Very disappointed with VAHN D'AMELIO. I could not close on my recently purchased house because he sent funds to the wrong account and as a result incurred excessive moving costs and went homeless that evening! I would highly suggest using another lawyer with more experience in real estate closings

I can only comment on only one lawyer in this law firm whom I have an experience with, I have nothing against the law firm or other lawyers in this firm.
Recently, I had an consultation with EARL TAYLOR regarding my case. I took his words and paid him retainer, unfortunately Mr. Taylor did not follow his words, in 5 days time, thats when I realized I lost confidence and Trust with Mr. Taylor. Immediately I terminated his services. Unfortunately because of this termination Mr. Taylor punished me withholding funds from my retainer. My personal opinion, for Mr. Taylor Money comes first before ethics. Again my personal experience and opinion DO NOT Trust Mr. Taylor to waste your hard earned money and time.

I've worked with Vahn at GGS for over a year now and he always goes above and beyond to help his clients out with all of their real estate needs. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to friends and family who are looking to get their house purchase or sale looked at by a top-notch lawyer.

Absolutely will not recommend to use this law firm. Worst experience I have, very unprofessional and unapproachable. Will ask you to pay over 100% advance as retainer fee. All they care about their fee. No follow ups, no response and 3-4 times expensive for similar service other places.

Absolutely the worst experience with a law firm. Rude service. High price. I asked to get a copy of the report two months after and received no response.

If I could give no stars, I would. A simple letter was required by the government. The firm was to send their letter, along with the documents we had given them, to an office of the Ontario government. First, it took them a month to even produce the letter, and that only happened after I left a couple of messages. Then they didn't include the proper documents, even though the documents were all listed in the cover letter. After I received a call from Service Ontario to tell me the one really important document was missing, I let the firm know and they did send it by courier. And then said they wouldn't charge me for the courier cost -making it seem like they were doing me a huge favour. I would never use this law firm again, and would never recommend them.

I never felt like I couldn't reach him which was great since we were so nervous about everything and had a million questions.
