Great Clips

The lady who cut my hair today is very rude to me and she don't even know how to do the hair cut for a men. She was unable to hear me properly & can't even have patience to listen to a customer. She treats customers very badly. I felt humiliated today. I'm really disappointed with my hair cut. Basically Great clips don't hire professional Barbers. I suggest don't waste your money and never go to Great clips again

Please avoid this particular branch bec i have great experience with other branches.staffs were very rude and also hair dresser really pulled my hair throughout so much tat it hurts after a day. I couldn't walk out with half haircut done n tats d only reason I stayed. I feel like I have been assaulted.tat worse experience.

From the time i enter into the place all are very professional and do services as per the customer preferences. I strongly refer to consider this place for any type of salon services.

I went for my toddler hair cut for the first time here and Rajvir did very good job for my daughter hair cut.

Also my husband had his hair cut with Raman. Fantastic job!

This is one of the best places for a good hair cut. The place has good vibes and it’s clean and hygienic and the staff is really professional and friendly. Ruksana is a really patient and gives good advice for a hair cut and is a very good hairstylist in great clips. If possible get a hair cut from her she has immense knowledge about different hair cut and styles.

By all means use their app. It allows you to save time and get what you need. My needs are simple so it's in and out rather quickly.

The haircut stylists at this location are all good, I have been going here for a few years now and I have always been satisfied with the haircuts.

I like how you can book through their app before going for a much shorter waiting period.

Like everything else the price of their haircuts has gone up a bit over the years.

I liked how they used to give coupons for the next haircut on a card, now they just print it on the bottom of the receipt… a little harder to hold onto and carry until the next haircut.

Why can’t they have electronic coupons for those who book online?

Been going to this place for years. They've got some great barbers here, and also some not so great. I had an absolutely fantastic experience with Rukshana recently. She took her time and gave me exactly what I wanted. She was friendly and accommodating. Highly recommended to find a stylist/barber here that you like and stick with them!

Can’t even describe how bad my experience was in here, they’ve got trainees to cut hair with no experience at all, the last thing I would want is someone experimenting on my hair.

I have been going to this place for many years but lately I have come across their hair stylist Josie. I must say she is the best hairdresser I have seen so far. She is perfectionist and provide very good hair cut and overall customer service. I make sure she is available before I visit and she gives a perfect hair cut.

Humble nature

The lady who cut my hair was extremely polite and humble, never have I ever met a person like this. However, I felt like the haircut was rushed through, my side part line wasn't fixed, even after telling that it needs to be fixed. I just have to use a lot of product to keep my hair upright.

I had a hair cut with Wai. She is amazing. She had my haircut in the best possible design I could ask for. Definitely recommended.

Didn't have to wait. The online check-in is a little weird as it first said i had to wait 20 minutes and then within 5 minutes it changed to zero minutes, not a big deal though.
The staff was great. My son's haircut was excellent and mine was fine as well. This will be my regular place to go.

My fiance went here last Saturday for a trim to her long hair. The stylist had her done within 10 minutes.

She swears this is the worst hair cut she has ever gotten. Completely uneven and no shape left to the hair after it was completed. We won't be going back ever

Safety matters first in this pandemic situation and the staff at the salon took that step well and the I also got a great haircut.

I have been coming here for years normally because of the coupons. Quite honestly it completely depends on who you get, I would say there is probably on one good hairstylist. Today I got the absolute worst, she was unprofessional and kept trying to rush me out saying "There is a big line up sir" not only did she keep trying to speed it up she kept asking for Bella for a second opinion. I was so furious, I got out of the chair, paid (honestly I don't know why) and left. I have a gift card for two more hair cuts and quite honestly I might just throw it away and get my hair cut somewhere else. My advice if you go ask for Bella since the other one asks for her opinion anyway.

I always go because the coupons are a good deal. But you get what you pay for, keep that in mind.

Had a terrible experience at this location today. Checked in around 6: 30 pm using the App which showed 86 minutes, go there 5 mins later and there is no one waiting. The lady at the counter asks if I booked online, notes my name, I was 13 on the list, asks for more time to clean up, 5 min later, checks my name in while I wait almost to go for haircut another customer comes in, while I am still at the counter and check in was in progress, she takes his name and tells me will check him first after she already checked me in. I asked her how come this is the case given there was no one for 5 mins and he just walked in, she murmurs and I decide to walk away in protest.

I have been going to this location since inception 3 or 4 yrs ago but you lost me today as a customer. You have hired people with no customer skills or even basic manners, just another cheap quick service.

Decent haircuts and service. They keep your request on file so they know how you want your haircut always. Prices are good and even better if you have a coupon.

Terrible experience at this location (December 23rd, 2019) due to an extremely incompetent and rude stylist named Ashley who chopped off all of my mother’s long hair to her shoulders when she had requested only one and a half inch to be taken off. She took approximately 5 inches off. This stylist was not only arrogant and unprofessional, but was also constantly defending the disaster by saying that “ I think it looks nice” and that “you came for a haircut and this is what you get”. At first, she was trying to give a “discount” because of what she did but later resorted to very inappropriate remarks. To make things worse, she went to the point of swearing. As of yesterday, I have contacted customer service for further assistance and provided complete details about the incident. I am extremely upset and disheartened. It will take months before my mother’s hair grows back to that length. Awful behaviour demonstrated by this individual, no person deserves to have their appearance ruined especially by someone who is clearly in the wrong.

Good service. Can get busy however I recommend online check in and then call to confirm the wait time. On occasion wait times were not accurate as 6 people had checked in and wait time was 45+ mins however no one was in the store and they'll take you right away.

Got a haircut 2 days ago. Haircut done with blunt scissors causing hair pulling a couple of times. The final effect is disapointing and a lot of stray hair that are visibly damaged. Paid 22 CAD, in my oppinion it was worth max 11 CAD. Will not be going again

I dont like, white lady cut my hairs, she dont even know how to make symmetry in beard line, dont know where to cut hairs, where not to, pricing is ok, but way she cut my hair is no good, i will never go to great clip,

Service is no good. It seems they do not know customer service. They want more business but not focus on quality service. Since last few months service is awful. I retook both of kids to another shop to fix the haircut.

Seems owner let go the location to idiots. Today again I asked three times to lady to clean extra hairs at my son's face. I use the brush to clean up personally.

It seems 19$ per Cut + Tax + Tips do not fit for this location.

No issues with the pricing. Great atmosphere and clean place. However the lady Gordana hardly spent 6 to 7 minutes on my haircut. I kept telling her about my hair and the dry scalp and the way I want my cut. She kept saying she was joking but was arguing with me and kept talking about the way other peoples hair cuts. I did not want to escalate the situation. She needs to listen to what the customer wants and not make fun. I wanted a symmetrical hair cut without me constantly directing her. She was using her own discretion and not interpreting the way I wanted my hair cut. The way she cut me hair, I might as well sit at home and cut my own hair. Heard good about Great clips but if there is a better hairstylist at this location would like to know.
Hence the one star.
