My experience at Dr Shuren office was exceptional. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful. Madison assistant was the best.pleasant and caring answering all my questions. The best part of the appointment was Dr Shuren he was extremely pleasant very caring and apologized for being late (I waited 30 minutes in the waiting room) I didn't think he was late at all. Looking forward to my next appointment

They don’t tell you you have to pay for the surgery the day of. I was told it was fully covered they never mentioned that I would have to pay out of pocket first. They also felt the need to share with my parents that I consume marijuana daily. (I’m 19 and they didn’t know)

I had oral surgery by Dr. Walker. All the staff are so friendly & caring. I was very nervous for sedation but they made me feel completely at ease. Dr. Walker did an amazing job, 9 hours later I have minimal swelling and pain.

Dr. Stapleford is a wonderful Oral Surgeon. Only kind words to say about this knowledgeable, gentle and respected man. Thank you for the care you have given me.

I recently had 6 of my wisdom teeth removed and Dr. Laschuk was my oral surgeon. He was aware of the excruciating pain I was in and I was lucky enough to have him schedule me for surgery as soon as possible. He and his assistant were very professional and kind. I felt very safe in their care and I woke up feeling relaxed and in no pain. The healing process was quick and practically painless and I owe it up to Dr. Laschuk and the amazing job he did. I was feeling like my self within the first 5 days. Definitely recommend him!

Last week You accepted my disabled wife for emergency extractions. Dr. Walker and his entire staff were extremely kind and efficient in the manner my wife was treated. It is now 3 days post surgery and my wife is recovering fine. I want to thank Dr. Walker and the entire staff for the care you provided my wife. What a wonderful organization you have!

OMG, What can I say about Dr Mark G. Shuren? How about the absolute BEST Oral Surgeon.
I had to get my wisdom teeth pulled out and I wanted to be a BADASS. So I was up the whole time, lol. The pressure was brutal and made me realize I may have made some regrets. LMAO. Anyway, I handled it and went through it like a champ. Even Dr. Shuren called me a Trooper.
He was so kind and reassuring. I knew I was in good hands. I loved the fact that he and Brandi were talking about what's going on in the world while i put the thumbs up and agreed. They both asked how I am doing and once again, I gave them a thumbs up.
I remember how pleased I was with both of them and after the surgery, Dr. Shuren and myself shook hands like Arnold and Carl Weathers in Predator.
Then there was Heather Post 7 days surgery who was so comforting and answered my concerns with the aftermath.
She showed me how to use the syringe to get rid of the debris in the holes as she was demonstrating it on my teeth, while getting the food particles out.
I also asked Heather many questions in regards to meds, diet, and when on earth can i lift weights and have my favourite. PIZAAAAAAAAAAA. Deep deep deep Dish. Heather was sweet, kind and
answered everything.
This is probably the most knowledgeable, kind, and caring staff I have seen.
You won't regret it. I had the BEST experience.
DO NOT BE AFRAID TO HAVE YOUR WISDOM TEETH REMOVED. You will be fine.

I highly recommend Dr Shuren! Him and his staff have done an amazing job with my two upper front teeth implants. It was a scary procedure for me but they made me feel comfortable and at ease. The final results are absolutely amazing and it couldn’t have gone that way without the great work of Dr Shuren.

Dr. Shuren did an amazing job removing all 4 of my wisdom teeth. He gave me an IV Sedation and I didn’t feel or notice anything. I woke up feeling great, no pain at all even during the first night after the extraction! The nurses were also very friendly and patient.
Recommend them very much!

All staff have been kind, compassionate and professional throughout our experience so far at this office.

During my daughter’s consultation, Dr. Laschuk was very thorough and detailed in his assessment. He took time to ensure that my daughter understood her options for her jaw surgery along with the risks and benefits of each option. Dr. Laschuk empowered my daughter to be an active participant in her own health decisions and ensured she was on board with the plan and asked several times throughout our consultation if she had any questions for him.

My daughters wisdom tooth removal went very well today. All staff ensured she was comfortable throughout entire process and I’m confident that her future jaw surgery will go smoothly as well.

Dr, Mark Shuren and his team were fantastic. After having 2 teeth pulled I figured I would be in paid for a few days. After the surgery I left with no pain and didn't need to worry about pain that afternoon. I highly recommend Dr. Shuren. Can't say enough how professional this office is. While I was very apprehensive and nervous about the prospect of dental surgery, the whole experience went smoothly. From the minute I walked in until I left, everyone I saw was warm and friendly. I can’t say enough about Dr. Michael Laschuk who did my surgery and the nurse who assisted him. Their confident manner, friendliness and his explanation of the procedure put me quite at ease. I had assumed that I would experience pain after the freezing would wear off. I was pleasantly surprised that I barely felt any discomfort whatsoever. If I ever need more dental surgery, I will certainly go back to Dr. Michael Laschuk.

Dr. Shuren took great care of my mother during a tooth extraction. His is wonderful and would highly recommend him and his staff. Very professional and always places the patients best interest first.

Dr. Shuren and his entire staff have been nothing short of amazing. Our 7yr old
little girl suffered an accident and had her two front adult teeth knocked out. Dr. Shuren on very short notice was able to get us into his office and treat our liitle one. He cared. They all did. We felt it and appreciated it. Our little princess is on a different journey now but life is somewhat normal for her. THANK YOU!

My daughter has had 2 separate procedures done here, and the staff have been nothing short of amazing each time! They are patient, friendly, knowledgeable, and go above and beyond to ensure that you are aware of what is happening, and comfortable. My daughter was very well taken care of, and didn't even require any extra medication for pain management after both of her procedures. She was back to her normal, cheerful self in no time! The staff are very unprofessional, they cancel appointments. To cause issues And then they just hang up on there patients. Then they play victim.very disgusting for a specialist office. My wife got into a accident. As a brain injury, serious jaw injury ect. I can't believe this office is even open to public. HOW.how do you treat your patients like this.

My whole family has went to Dr. Mark Shuren and we have gotten exceptional service from his expertise. Along with his amazing staff, they provide top notch customer care/service. I highly recommend.

Had my wisdom teeth out on March 9th by Dr. Walker. Absolutely no issues! The entire staff was wonderful and the process was smooth from the consultation, to the surgery, to the post-op checkup. I healed quickly and have no pain or sensitivity in my teeth. No complaints here!

In the middle of this covid pandemic they delta with my emergency problem fast efficient and with the care and concern needed both for me and themselves. Good job and thank you.

Dr Shuren and his staff were wonderful. I received 4 posts, bone graft and an extraction in one day and the surgery and recovering went very well. I have since went back for one of my children and I am ver happy with their approach.

I am shocked by any negative reviews as I have been a patient of Dr. Mark Shuren for a good many years and today I had the pleasure of meeting Dina who did my x-ray and Tiaja, Dr. Shuren's Assistant, who were absolutely wonderful. Then Dr. Shuren and I discuss my upcoming surgery wherein he will be removing all my teeth, placing two implants and putting my healing dentures in all on the same day; he was cordial, informative, polite, affable and took his time to make sure I was completely informed about what was going to happen and assured me that he and/or his staff members would be available if I had any questions or concerns. Dr. Shuren did two root removals last month and my recovery went very well but once again he reminded me that if I had any problems or questions to know that he and his staff were there for me, all I needed to do was call. Dr. Shuren also works very close and well with my Dentist, Dr. Page, and I feel very blessed to have them both taking care of my dental needs/problems.
