Staff is always friendly greeting when entering store and complementary treats and drinks (lemonade and cookies) to customers. There's parking behind the building.

Definitely recommend stopping in great deals and the 50$ joint is my new favorite thing to smoke

I don’t understand the good reviews here they honestly don’t have the best prices…one plant does… anyone who wants a good deal go there.second the store manager there is really arrogant and rude horrible experience visiting that place.not to mention how horrible she treated a staff member in front of a customer… if thats not a better reason to shop somewhere else then i don’t know…staff were really nice tho.like i said i don’t understand the good reviews one plant will always get you the same product for cheap anyways.

Fie! Hubby and I have visited many times. The staff is fantastic and the options are endless. Great prices and they always have something free for customers like Nitro infused Lemonade, Chocolate chip cookies or pizza! The dispensaries we visit in the US do not give you any freebies, definitely do NOT deliver and are ridiculously expensive then just plain stupid with limits and high taxes. Once again, the US needs to look to our neighbors to the North to see how to get it right. Cai and Madison are awesome when it comes to customer service. Tell them the couple from Indiana sent you! We’ve been here 2 days so far and have been there 3 times already.

I would give 0 stars if possible. I purchased muskmelon OG for $10 with 10% off as they had a deal going on. I was unaware that their competitors offer the same for $6 with no discount. They charge double the prices. Even the costliest supplier in town doesn’t charge that high. Wouldn’t recommend. That’s how the pay for sign advertisement. They’re ripping people off. Always choose other cannabis stores over them. Not worth it. Waste of money.

Prices are reasonable and fair the delivery charge is slightly high at $5 per delivery however considering the quality of service it's a fee willing to pay

This is my fav dispo, they’re stock is unmatched they go out of their way to avoid any inconvenience and they’re starting a points reward program that’s all I ask is that I get a little tax break once in a while on some good good

They'll try to short-change you at this store. First couple times it happened I dismissed it. It's only ever a couple bucks and it happens when they conveniently don't offer you a receipt. Short haired brunette got me today.

The store is 5 stars. Service is exceptional. Well priced. Bud is always great. However, the delivery service is lacking. The delivery driver will not come to my door unless I ask when they arrive & call me. I think that's ridiculous. Especially when you deliver so late. I am supposed to leave my home to meet a strange man in a pickup truck for my weed? The point of ordering from a dispensary is to NOT have to deal with anything sketchy.

This place is the best! I wish we had a dispensary this reliable where I live. I’m just visiting Windsor and I needed a vape pen in a pinch, and these people had one delivered to me in less than an hour at 8: 30 pm on a weekday. Not to mention, the lady on the phone and the delivery guy were both delightful. Thank you, Greentown! You made my night.

My favourite dispensary in the city by far! They consistently have great products and all of the staff are super friendly, helpful and knowledgeable (honourable mention to Elizabeth and Joel for the great recommendations)

I absolutely loved Greentown until they implemented a minimum dollar amount for delivery. I went from ordering 3-5 times a week to… well… almost never.

Greentown’s prices are a little high for Windsor, but their delivery is so fast and fantastic that it was worth it! But my regular orders were all around $25 after tax, so I can no longer place my regular orders without tacking on products I don’t want just to make the delivery threshold.

If you need fast delivery of a substantial amount they’re the best, but otherwise the cost is too prohibitive.

Super friendly staff and great and quick delivery, the y have a good selection of goods and always shower their customers with free pizza, lemonade and cookies and sometimes merch!

Jole was a great help and there service is exceptional great selection on flowers two thumbs up for green town

Cannot say I had a pleasant visit at this establishment, not very welcoming other than the greeter at the front door, he was very professional, calm fluent and friendly. Other than that, the rest of the staff were more concerned about selling their product, rather than providing information about what I’m buying. It’s sad to see consumerism has been thrown right out the window with this establishment.

Never buy from here. Way too overpriced for employees that just want your $. The same employees that try to sell you their more expensive stuff to make their managers happy.

I was grossly somewhat attacked by Kosta’s demeanour, he really wants your money… not to mention I couldn’t stand the fact he looked like he took a shower in olive oil in the morning. His service is too get it over with, never buying from here again - they’ve all been trained the same
