Greenstone countertops is one of the rare companies that deserves a five star rating! Customer service is fantastic, very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding to the customers needs. The installation crew was also top notch! The were punctual, friendly and very good at their skill. The seams are nearly invisible! The product installation was about a week and a half from start to finish which was a wonderful surprise. Have had stone installed by other companies and would recommend Greenstone! Great job can’t wait to start the bathroom.

I’m not sure where to begin to describe our experience with Greenstone. 5 stars are definitely not enough to compliment the exemplary level of professionalism and amazing service we were provided with across the board. Our first encounter was with Maggie in the store front. We were instantly put at ease with her knowledge and her seamless ability to help us realize our counter top goals. She was so friendly, very knowledgeable and provided us with some great options. We then had the pleasure of speaking with Randy to go over availability and timelines (wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable). Next was templating with Max, a great guy who thoroughly explained the whole process during the home visit. Lastly, we had an awesome experience meeting Kyle and Regan, the exceptional delivery team. Their install is just perfection! We have the most beautiful quartz countertops for our new kitchen. Greenstone’s customer service goes above and beyond. We highly recommend this company and can’t you all enough!

In addition, they kept our project on time by installing within a few short days after our templating appointment. So happy! We shopped around to several other countertop places, and are so glad we went with Greenstone. The customer service was awesome, and we were able to get exactly what we wanted, both a jumbo slab, and several cut off pieces for a great price. Other places couldn't get us in for measurements for over a month and a half. Greenstone had us measured and the countertops all installed in under a month. Super professional. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

A friend recommended Greenstone. We hadn't even heard of this company, but decided to check them out after seeing all the 5-star reviews on Google. We contacted the company via e-mail and they were very quick and informative. I went in person and the receptionist took me to the back to show me all the available off-cuts that I was interested in for my basement bar. She gave me a nice small piece of the exact granite available to take home. When we were ready to order the piece, they were available the following week to do the measurements and we got the countertop installed the week after (not going to lie, their quick availability made me second-guess, but the good reviews pulled through). The three guys who came were awesome and installed the counter top very well with barely any damage to our wall (the countertop was around 400 lbs, seamless 10-foot piece, installed reverse pie shape between two walls). They installed the undermount sink, sealed the granite, and went on their way. Thanks!

As a bathroom and kitchen contractor I've used Mike and Greenstone Countertops a lot. He's done over 15 projects for us and his work has always been excellent. I highly recommend them.
