I reached out to the office of Greg Monforton & Partners (highly recommended by my close friend) for some info regarding my medical negligence situation. First off, not once I had to hold phone more than a minute, always someone there to answer, very polite courteous staff, easy smooth process to explain what is going on and what my options are. All this, despite the fact that I am not retaining this office as my representative. Recommendation provided for another rep which is more suitable to my situation. Kudos to Sarah Roman, Isabella Di Blasi and few others for their passionate communication skills. Well done!

I had a slip and fall and they did their best to provide adequate help for me and direct me to get the help I needed.

I was a pedestrian and was struck by a car. My injuries were not catastrophic but were serious enough to where I was off work for 7months. I went to Monforton and was basically told my injuries weren’t that bad. I wouldn’t get a lot on a settlement. Well I’m glad they didn’t take my case and pushed me to a local lawyer where he didn’t care to make a million off me he just wanted me to get what I deserved. Well I got 100k on my settlement. Took me 5 yrs to sue and win. These firms need to help the small person sometimes. It would make a difference in someone’s life

On the advice of 2 well-respected & recognized lawyers I was referred to Greg Monforton. After 3 phone interviews with separate individuals from his office, I was advised that they would take my case dependent upon $100,000.00 retainer fee. Let me just check my mattress! All those TV advertisements, just drive me nuts.

Lawyers kept prolonging helping me.they would keep letting someone call me every month to talk about nothing but wouldn't take my case although I'm going to win it. They are a waste of time, its been 3 and a half months and they still playing.found a knowledgeable lawyer in 3 days and im signing up with them tomorrow. I wouldn't recommend this place, I don't think they like money or helping people.

Even tho they didn't take my case, I received excellent council and a recommendation.very clearly in the interest of what's right.

Called Mr. Monforton's office recently to inquire about a legal matter that I am currently dealing with. When I phoned Monforton Law I received a recorded message instructing callers to leave their contact information and the call would be returned. I was quite impressed with a return call from Mr. Monforton's office approximately 1/2 hour later. I spoke with a very pleasant and knowledgable employee responsible for the initial intake of clients for a short time where relevant explanations, processes and procedures were given. All in all my contact with Mr. Monforton's office was very helpful and informative. Should the occasion arise in this legal situation I am currently managing where legal representation is required I have no reservations or second thoughts about engaging Mr. Monforton and his firm to act as my legal representative.
