I really like the staff and care I've received at Greenbank Dental. They don't make you do anything that isn't necessary and they seem to really care about your health. Professional environment and services, as well as very clean environment. They have really good equipment and protocols in place for COVID too.

This morning I missed a scheduled appointment. I have a lot going on in my life (work and personal) and forgot to put a reminder in my phone for the appointment. I received a call from Debbie the receptionist who was less than understanding of the situation and completely rude to me over missing this appointment. When I tried apologizing for this mistake on my end, I was met with a "well you confirmed it! " in a snarky tone. Nobody needs to be this miserable at 7: 30am.

This is not the first time that I've been on the receiving end of this woman's poor attitude. In the past, I showed up for an appointment they had cancelled on me, when I called the office to come up I was informed my appointment was cancelled (which was no big deal, I was happy to leave) and was given a "well I'm sorry but Sara left you a message! " in her snarky tone. I wasn't even upset and I'm still receiving attitude from her? Further, I have witnessed her speak to other clientele in this manner while at the office. She is NOT the right person to be dealing with patients.

Adam Taller is an excellent dentist, which is the only reason I am still a patient at the moment. I will be considering other options for dental care as I don't want to be contacted or have any further interaction with Debbie. Looking forward to a call back from Greenbank Dental so I can voice my complaint further.

I have been coming here for over 40 years and have always had excellent service. After dicussions with my friends experiences with other dentists, this is by far one of the best dentist offices around.

Moving in to Ottawa recently, my first search was to find a dentist in the area who can provide the same high-quality care as my previous dentist of seven years. The lady who answered my first phone call set up my account and scheduled my first appointment quickly when we were on the call. She even shared what I needed to know about parking when I came in for my first appointment. I received an automated appointment reminder the following day, which is convenient for me to add to my calendar. Dr. Taller is warm, caring, professional and competent. His team reflects him as a leader flawlessly. Dental assistants and front desk at Greenbank Dental are friendly, thoughtful and efficient. Stepping out of my first appointment I feel relieved that my search for a dentist is over. I look forward to continued visits to Dr. Taller’s clinic in the years to come.

Had an appointment to get my teeth cleaned. I realized there are covid procedures and I was fine with calling and waiting in parking lot, etc. But when the hygenist had already started with the cleaning then advise that no water could be used due to the spray and no polishing at the end, I had wished they had advised me of that prior to my cleaning. I may have rescheduled or at least been informed of the lesser cleaning available to me. It strangely still seemed to cost the same price. They offered me floride, which they have never done before, so I got that - again she put it on and then advised that I had to wait 2 hours before eating or drinking. I was going to a friends for dinner directly from dental appointment. Wish they had communicated more effectively with me.

Greenbank dental continues to provide the best dental experience possible. I've been going here for about 50 years and they've always provided excellent dental work. Every member of the staff is excellent; dentist (Dr. Taller), hygenest (Indiana) and office staff are all great.

I have been going to Greenbank Dental for years now. Always professional and polite staff, knowledgeable dentist and hygienists.
I like the fact that they take time to explain all the details about a procedure that needs to be done.
I like how they arranged their office and workflow to be able to work safely during the COVID pandemic, feels clean and safe.

Dr. David Rogers has a quiet and gentle approach to dentistry. I have been a patient with him for over 30 years and never hesitated to refer friends and family. The hygienists and dental assistants are excellent. Front desk staff provide a friendly atmosphere for your visit. The best!

A most positive experience meeting Dr. Taller and the Rogers/Taller staff. As with our other family members, we've nothing but good things to say about how organized and pleasant the staff were.
Professional and refreshingly (genuinely) convivial, Dr. Taller brings utmost consideration of what's best for his patients, thorough process, and without need to sell his patients work that they don't necessarily need at the time of their visit.
We feel quite fortunate to have found him (our last, long-time family dentist at another office retired after many years and we're glad to think that Dr. Taller won't be retiring before we do!).

I’m not a big review writer but I feel given the circumstances one is warranted. I’ve been a patient of Greenbank Dental for several years and I’ve always found the team to be professional, caring and willing to help. I unfortunately had to have a tooth repaired last week and wasn’t really sure what to expect given the current situation. With mask on my face I entered the clinic and was amazed by the thorough screening and sanitizing procedures in place. Dr. Taller and the staff always do such an amazing job but I’m extremely impressed with how well they have all adapted/pivoted in dealing with this new normal caused by COVID. I felt very safe, and my tooth has never looked better. Greenbank Dental is the best clinic I’ve experienced, and I’ve been a patient of many due to numerous moves for work.

Switched to Dr. Taller about a year ago and have been tremendously satisfied. He is extremely knowledgeable, sensitive, and friendly. The type of dentist you can trust and won't do unnecessary work just to bill. Highly recommend!

Our family has been going to Greenbank Dental since it first opened. We have always been treated with kindness and bar-raising professionalism, which includes the reception, dental support staff and hygienists.

I required a dental implant and was very apprehensive regarding the process & procedure due to the fact that it was a front tooth and obviously prominent. Dr. Taller and his staff completed the entire process in a fully competent, professional and client focused manner. And, did I mention the various procedures involved were relatively pain free due to the manner & expertise of Dr. Taller. The final result is a perfect replacement for my missing tooth.even better. If you require a dental implant I would highly recommend Dr. Taller!

Dr Taller is the best. For the first time ever in my life, I can visit the dentist and get work done without feeling pain. He is awesome! Always on time and squeezes you in if you have an emergency. Great experience. I couldn't make on time in the early morning due to the biggest snow fall. To my surprise the office was open on time and they made accommodation to have me in later in the day. They are always friendly and patience with details. Thanks and I would recommend them to anyone.
