Worst haircut i have ever got.i told her to do a fade and she just did 1.5 machicne all the way for sides.got my haircut done in 7-8 minutes. No finishing nothing. Staff is not professional in haircut atall. Disappointed and angry.

I honestly would avoid this place like the plague unless you really don't care how your (or your kids) hair turns out.

I attended your great clip location at Barrie on big bay point. I checked online. And I was the only person in the salon. They told me to wait and all left the room for few minutes. When they came back they took the person who was after me. Rest kept walking around. I don’t know why they did to me. (I assume I am a brown skin) waited 10 mins and left. I have kids to pick up from school.time is 2: 52 pm and date is May 24th 2023. I have been customer for years. Never going to clip again.

Use Great Clips all the time. Having fine hair it is hard to find a stylist that can cut it properly each and every time. Most of the stylists in Great Clips are excellent when it comes to dealing with fine hair with one or two exceptions in the 9 years I have been using them.

Had an amazing haircut once again from Krystal

Very Bad Service. My stylist, she wanted do fast everything and took my side completely with trimmer. For the beard trim too she doesn’t want to blend it properly. Will not recommend to anyone

I sencerely believe this was the worst haircut we ever had, on the bright side - it was also the cheapest we ever had.

Such amazing service every time! We saw Crystal and Stacey again! They treat my kids with such kindness and friendly service! Was very impressed when a man came in about 15 mins to close (they still had 3 people waiting) and when he man was a bit upset they couldn’t “fit him in”, they stayed calm and apologized and informed him of the hours for the next day! Thank you Crystal and Stacey for amazing service as always! My kids love their new “dos”!

Only place I have tried in Canada as an international student this store has given me excellent service in reasonable price.
