Bought a large glass of bubble tea. Disappointed. Half a glass was ice, some of the balls do not pass through the straw.

Absolute best place for boba. Drink are giant and always flavour. Plus I’m pretty sure it’s family run.

Highly recommend getting the large for $7.99 if you want one to share, never seen such a large "large" before.

Family loves their bubble tea, lots of variety. I go with an M6 as seen in the picture. Mango!

Presotea is one of the better bubble tea chains in Ottawa, with a really big menu so everyone can find something they will like! For something fresh I would order anything mango, they usually have boxes of mangoes stacked up to make their drinks. If you are a true bubble tea connoisseur, this place does use powder for some of their drinks (e.g. Taro) and tend to make their tea a bit more on the sugary side, so I would recommend less sweet for most items.

Very nice place. If it's the first time you're having boba, do some research and look at their menu before hand!

Prostea bubble tea is one of the best bubble tea places in Ottawa. They have a big menu variety and everyone will find something they like. Slushes are excellent.

So far I have yet to be disappointed by PrestoTea. I don't even like bubble tea that much, I just go because of my girlfriend but I have to say that this is by far better than ChaTime and Coco. I lived in Toronto and bbt is everywhere and easy to get. This isn't that bad and will be my go to spot for it. Keep up the good work! And good staff that always make the drinks consistent and pretty quick! I think the price is fair and the size for a regular is much larger than any other bbt chain. Thanks for the excellent service and hope this place gets more business.

I love bubble tea so of course this place is become my favorite place to visit with the whole family. We love all the favours we had been tried so far. Good service and really friendly nice staff. If you like bubble tea, you have to visit this place.

We were ordering online and had a few questions so we called them and the man who picked up hung up on us while we were asking so we called again 5 minutes after and while we were he just hung again.

Third time we try he tells us that he's busy and to call later (but keep in mind that this is 10 minutes later)

I lived downtown and made presotea a regular visit. I'm not sure if it is because this is a new setup, but this location is very poor quality in comparison. The mango was crunchy like crisp celery, no ice in 2 orders that come with ice, and they did not add tapioca, despite the sticker saying there was some.

One of the worst place to shop bubble tea in Ottawa. Bad customer service, bad staff training. Don’t go there unless you’re happy to be treated unfair.

But there service is terrible. We were ordering 5 teas and they made us feel like we were a terrible inconvenience to them (empty store btw)

Their payment machine forces you to tip even for take out service, they don’t answer any questions regarding their menu, and even when we wanted order more they made us feel unwelcome.

I got a milk tea with grass jelly from here, and when I took my first sip at home, I thought it had a slightly weird taste to it, but thought that maybe it was the type of tea. However, half way, it started to taste really really sour. Like spoiled milk. Not sure if they're using the freshest ingredients and now my stomach hurts like hell.

I ordered the Royal earl milk tea, normally there are three toppings inside, and I told them to add some pearls, but when I got my drink, I realized there were no toppings in my milk tea, only have some sticky pearl chunks.bad experience

My last review feels a little harsh so I would like to update it.

As a rule, the bubble tea they serve is good. If they make a mistake, they are willing to correct it (it was remade from scratch. However, putting less tapioca is something that has happened as of late. Last time I challenged this with the owner we were told the amount of tapioca was fine. They used to put a lot more.

My last poor experience seems to have been due to training staff which is understandable, as I saw unfamiliar faces.

Recommendations on what to drink: Panda Milk Tea, Royal Earl Grey Family, Passion Fruit Black Tea w/ tapioca & lychee jelly

They have so many choices of bubble teas and slush, and available also on uber which is very convenient during this pandemic time. Love the panda milk tea and their fruit slush, also the popping boba is so fun.
