Great Floors Ingersoll

Great Floors replaced our upstairs carpet as well as the main stairs. They were great to work with to get the right carpet we needed. The installation went smoothly and they did a great job. Highly recommended!

Massive showroom. Even had a remnants pile for vinyl, hardwood, and laminate for smaller projects. Staff seemed helpful and friendly. Will revisit.

Had a great experience. David was very helpful and made sure everything was done within my tight timeframe despite the unexpected covid delays from suppliers. My floors are beautiful, exactly what I wanted and installed perfectly.

Unfortunately the salesman we worked with, knows very little about flooring. We asked for a water resistant flooring that would hold up against scratches from dogs or chairs. The floor were poorly installed and the are shifting and bubbling in many places. The floors are not water resistant. We can clean up a small spill immediately and that piece of flooring is ruined. Don't trust what they have to say, do your own research. Lesson learned and we will not be going back to this company.

Great experience with Great Floors in Ingersol. Dave my sales associate helped me find what I was looking for and was very knowledgeable. The install went in on time and they cleaned up after themselves.

I screwed up my appointment date and Michelle was more than accommodating. Not only did she stay late to accommodate me she helped me put together a beautiful design for our house. I had a great time and am so excited to see it all come together. We needed our office carpet installed quickly and Great Carpet had an excellent in-stock selection and were able to install the following week.

Then there's the installers Steve and Nick. For a couple of guys used to doing commercial properties they did a fantastic job with my floors. Again professional, very polite and fun to work with. Also they never complained about having to work around my plumber and electrician and for that I thank them so very much. I would recommend Steve and Nick again and again.
All that's left now is my stairs and upper hallway. If it's the same carpet installer that did my bedroom I will truly be a 100% happy and satisfied customer.

I have to admit, I have worked for great floors for a number of years and I can honestly say, hope to continue to be there for many more years. No, I am not getting paid for this. Lol

Another great experience with Great Floors. Adam was quick to help me choose a carpet in stock and based on my needs. Quote and booked within 15 minutes. Glen came to measure the following week and was incredibly detailed on his work order for installers and myself. Even made me a to-do list prior to installation. The installers were fantastic and the carpet looks great. See you again!

We had an overall wonderful experience with Great floors. From the get go, we were greeted by Michelle who offered so much help and insight to what my vision was for my home. Glen came for measurements and was honestly like a father figure shooting it straight and honest. The demolition crew were quick and efficient and we're always pleasant to speak with. Ho and Van for the install were two of the hardest working people we've ever met. Long hours, short breaks and an amazing job done to our floors. We don't have enough great things to say about the entire team.

We had a great experience with Great Floors. Michelle was helpful from the moment we started working with her in the store. We visited several times before we made decisions on our wood floors and tile and received excellent service each time. Michelle was incredibly patient, knowledgeable and helpful. Glen was also knowledgeable when he came out to measure and answered any questions we had. Phil and Javier did an excellent job laying our tile and Ho and Van also did a great job laying our wood floors - this is a hard working group of installers! Michelle and Al came out for a visit during the floors being laid and are again coming out now that they are finished to check the end result. We can't say enough about this hard working team and definitely recommend them!

Great Floors Ingersoll did a mini update on my kitchen in November. Floors, countertop and backsplash. Al and Michelle Lovell were amazing to work with. Michelle has an eye for colours and her advise was excellent. The quotation and the timeline were spot on.not a glitch! I would highly recommend Great Floors and their team members for anyone in the market for an update.

This is our second time getting flooring done with Ingersoll Great Floors. Upper floor last year, and main floor this fall. Very professional to deal with and both times our Installers were excellent and paid great attention to detail on some of the wonky corners and cutouts in our home's layout. Did our salon back in April, wonderful job, looks great. Calling them for quotes on my house now.

This company has been a nightmare to deal with and a problem since day one. I had 3 initial no shows from the rep or repair man, the first day the carpet was installed there was an inch where the rug didn’t meet the wall. Had to have a repair man come the second day to fix my brand new carpet. “The carpet was cut too short” said the repair man but they have sent him to “repair” a brand new carpet today will be the 7th time in less then a year. They don’t care about their customer, the carpet track is showing and we have been stepping on nails since week one! Imagine a cat with a nail and me in the hospital for a tetanus shot because of our new carpet. The condo/insurance company picked them but I’m going to better BBB. Manager has promised to come to see the “issues” twice and never showed up and then when COVID19 came they blew me off and ignored me for 3 months. Called yesterday and the manager was in store! If it wasn’t an insurance claim I wouldn’t have picked them. From the no show on day one with their rep coming to my condo to helping me after! Worst experience of my life and it makes me really sad to see the rips and walk on nails daily. Since day one when the carpet showed an inch of cement and didn’t reach the wall. I knew I should have involved BBB. So sad and unhappy with the process, experience and lack of concern and no one found it odd a brand new carpet had to be fixed on day 3 and 6 times after. Manager promied many times he would solve it but never came and left me hanging for 3 months after repair mans no show.

Found Adam to very professional, recommended Beckham Brother flooring for basement, we install approximately 900 ft2, also had approximately 350 ft2 of carpet. Installer returned twice to take out bumps due to temperatures. No problem here good flooring company.

I highly recommend Great Floors! We needed three extra tiles to finish our fire place and Brandon came through brilliantly on a Saturday! Thanks to him we were able to finish the project.

We had Maurice and Jordan the past 3 days laying our laminated floor in the basement and in 2 upstairs rooms also carpet on our stairs and landing. They did a fantastic job, very professional, efficient and clean. Job week done. Would recommend them with no doubt

We recently had Great Floors install both carpeting and hardwood in our home. Michelle and Al were so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly and made the experience a very pleasant one. We went into the store to pick out vinyl plank flooring and ceramic tile for our new home that we are building. As soon as we went in the store, everyone was friendly, and there was someone available to help us right away. We worked with Michelle, and she was amazing. She went above and beyond helping us find the flooring.we left the store with all of our flooring picked out, backsplash for the kitchen, and she even helped us pick the paint colors for the house that would match the flooring that we just picked out. When you walk into a store that has so many options and choices, it can be a bit overwhelming.but Michelle was awesome.making the process a lot less stressful! Thank you Michelle.we can't wait to see what it looks like all together in the new house!

Do not stand behind their product! Our floor was installed incorrectly had problems right away with bubbling and separating within the first 2 weeks. Same thing continues to this day and the GM came out and said it was our fault!
Do not use this company the floor they installed wasn't what we ordered but some how it's our problem as well.
Lastly the GM asked my wife to take a half workday to.meet the floor sales rep and they no showed. Half day no wages but who cares right Great Floors. We have to replace these floors after a year and a half at our cost and we will NOT be using Great Floors! Customer satisfaction means nothing to them!

Their response is not true! They are a joke! The problem started 1 week after we moved in and their Installer told us whoever they contracted installed it incorrectly! Somehow still my fault!

Brandon was helpful with sales and coming out to the house to help with envisioning the job and quick with his communications.

Eric was simply amazing at his installation. He removed all the carpet and installed the hardwood to the floors and stairs on his own. A lot of work for just one person, but he managed well without complaint. His attention to detail was spot on. His cleanup equally as well. I would like to thank Al and Michelle Lovell and staff for all of the help they gave us during our renovation. Michelle helped us pick the flooring throughout the house, and then helped us choosing kitchen cupboards, counter tops and handles. Her and Al made sure the choices we made were going to be good for our color scheme throughout our house. Glen came in to take measurements for our flooring, Chris was professional in the installation and then working with Len through the installation of the cupboards, we found everyone to be very professional and they all took pride in their work. I don't often give reviews but I just built a home in this busy year and great floors gave superior service across the board. Al Lovell and Michelle Lovell were absolutely a treat to work with. Where other trades would just not show up when they got busy, Great Floors would always call to let you know exactly what's going on and make sure you are happy with everything. Michelle went as far as to help me pick out paint colours and more. Way up and beyond my expectations, I couldn't be happier. Bob & Abbey laid our vinyl plank and it looks great, Maurice & Paul did our tile work and all of them did an excellent job and were very personable. I would most definitely use Great Floors Ingersoll again.

Living in a 50 year old home for 20 years, Mike and I decided to renovate. We started with an unfinished basement and with the help of Al and Michelle Lovell at Great Floors Ingersoll we started the project. Al recommended a durable carpet and Michelle with her decorating talent, made our rec room a relaxing and cozy family room.
Al and Michelle came to our rescue again. We renovated our bathroom with a beautiful caliber vinyl tile flooring, and with Michelle's decorating expertise made our bathroom picture perfect.
Last but not least, our main floor transformation. Al and Michelle recommended Lil Ben Nottingham Oak vinyl plank for all of our main flooring needs. Al suggested by covering the old hardwood it would eliminate the squeaks in the floor, and it did. It's fantastic! Michelle picked out the back splash Anatolia which are Marlow Glossy to co-ordinate with our kitchen cupboards and countertop. It looks amazing!
We have received so many compliments on our new kitchen.
We also put carpet up the stairs which Michelle and Al suggested an english toffee Ultimate Image by Mohawk to compliment the vinyl plank in the hall. It looks and feels amazing!
With the help of Al, Michelle and Great Floors we have significantly increased the value of our home.
We just want to thank Great Floors for their excellent and outstanding customer service. The quality and workmenship on the installation was a great experience.

We recently renovated our 22 year old home. We installed new flooring in our basement, kitchen/dining room etc. As well as a tile backsplash in the kitchen and a tile shower.
Michelle Lovell, the Interior decorator was amazing! She gets to know you personally and takes into consideration the style of your house before choosing flooring etc. Her prices are extremely reasonable as well.
Adam was very knowledgeable and efficient with his quotes and making appointments for the installation. He kept us up to date when our flooring arrived at the store and when it would be installed.
Josh and Adam who installed our tile backsplash and flooring went above and beyond. Great guy's, super friendly and hard workers. They truly care how your home looks when they finish.
