Hands down, Dr. Ban Rassam is the absolute best doctor. I used to see her as a walk in patient at another clinic, then she moved and I was so upset to not know to which clinic. Miraculously I ran into her at a new clinic during the pandemic and I was soooo happy, instantly I changed family doctors. Dr. Rassam is undoubtedly the most kind, caring and smart doctor out there. She actually listens to you, teaches you and is always so happy to see her patients. She builds a relationship with you, she genuinely cares and you can see it through both her verbal and body language. She is one of the few who actually has your best interest in her hands, you don't want to do something, she won't convince you to otherwise. Having a doctor you feel completely comfortable with, so genuine and knowledgeable is so rare!

Dr. Rassam has got to be one of the worst doctors on the planet. She is dismissive and incompetent in her profession. She refused to give me an MRI after several times asking her, now I have severe herniated and bulging discs in my spine. I had to go to a walk in clinic to get an MRI. Ridiculous. She should be ashamed of herself. She claims a partner will cure my back. DON'T SEE HER IF YOU VALUE YOUR HEALTH!

I love this clinic. Big space, clean and receptionists are very friendly and kind as well as our family doctor Dr. Ghanwa Al-Saigh, she is so sweet, kind and gentle. We are so pleased.

Best clinic ever! Dr Ban Rassam is truly such an intelligent and caring doctor. She is one of a kind! All of the doctors are amazing and pay attention to details. The staff that work there are also all very kind and provide excellent service.

Highly recommend Dr. Ghanwa Al-Saigh, she has been our family physician for over a year now and we are extremely satisfied with her way of diagnosis and treatment. She has been very kind and listens patiently to all our concerns and suggests remedies accordingly. Great High standard health care. On the behalf of my family I Thank Dr. Rassam for taking absolute care of my parents. Front desk staff is always amazing and caring.

I am lucky to sign up here, the staff is friendly, the wait times are worth it, and i feel confident each time i paid a visit. Rarely seen such good response from family doctors, though a wait time is a bit longer even after appointments but it is literally worthy of that time.

Dona at reception is very knowledgeable and has a great skill of customer service, she deserves a applaud.

From the doctors to the nursing and administrative staff, everyone here is invested in helping patients and ensuring a smooth experience for them. This is one of the nicer family clinics in the neighbourhood and I highly recommend Dr. Bahodi.

My son went this morning, he had a bad allergy outbreak. I asked how the appointment went and all my son and wife could talk about was the attitude from AL-SAIG, GHANWA KAMAL NAUM. They refuse to ever go back. As far as I'm concerned, I will bring by son back for a check up in a few days and I'm begging for that dr god complex, racial profiling to be exercised on me.

I've visited this clinic twice now for blood tests. The staff are both friendly and professional. Once I was signed in, the wait time to have my blood taken was fairly quick. Highly recommend!

Great place. Came here to get tdap vaccine. Everyone from the staff, nurses and doctors were amazing. They were very efficient, professional and kind. The clinic and pharmacy itself is very clean, open and organised. Would definitely recommend people going here for their medical needs.

Dr. Rassam is amazing both on a personal and professional level. She is highly knowledgeable. I followed her when she moved locations, and although I've now moved an hour away, she's still my doctor. I do that because she's great at what she does, I trust her, so, it's worth the drive to Dr. Rassam.

Dr. Bahod is a great doctor! He’s very understanding and listens to your concerns. I highly recommend him! I especially loved how really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit.the staff and the pharmacy all very friendly and helpful. Dr. Bahodi is a absolute gem. I am so glad to have found him after our family physician retired. I went in as a walk in patient and moved our entire family over to become patients of Dr. Bahodi. He is very knowledgeable and extremely kind!

My sister got so bad experience today with Dr. Ban Rassam she called before she walked in and the nurse told her to come they left her for 2 hours until they finished all patients she told the nurse can I enter now she said no we waiting for more patients will coming she waited the patients were coming and enter and my sister waiting in the end she Left without get any service I thing if you not able to do the service do not tell the people to come

Dr. Ban rassam is one of my favourite doctors, she is very professional and she is helping me since day 1 of my pregnancy journey. Also the employees are very friendly and organized. Highly recommend this clinic!

Doctor Rassam is a awesome human being who prioritizes her patients and walk in patients health concerns as being ultimately a goal to achieve before her first meal. The other doctor Bahodi is great and friendly. Nikkei the front desk staff is everyone's sweetheart. I love them all. They deserve a Governmental recognition award of excellence.

I always go to this clinic all the way from halton hills just because how patient the doctors are here!

Please update your voicemail to say by appointment only. I took an uber to get here assuming I may be able to get in, only to be turned away, told there were no appointments today. My bad. I said I don't know where to go, as I really do need to see a doctor, and was just told "sorry" - not asked if I wanted to book for the next day, no help offered. I need a family doctor too, and was hoping to come here based on the glowing reviews. Am curious if there were appointments held for existing patients, because I was asked if I had been there before or was a patient THEN told they were all booked. Not a great way to get new patients. Oh well. By the by, teleheath ontario told me to see a doctor within 24 hours so I guess I have to play roulette with other poorly rated clinics. Terribly frustrating. But easily fixed with updated voicemail and more helpful, compassionate frontline staff.

Dr Ban Is the best doctor I’ve ever met, very educated and she knows what she is doing, she treats me with care and she goes above and beyond. I highly recommend her. I would love to thank her for taking care of me and my mum all the time during this pandemic. Best regards doctor:)

I have been coming to this walk-in for over 1 & a half year now.
The doctor is great. She has always treated me well and gave the best medicine.

But, the front desk needs to be organized. There were 4 nurses/attendents at front, all of them just talking to each other. I had to ask them myself, that when is my turn. And they looked lost in a way that they didn’t know I was there.

The clinic was so much better when there was only 1/2 attendents at the reception.

I am so grateful for Dr. Ban Rassam. Doctors make me nervous but she is so kind and patient and takes her time to listen and explain things. She also has a big heart and makes me feel like she really cares about my well-being. She is reliable and works incredibly hard. She is always spot on with her diagnoses. I am so lucky to have found this medical centre. The staff are efficient and they answer the phone before the clinic even opens.

Another bonus is the pharmacy. It is located in the same unit, and the pharmacist also goes the extra mile with showing sincere care and providing fast service.

I am a new patient at the clinic. I called to make enquiry about registering to have a family doctor and the receptionist was so kind and calm on the phone. She went extra mile to give an email address so I can be registered fast while I wait for a call to book an appointment. Very prompt feedback on every Chanel. I so much appreciate. First impression always count and she gave that️
