We family of four have been getting our haircuts from Great Clips for almost 2 years, and our experience has been satisfactory. However, our today's experience (around 2: 30 @ Brant Street, Burlington location) was an utter disappointment.
My younger son (13 years) was very excited to get his haircut done, and he showed a picture of the hair style he wanted, and we asked, is it doable for the stylist?
Stylist seemed that she understood and didn't ask any questions.
The haircut she did was not anything like the picture we showed. When my son raised his concerns that he was not satisfied with the cut, the stylist didn't even bother to listen or try to offer any solution. He was so sad and started to cry.
I, too, was much shocked as I was not expecting such a negative customer service experience. There was not even an attempt from the stylist to listen to my or my son's concerns. Now, with today's experience, I am thinking of looking for other options in the future.
I thought that sharing customer feedback is important and hence documenting my experience for the owners to look into and address for customer retention.

I came in on my lunch to get a cut, so it had to be fast. I was taking off 5-6" and needed it layered.
Nidia helped me, she was kind and listened to what I wanted. I showed her my previous hair cut, but also showed a few layered looks and she combined them perfectly.
I was so please with how it has come out. I do not do much with it, wash and go, and the way she cut it, it flows very nice.
Thank you, I will be back.

I would highly recommend Michelle for hair cuts and hair style. She did a great job by cutting the hair of my 2 kids and were delighted to have this stylish hair cut for Christmas holidays!
However I had a bad experience with Yaneth who was on duty and had to cut for my secod child after 1st one as check-in by the system but she preferred to take another guest.and this is common.last time was the same situation for my husband. Thanks anyway for giving us the chance to have the service for both kids with Michelle!

I get a standard Caesar haircut and they've screwed it up three times. But don't think the people at this location are trained to cut hair

I don't get my hair cut very often but this place has not let me down once. Always leave happy!
