My experience at Green Storage in New Market was outstanding! Ali, one of the staff members there was super warm and welcoming, very enthusiastic, and genuinely seemed excited to see us! Even though I’d just met him for the first time, I felt like we were old friends. He was accommodating to our needs, went the extra mile to help us out, and made quality conversation while doing so. The facility is very clean, organized, and well kept. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to rent a storage unit! Not only do you get a storage space, but you also get a friendly face to greet you.

We are from south end Aurora and we were looking for storage for our furniture while our house was being renovated. Green Storage Newmarket had the most competitive prices I could find. I was worried about distance, however it is conveniently located about a minute off the 404. The storage facility is clean and thankfully rodent free! The staff is wonderful and very helpful.
After such a positive experience with the indoor storage we have now rented some outdoor storage for the winter to make room in the garage. Their prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend newmarket green storage.

I rented a storage unit from Green Storage Newmarket when I was moving earlier this year. Ali was incredibly friendly and professional and even personally checked my locker when I was afraid I left something behind when I moved out (I did!). I had a great experience and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Green Storage Newmarket.

I highly recommend this storage facility. The gentleman at the front office provides excellent customer service. The storage unit itself its very easy to access and they're very clean. The whole facility feels very secure and they always offer great promotions. This is my favourite storage facility that I've had to use and I will definitely choose this one again for any future needs.

Excellent storage service, got set-up over the phone very quickly and they were very upfront about their policies. I was able to get my rate prorated for moving out in the middle of the billing cycle. Ali was very friendly and helpful in getting us set-up. The storage units themselves were great and easy to access for us and our movers (drive-up unit). Would recommend!

This Facility and its Staff have provided us Great Service, Security and Accessibility and even a few short term solutions. Very Clean and well kept which is a priority with us.
The Staff and Management has always be very good, but Ali is a cut above. He has provided us a "Very High Level" of Service and is always a phone call away especially when we are out of the country (snowbirds). Thanks Ali! !

Had a good experience using Green Storage Newmarket. Facility is easy to access and the unit was clean and dry. Got billing reminders a week in advance and could pay the bill online. Service from Ari in the front office was exemplary.

Storing here for a while. Price is expensive, but its a decent facility. I picked this place for 24/7 access, but shortly after getting my unit, was told they were moving to a 5am-11pm schedule, which was disappointing.

Ali was great when I reached out looking for storage. He has been great help showing me through everything. Great customer service to say the least. Really recommend if you are out there looking for storage. I was storage shopping and ended up going with Green storage. How they dealt with me as a customer completely beats their other competitors
