Just got off the phone with Michelle. GreenShield customer service is great! I get easily confused sometimes, and that's when I call. They always have the answers I need, delivered in words that I can comprehend. That's 3 calls in a row where I have been treated excellently. Thanks to the call centre staff:)

Wish could give 0 star if it is a option. Want to refill a nasal spray due to the allergic but denied and been told need to wait another 10 days. Sick and dying from this stupid policy!

The most frustrating provider to deal with on every level. They don't follow collective agreements and they just don't seem to care. Every one I speak to in the industry has nothing good to say about this company. Denial of a life altering medication prescribed by a specialist and asking for so much personal information before they will consider covering it is asinine. Try constantly bothering a specialist to take up their time to play these games with Green Shield. Disgusting.
