Went for a first eye appointment for my son and wife. After showing up for the appointment, they said sorry, your appointment was cancelled. We phoned you. Check your messages. Except they didn't, they phoned the wrong number. Rebooked for a second appointment. They called to notify at 2PM for a 6PM appointment. How is this useful?
