Kelly was really accommodating and very responsive over the phone and in person too. The storage is clean, warm, big and dry. I’ll be back when further storage needs arise.

I have rented storage many times with Access and no staff ever make you feel like its your home away from home!

As a general comment, the hours are great and safer than the 24 hour options (I feel). My only "complaints" are there is only one loading door that is street level and the carts don't swivel properly around corners, the bathroom is slow to flush.but always clean!

Before you sign and start paying out your money look at the roll up doors. Are they dusty? Are the floors? If so then your stuff will be. Can you contact head office in case you are unsatisfied with billing, snow removal, temperature, or staff. You cannot. There is no way to get someone from head office on the phone. Email them and check the response. When they contact you ask them where they are. They are not at head office. They are at one of the locations. Since green does not have anyone for customer relations then what if you have a staff complaint and the staff receives your email. They delete it and nonone knows about your issue.

I've been renting a space at Green Storage for over four months. I originally choose the Aurora branch due it's location. Now, even though it's a 30 min drive, I would not consider moving to another location. Each encounter I have with the staff is very pleasant and super helpful. Great customer service. This facility is so professional and helpful. They go out of their way to make sure that your experience is top notch. The facility is clean and you know that your belongs are in a great place. The office staff will bend backwards to make sure that you have everything that you need. Would definitely rent here again.

We rented two storage units for Green Storage Aurora. Michelle was most helpful and polite with all our questions and accommodate our needs. We stayed there for one and a half years until our new home was ready. I have already referred a friend who is very pleased with Green Storage.

Ali was so outgoing and knowledgeable. He made the process of getting the unit pleasant. He showed us the locker. It was immaculate! They really care and pay attention to details.
I called in twice to the call centre. I dealt with Lily both times. Talk about customer care and service she was so good at looking for space for me. She made me want to deal with this company. Two excellent employees!

Michelle was so helpful, couldn't have asked for an easier experience. I'd also like to note that not only is this a green facility (I'd like to learn more about other ways they are green or could improve) but they have so many handy supplies for use for free, and the loading areas are a breeze to access. Other than moving heavy furniture, the whole process was great!
I really want to stress that Michelle made the whole experience so positive.

We downsized to condo living and didn't have enough space for off-season clothing and patio furniture. Green Storage Aurora was a Godsend. Their facilities are well kept, always clean and secured. We never worried about our stuff. If you need extra storage, this is the place!

Came back to bump this to 5 stars. Bit of a rocky start for outdoor storage of my RV, but Michelle took care of everything with regular follow up calls and emails making it right!

This storage facility is clean, well lit and heavy duty dollies are available for customer use. My check-in was quick and efficient and Michelle, the attendant, is professional and most personable. The property is nicely set on a quiet lane and parking is good. Would I recommend Green Storage Aurora, in a word, YES!
