Green P Parking

We Parked there for 4 hours and charged my husband 33$. So expensive we thought that the max is 22$? The location is okay close to eaton but hey too pricey and the smell is really bad

Pretty easily-accessible parking garage. Well-lit, which I liked. Stairwell didn’t stink; parking elevators worked. The elevator has something called “P2R”. Ignore the “R” levels and just get off at P2 or P3, etc.

I just had to quickly stop in here (for like 15mins) as I was picking up some things that I ordered! There was a min.payment of $4, which has increased since the last photo of prices from 4 months ago. Overall it was pretty easy to find parking, you can pay either before you get in your car to leave or at the exit gate itself. The stairwells do smell like pee, but in general it was a quick and seamless process

Not safe and was so dirty, I could even breathe, the pee smell was all over the underground parking lot.

I parked here for 2 hours was charged $22, didn't even know that was the maximum. The stairwell is horrifically disgusting in smell, it is really nasty in there, but it's the only way out as the elevator is shut down. Spent over 10mins looking for a spot too.

It’s under Dundas Square. Stairwell smells like urine and if you park on P2, there’s no door knob from the stairs so you have to walk down from the car entry, unless you can flag someone to open the door from the garage.

Location is great and it's well lit however I cannot in good conscience give this location anything other than 1 star because the smell of urine is so revolting and all permeating. Absolutely disgusting.

I paid on pay station before leaving. Rush hour. I was waiting for 20 minutes to go out. In the exit gate, they ask me to pay extra. For what?

Parking lot was full, but was marked as not full, had to pay to get out despite parking, very misleading and frustrating.

Numerous security concerns and revolting smells. If it wasn't for the convenient location I would avoid this place at all costs.

There are no signs that tell you what exit leads to where. It is poorly maintained, with an irritating smell of urine in one of the stairwells. Perhaps the only advantage is that it is cheap compared to other parking lots, and it is located right across Eaton Centre.

I won't hesitate to give this Green P parking a zero star if I could. Our family parked at this location to visit Little Canada, which btw was an excellent experience! Before leaving the parking lot we tried to pay at the machine right before the gate. Apparently the machine didn't take our payment even though the receipt said approved. Of course the gate didn't open for us. When we asked for assistance, a female employee came out and rudely blamed us for doing something wrong. She also yelled at another driver. It seemed to us she hates her job and her customers. I would definitely not return to this parking lot.

Probably one of the few "reasonable" rate parking spots right in the heart of Dundas square. Free electric charging too!

Worst customer service experience, I was stuck at underground Green P Parking for over 2 hours!

On August 3,2020 at 6: 50 PM, I paid my parking and about to exit but the moment the automatic-barrier-gate opened the guy from the left cut me off and used my exit and the bar/gate closed. As I already used my ticket, and paid fees, I was stuck there (there was no option to pay again without the ticket).

Tried getting help from the machine help button, but the operator who picked the phone was extremely rude, immediately said “I told you 20 times you didn’t pay” and I was like “I just called you for the 1st time” I assume he was mistaken me for someone else, he was keep saying that I didn’t pay and I need to email customer service and disconnected the call. I tried several times to explain the situation to him but he wasn’t even willing to listen.

I tried to get help from security, showed the proof that I paid, explained the situation, security guy was very helpful but they didn’t have access to open gate without the help of operator, so we tried calling the line multiple times but no help! The operator kept repeating the same thing that I didn’t pay and was disconnecting the call. I tried to explain to him over and over that I’m willing to pay again if needed, but without the ticket I can’t as I already paid and my ticket is gone! And there is no way I can even get the new parking pass/ticket from inside!

I was stuck there over 2 hours. It was a nightmare! Emailed my experience to Green-P-Parking Customer Service, and it’s been a week but haven’t heard anything yet. I hope nobody ever has to face the same situation!

Great parking spaces clean garage, have two electric charging ports on first level for electric vehicles, easy access to ttc subway on level 2nd & 4th, on top is dundas square

Good space. Great price for the area. Easy to find. Only gripe is you can’t use the GreenP app to park there.

It's a parking garage. The stairwells and elevators almost always smell like pee, but it's also super conveniently located in the heart of downtown.

Does the job, location is ideal, wish it didn't smell like piss. That should make it a 3-star review.but location location location, am I right? ‍️‍️

Rates are fair, good use of technology.
Having to pay for parking I would expect a little more cleanliness. This is Toronto and it is always expected to be clean and above other North America cities.
