Greenhill Pizza and Wings

Their prices and pizza are fair and good but the customer service is very poor. One of the ladies that works there is constantly rude both on the phone and in person.

My co-worker and i have ordered pizza 4 outta 5 days a week for the past three months. We order Beef n Chicken on a medium pizza. It is the Best.price n quality #1.

Delicious pizza. Dough not dense/doughy. Perfect blend of meat & veggie toppings with the sauce/oils. Just the right crunch of the crust. Highly recommended!

First time here as our regular place was closed due to holiday. Friendly, clean location. The pizza was cooked well but kind of flavourless. Not good at all. Can’t pin point what it was missing just not great. Cheese had a strange texture, toppings under cooked crust nice a crispy. The garlic dipping sauce tastes like mayonnaise. Disappointing.

The pizza is good but the wings are always hairy? Like every time we order theres hair coming out of the actual chicken wing and we’ve ordered like 10 different times

Order honey garlic wings for the first time. Terrible flavour. Wings were over cooked and dry. Loaded with honey but hardly any garlic flavour. Had to throw away. Would not recommend.

Customers value kindness and will return.but when im getting a slice plus pop and garlic dipping sauce which got charged $6.50 for was fine, I asked for a little hot sauce on it and you tell me it's extra charge that's ridiculous.previous owners would not question this or charge.not impressed and will not return.

This place is a solid 3. It's nothing special about this place aside from the people who work there. The pizzas are average at best, even below at times. We much prefer Bronx Pizza just on Quigley.

Greenhill Pizza and Wings is the most offensive pizza me and my partner have ever eaten. We had ordered a half/half pizza, one half pepperoni, the other half bbq chicken (onion, bbq sauce, grilled chicken) at around 5pm. The pizza came with one dip, we had chosen garlic dip. When we had called to place the order, the employee left the phone for several minutes with no warning. When we finally got to place our order, we were told 20 minutes, which as far as I'm concerned was correct.

When we had gotten home it was lukewarm, which was expected as it's a 15 minute walk. My partner had a slice of pepperoni before we rewarmed it. It had tasted very herby and natural, but in a gross, near medicinal way. You could *taste* the ingredients individually, which was dentrimental to it's cohesion.

Reheated in the oven at 350f for 5 minutes, the pizza was pleasantly crispy, and that's all I could give it. The chicken was tasteless, old, and chewy. The bbq sauce appeared to be just a layer of ketchup with some brown sugar, it was watery and pale. The red onions tasted normal, but that's not an accomplishment. The dough seemed undercooked, making it excessively doughy and thick-tasting, despite being a remarkably thin crusted pizza. The layout of the toppings was overcrowded in the middle, but there was a solid two inches of crust with zero toppings, just bad sauce and overly chewy crust.

My partner had the pepperoni half and dip, and I did not, so the next words are their own. The pepperonis were *too* flavourful, in terms of sodium. The sauce was watered down and thin, tasting like vinegar. The cheese was like a slab even after reheating, it was dry and didn't stretch or pull. The dip was standard garlic dip, and had nothing remarkable or notable about it, and was served to us lukewarm, as they don't refrigerate their dips.

The floors of the restaurant seemed dirty, and behind the counter seemed dirty and over crowded with papers and dips. The glass the counter was made of was scuffed, with visible grime.

Overall, the was pizza cheap, $12 for a large and 3 toppings plus dip, and the taste reflects it. I would not recommend eating here to anybody I love or even tolerate. Perhaps us having to reheat it did something to it, but if a pizza reheats this poorly, I feel safe in calling it bad pizza. We only ordered here because our normal place does not have BBQ sauce for a BBQ chicken pizza, and frankly, I wish I never had the craving for it, as it resulted in us having the worst pizza we've had in ages.

I have tried many pizzas in Toronto, but I was super surprised by trying this pizza today in Hamilton. A friend of mine recommend this place and I can tell that my friend was 100% right!
Best pizza ever, not dry at all like many pizzas, and test was so yummy and the price is so affordable.

Quality is really hit or miss. I've had great pizza and I've had really bad pizza.

PRO - I like their regular crust cause its a bit chewy, and their pizza sauce has a good flavor, especially if you get extra sauce (when they remember to put it on). I kinda wonder however if their "homemade pizza sauce" and their "secret tomato sauce" are both just regular old tomato sauce from the same can?

CON - they often forget to deliver items on your order. Their "fresh basil" is just a whole bunch of dried basil dumped on the sauce, it made for a pretty gross pizza actually. Don't be fooled by the "fresh" - its actually false advertising from their web site ordering. I'm thinking this will be my last order from them and I;ll look for a new place

Their hours of operations say they’re open until 12AM, I called to place an order 30m before and was told they’re closed, I asked them to update there hours to reflect that and they hung up. Take that how you will, but it does go to show how they operate.

Got their extra large pizzas and the family loves em. Shawarma is amazing, the employees are always busy but they always help out. Has become my go to pizza spot for late night.

I’ve ordered from Greenhill weekly since they opened always recommending them to everyone. Somethings changed tho. The staff working there currently need to get it together. Order is always wrong. I repeat it literally 5x and still my pizza is wrong. Walking in to pick up my pizza tonight to be told it was not made correctly and they’ll make it again (I don’t even have time for this heading into work) was the last straw for me.

Food is good but I asked him to put some sauce on the pizza he told me you have to buy a small container the one they put 30% water in. I told him I will pay him to put it on the piza he refused.

Horrible management. The manager had spoken on the phone after I had ringed about having the wrong order he got angry and hung up the phone. The amount of irresponsible, immature heads is astounding. Pizza is a little less decent, management is even less.

I have absolutely the best pizza we order in this place in Hamilton my kids and also my family love this pizza and wings which is so nice we like green hill pizza

Late night junk food craving; it seems they changed something about the pizza (bland). Extreme overdose of garlic sauce on the shawarma poutine. It was like a swimming pool of garlic sauce. Dude didn't wash his hands, simply rinsed it under the tap and dried it, which I found funny.

Very rude. Horrible customer service. I really used to love the pizza but there is always a problem. It’s annoying having to call or go back because they can’t or won’t follow simple instructions. If your job makes you that unhappy, leave. Don’t treat customers like they’re an inconvenience to you. Customers are the sole reason you get a paycheque. I really miss the old staff, always a smile and they knew how to make pizza. What a shame. Would not recommend. -10

The worst pizza place ever never gets my order right. Always missing something, if you pay cash, they never have change for you, one guy told me he back with my change and never did. Luck guys got 20 tip from my 50. Plus food was cold. I call the place back to try to my money back, and they said they didn't remember me ordering at that address.

I have no idea what others are complaining about! I've been a customer of Greenhill for over 5 years and have NEVER received an incorrect or late order. This place is amazing!

Went in for a couple slices with my kids and had a nice time. Slices were very good and there are a couple chairs we can eat from. Will probably try ordering from here in the future instead of my normal place

Their pizza was awful. I'll never get pizza there again. We tried it because was only place open around us that night but not again for sure!

A very good local pizzeria. Good prices, great -za. They are always friendly and quick even on their busiest days. Which are usually the weekend.

Should be called down hill pizza instead of green hill what happened use to be good now just feels like theres a lack of passion for quality

Best shawarma poutine and wings! Poutine is loaded with tomatoes, onions and the rest of the works! Wings are crispy with a great amount of sauce. Reasonable prices. Just could have nicer staff.

The pizza is ok and the prices are reasonable. I don't understand why the majority of reviews are so extreme - either one star or five star. Apparently, many people think this is the greatest pizza place on the planet, and a similar number think it's the worst. It's neither. The truth is found in the middle - there are many better AND worse quality pizza places out there.

I've only ordered from here three times so far, but every time it's been delicious! They are very generous with their toppings on the pizza. The wings are always nice and saucy. You really do get the most out of your money when you order from this place. I used to be a pizza pizza person but after trying this place I don't think I'll go back to pizza pizza. I would seriously recommend this place)

I have been a loyal customer for over a decade. Great value pizza, and never greasy. Toppings are always generous, and they make a good house garlic sauce. Wings are also good.

Great quality ingredients, owner is very friendly and prices are reasonable. I’ve been coming here for years and will continue to come. I highly recommend this place to anyone that wants good quality pizza in the Hamilton area at a reasonable price. The wings are good too which I started ordering recently!

Pizza is great! Sauce could have a little more flavor. Tastes watered down a bit. Wings are amazing (honey hot is the best) and the salads are okay. We order from here atleast once a week

Sneaky how their prices went up and how the pickup is same high price as delivery and then are saying they offer free delivery to limited area so not really free delivery they charge you the extra in pickup prices Pizzas are below average aswell, not recommended. Not a fan of sneaky tactics.

Honestly the only place we get pizza at. Their crust is soft and chewy, toppings are generous, salads are fresh. Plus they deliver for free to my area. You can't go wrong with any of their pizzas!

They taste Amazing but seems to ignore what you ask, I like to choose a different crust, with different base and they always miss something.
Even though the pizza still tastes good but I still would like it to be made as how I wanted it.

I’ve been here a couple times and it wasn’t the worst but I went here tonight to figure out how much it would cost to get food and when I figured out it would be too much, I kindly declined and she rolled her eyes at me and walked away. Not impressed at all.

We just moved to the area (forest hill) and decided to try this local place out. The pizza and wings are perfect every time. Super classic and tasty

Pizza here is excellent for the price.been coming here for over 5 years.whenever I have family over they always ask me to order pizza from there. Service is also nice.

DO NOT EAT HERE! WORKERS DO NOT WEAR THEIR MASKS AND ONE TIME I HAD A LONG BROWN HAIR BAKED INTO MY PIZZA CRUST AND THEY REFUSED TO GIVE ME A REFUND! I SPENT OVER $50 ON FOOD THERE AND THEY WOULDN'T GIVE ME ANYTHING BACK, ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE, THE LADY I SPOKE WITH WAS VERY RUDE! This used to be my favourite pizza place but it has gone seriously downhill

I am not impressed ordered a gyro wrap and when opened learned the actually split the pita bread into two pieces giving you half the pita my panziroti. Was under cooked asked for sliced salami got 1 once cubes instead will never order there food again

Delicious pizza, reasonable prices and always full of toppings. When you are craving pizza try them out. Their shawarma pizza is amazing! Also try their house garlic dip, it's so tasty.

Awesome pizza and wings, staff while ordering are a little useless and they’re unimaginably slow. Double the wait time they tell you on the phone.
