The facilities and customer service at Green Storage Orillia were top-notch. I needed to combine two out-of-town storage units into one local unit following my Mother’s death. Lee was absolutely outstanding in helping ensure that the process went smoothly.

The large unit that I booked was clean and dry. Access was simple and I always felt secure on the property.
All costs and fees were clearly outlined and Lee was always very quick to respond to my queries and addressed any concerns that I had (moving truck access, extending move out date) almost immediately.

My only wishes were access to interior lighting in my unit - either the bulb was burned out or the switch didn’t work from day one and the very high unit ceiling, meant that I couldn’t easily try to replace the bulb (to be fair, I didn’t ask to have this checked as I most often accessed my unit in the evenings when the office was closed).
It would also have been useful to me to have access to an exterior electrical outlet to operate simple corded power tools on occasion (again, to be fair, it isn’t a workshop and I could have brought a battery powered saw for my breakdown of things for disposal).
I only mention these things in case someone else has questions on the availability of access to electrical power.

My overall experience at Green Storage Orillia was everything that I had hoped for and more. Based on personal experience with several other local storage facilities, I would definitely recommend Green Storage to friends over all other local options.

(Note that the floor of the unit in my picture is only because my boots were wet from snow. This was move-out day and I had just swept the unit to clear out the snow/slush on the floor from my boots.)
