First time coming here and it was a great experience. Iran was friendly and professional, and she communicated with me throughout the haircut, checking in to make sure we were doing what I wanted (which is great because I’m not good at describing what I want)! Happy with the cut and will be coming back.

Visited Great Clips Boxgrove Commercial East for the first time on 2023-04-18. Overall it was a great experience. I got an excellent haircut at a good price, good service and absolutely no waiting thanks to the Online check-in.

I have visited Great Clips again recently, I am happy again with my haircut done by Iran. She is a great hair dresser and always friendly and personable.

We went today with my toddler to get a haircut at the Copper Creek Drive location in Markham but were told by one staff that she could not cut his hair because ny toddler was having a "bad day". We have gotten haricut there before and we're never denied service like this. It appeared she did not know how to cut a toddler haircut. She did not even attempt to accommodate or try to make the experience fun for my son. Instead she was very reluctant to cut his hair from the start. As we are leaving she phoned someone and told them to come in as she is free. Me and wife felt we were not given the chance to get my toddler comfortable and were pushed out quickly. We did not get 5 mins to settle down. This is not acceptable especially if there are little ones that often get scared of haircuts. Staff should be more patient and accommodating.

I’ve had the same basic cut I do every time, the person I saw missed half of my bangs. Needed to return to have her fix it, just to be charged again, still didn’t fix the mistake and cut more off my bangs that I didn’t ask her to do. Will not be returning.

The online waiting time alert is great tool knowing how long I have to wait. Arrived on time and my stylist, Iran, is friendly, courteous and professional. Highly recommend this Boxgrove location and ask for Iran for your haircut! Would come again.

Great place for VFM haircuts on the go, using the app and knowing the wait times in advance. The place is spotless, conveniently located with great parking, well maintained & hygienic. Staff are friendly and have good knowledge of haircare products & services.

We loved our haircuts at Great Clips Boxgrove! Lana and Christina are great hairstylists and they do an excellent job especially with haircuts and styles.

Haircut. Sherry was very nice and gave me a good cut. No waiting using internet appointment.
However, first woman who was going to cut my hair didn't wear a mask. Looked like she had a cold. When I asked her if she was going to wear a mask, SHE SAID "NO". Then I asked for the other hair cutter.
No mask when Covid is still present, and customer asks about mask. REFUSAL NOT A GOOD POLICY!

My first time I came here as a walk-in and was pleasantly surprised. I was able to be seen immediately as it was their slow time (around 230pm). Check in was fast, discussion with the stylist, Sherri, was good and she proceeded to give me the cut we discussed. If you need a quick cut with an experienced stylist, this is the place. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Just note that if you are looking for styling with your cut, that is an extra cost. With the standard cut you get a minimal blow dry and it may not be completely dry.mine wasn't. This, however, was not a reason to remove any stars from the rating. Prices there reflect the amount of time spent on each client.
