After a mishap with there large truck and our
Small street. After reaching out to them with our concerns they were able to come out and make repairs and fix up our property. They were kind to talk with and they took responsibility with what had happened.

Ordering sod was easy through the website. I was able to pick the day that best suited me and it was delivered before 9am which was great to get started right away! The sod was placed in the place I had specified which made it easy for us to get to. The instructions that came with the order helped me prepare for for the sod, understand the watering schedule, and the photos and information that I will need for a guarantee.

Entire experience from ordering the big yellow bag to having the sod delivered to us on time was exceptional. The sod was green and in excellent condition. Definately happy with the quality of sod they produce at a fair price. They also came back to pick up the empty skid afterwards. My wife and i would definitely order from them again. I’m very disappointed in compact sod with the experience I had today, considering I was in the office of compact sod on Friday afternoon April 25, I payed for 3 bags of Seed by debit then the woman ordered my 1 Bag of natures blend to be delivered this week between April 24 -29 I got several phone calls from a woman’s person phone that worked at compact Sod that said I did not pay for my seed and to call in and they would debit my account for the mistake, later that day when I had time at work to double check my bank account to confirm I had paid and have not made any mistakes, I did not, everything was paid and debited from my account, I have all records, finally I got a call from a supervisor and said everything was ok and not to worry, she left a message on my phone, well that was far too late at this time, This was not professionally handled at all, so I called back to see if I could possibly to order an other bag of natures blend at a discounted rate considering what I went through today, I complained to the woman that took phone calls for compact Sod, and told her about my situation and asked for a discounted price and she could not, she patched me to her supervisor and she said it was our mistake and they were sorry and they were only going to give me 15.00 dollars discount like every one else gets, I also asked if I could speak to the owner, she said he was a very busy man, having her saying that and myself a repeat costumer for many years am very disappointed

Professional delivery driver. Quality sod. A few pieces were torn and thin but still usable. Rolls were lighter than what I'm used to so that was great. Delivery first thing in the morning was perfect. Very accommodating when I changed the delivery date and again when I added more sod. Friendly staff and fast online reciepts.

Ordered a bunch of sod for my front yard. Had to change the amounts several times and both the office staff and delivery went great!
