stars would be my rating if possible.

Great staff and more often than not a rather decent haircut at a price that doesn't hurt your wallet. What more to expect from a next door barbershop.

PS. I am not into heavy duty hair styling.

Rude service. They speak to you in a loud and rude manner. Made me wait 10 minutes even though the place was empty, plus I had made an appointment. On top of that, one of the worst haircuts i've had in years. Terrible experience.

It was my 1st hair cut here after 50 mins of wait along with my daughter, hair trimming is done so badly. I can see uneven cut here and there.need to see my favorite barber shop at Mississauga in this weekend to fix it.

I had an awful experience. First, I was asked to come for my haircut, then sent back as another lady said her son's name is on the list before me. Surely, the staff member should not be calling me to come first only to send me back. Then the lady that cut my hair refused to use the machine I preferred and then allow me to decide if I wanted to shorten my hair further, flat out rudely, despite witnessing the poor treatment I faced earlier. I had to repeat my information 8 times as the lady couldn't use their counter machine. I pay for my haircut, it is not a charity service that I should be treated in a rude and obnoxious manner.

Don’t ever go here unless you want horrible hair after! The place sucked. Service is rude, my hair cut looks horrible, the woman fell on me and kept HITTING ME IN THE FACE WITH SCISSORS, the woman kept hurting me in general, my hair now looks like hay, and the people in general don’t know what they are doing. I’ve never had a worse experience. I wish I never payed these people to give me such a bad look. I don’t know who runs this, but you need to do something about it. I’ve been crying over how bad of a job she did on this. This will be one of the worst experiences I probably will have at a salon.
