Greenhorizons is amazing! Their customer service is fantastic and you feel like one of the family! The sod is always beautiful and the results amazing!
In regards to fertilizer and grass seed, I only buy from GH!

Online order was very easy, I also had to switch dates which was also easy and the delivery driver was a pleasure to deal with!

I am very disappointed with Green Horizons. They were at my home delivering sod & they ran over my dog who was 14 years old with their skid steer. She was laying in the driveway enjoying the sunshine at the time. I knew nothing could help my dog, but at least something good should come out of so I asked them to donate $5,000 to some type of animal shelter but they wouldn’t even do that. All they gave me was a gift basket.

It was a quick and easy transaction and communication was spot on with regards to the delivery date and time.

The amount of info was fantastic. Nobody gives the details on delivery that you do. The driver is a pro really friendly and ready to place the soil precisely where I wanted. I've no reason to believe the soil won't live up to my expectations.

This place is awesome! Thank you for helping support me in getting a top notch lawn for summer. Have taken on the scarifying, top dressing, overseeding and little bit of sod installation and you won’t find better value. It’s rare to find a place that ticks fast, cheap and high quality.

I’ve wasted more than enough time at large department stores to spend twice as much to no result.

First time using this service and it was quick, easy and put exactly where we needed it. So far we would use them again for service alone.

Our street just underwent a major reconstruction. The contractor used Greenhorizons as their sod supplier (today, Dec 11,2022) to repair damaged lawns on the west side of the street (Pic #1 and #2). They used Strathroy Sod Farms as their supplier (about 10 days ago) for my side of the street (Pic #3 and #4). I will be reaching out to Greenhorizons for a sod project in my backyard next spring. Such a far superior product than their competition.

I've ordered a Big Yellow Bag of top soil every year for the past 4 years and every one of them has been great! The ordering and delivery of the soil is so easy and convenient. You get an email saying your delivery is coming the next day, and it's there, right where you've marked for it! The soil has always been very good. I've been making gardens in my yard and doing some lawn maintenance and this soil has been perfect!

I had a small order of sod the Lady i worked with was super friendly and very efficient. I have done buissness with the previous owners And the new staff is just a good. It’s a bit out of my way but i will be back in the spring for all my fertilizer, seed and mulch…great service and great prices!

The online ordering process is what convinced me. It was a very simple and straight forward process that allowed me to order on a holiday when the company was closed.
The sod was excellent quality. I have recommended my neighbours use Green Horizons and although I only needed to do 1/2 of my yard after a renovation, it looks so good I am contemplating doing the other 1/2.

Delivery of the sod was a little later than hoped for, but pretty good considering I ordered it about 24hours before. A few flaws in a couple of the rolls, but they were dealt with with the few cuts I had to make. I like the way you have things organized, with ordering, delivery and pickup of soil bags and skids afterwards - well done.

It was easy to complete an order online. Sod was delivered exactly as promised. Instructions where sent via email for all the prep work required prior to Sod delivery. Would definitely use their services again.

Experience was very straightforward and simple. Was not there but my ring camera let me know someone was there. The care taken to nicely and neatly move the wooden X and place it somewhere thoughtfully, out of the way showed the care the delivery person had. A really tiny, insignificant detail that says loudly the culture of the company. Great experience, would highly recommend.

Sod was useless when unrolled, the dirt was dry and sod fell apart when unrolled, 12 rolls at 68 with tax and this is what you get. To say the least wasnt impressed

I purchased 18 rolls on Wednesday July 17h 2019. It looked in poor condition but I took in anyway since I had driven from Stratford to pick it up and i wanted to get the job done. When I started to lay the sod, I found that it was almost bone dry and was almost certainly not fresh. It was so thin that it easily fell apart as I was positioning it and to add to my misery 3 rolls had what looked like crab grass growing in it. Needless to say if I want sod in the future I won't be returning to this company.

My order was delivered on time and the sod I received was top quality. All pieces knitted in nicely.

Your building was very clean. The service was great. The lady that helped me was very friendly and very knowledgable about the products.
