From getting the quote, to booking with Connor, we had a good feeling about this company, they went above and beyond from start to finish. We couldn't have asked for a better company to take down our tree's. We had four very large spruce trees that needed to be taken down in a small back yard, it is very impressive with how the did it. The clean up this crew had done was impressive. We are so happy with the work they have done! Would recommend to anyone!

TL/DR: when things don't go perfectly, that's when you see how things operate, and the level of professionalism in a company. Absolutely impressed!

Truly professional and responsive. GLTE took care of taking down a dangerous dead limb off of our large Red Oak, and removed a large Birch tree as well. The team of young men were quick and efficient. However there was an unfortunate misunderstanding, i.e. They didn't haul the limb and the tree to the area where we had asked them. So we called GLTE, spoke with Ashley, and Conor called back right away. He and his brother arrived first thing the next morning, and did the hauling which the young guys hadn't understood was to be done.

A tree fell on the cottage. I phoned GLTE, the same day they provided an estimate and removed the tree the next day. I spoke to the crew, they were quite professional and the arborist explained exactly what they had done. Ashley was very professional and quick with her responses.

Troy from Great Lakes Tree Experts was the only one who responded and acted immediately to save our family cat who was caught 30 feet up in a tree. It was not in his job description to help but I knew he was a tree expert and called anyways after emergency responders who did nothing to help us because they stated it was too dangerous to risk for a cat. Troy came in and brought her to safety. They are amazing people who I would trust to work for us or anyone. To the Good Samaritan, cheers!
