If I could give a 0 star I would. Do NOT go here for bloodwork. Got bloodwork done 2 weeks ago, still have not received results.

My GP requested bloodwork for me to get done, so I decided to go this clinic as they have a lab and it's close.

Biggest mistake I've ever made. It's been nothing but a hassle to get a straight answer from this clinic

Waited a week, called my GP asked if they got the results, still nothing.

I called Greystone, they NEVER answer their phone. Don't even bother calling, the phone is obviously for decoration. So I had to go in person to ask a simple question. I asked them if they knew what was going on, the lab technician told me that she will request the results from the lab ASAP. A week later nothing.

I have sent email after email, called multiple times. Incredibly irresponsible and don't seem to care. I've got a heart condition and bloodwork for me is vital. So they've completely dropped the ball, and show no intention on doing anything about it.

Do NOT go here for bloodwork. And frankly I wouldn't go at all at this complete lack of care and professionalism.

If anyone is looking for a clinic that is professional, caring, and understand the meaning of time sensitive, I highly suggest Oasis Family Health Centre.

I'm glad I'm young and able bodied and not a senior or disabled person who has the choice of traveling further for quality health care.

Liked the clinic for its staff responsiveness, friendliness and politeness. Dr. Vakilha is a nice doctor, within minutes he figured out what went wrong with my son. He prescribed and directed to take him to emergency if no improvement. He is knowledgeable, fast and precise. We were informed about 1.5 hrs wait time (being a Sunday!) and when we went back, we did not had to wait longer. Will definitely recommend this clinic.

I came here out of sheer need. First visit, last visit. Doctor was nice, totally liked him. Good people vibes and clearly a hard working and dedicated physician.

To the people/patients that came in to the clinic without masks on, SHAME on you. No regard for anyone in the shared space OR the Dr. We are still in a pandemic, covid isn't over never mind the plethora of other airborne viruses circulating our city. Lookin' at you too, reception.

The theatric signage is useless if it's ignored. If you're going to continue to allow pt's in the clinic to sit in the waiting room SICK for an hour or more with other pt's and then to proceed into an exam room sans mask - at least get some hepa filters!

Thank you! Staff and doctors Vakilha reminder to patients to be kind they do there best to accommodate everyone.waits are long but they do get the job done remember this is a walk in. So 1/2 hour or more wait is normal! My u all b blessed for the lives u help!

I had gone for first time and had very bad throat infection the doctor just saw me for 5 seconds typed a tablet for 10days. The doctor didn’t feel to inform me what should I do and how I should take care of my throat infection. Very bad experience and unprofessional!

I have been to this walk-in twice before and was extremely pleased with the care Dr. Vakilha provided me. He was very pleasant with a relaxing chair side manner. He made me feel very comfortable and at ease.

Perfect clinic! Absolutely recommend it. I was in and out of it within an hour being a walkin clinic. The receptionist was very efficient and polite. The doctors were excellent & experienced, very helpful and empathetic.

I am very grateful to this clinic, because when I am sick, it's usually impossible to get to my doc on short notice, so I come here. Also I will never forget that this was the only place which could accept my child with cold symptoms during covid (our doc refused to see us even with negative covid test). The wait time can be long, but the receptionist is truly patient and amazing, she just tells the wait time, so I can wait outside & she even called me so I don't miss my turn. Thank you!

Staff were fast and efficient, Dr.was very professional with a good bedside manner.in and out in a short time

They never receive any phone calls, it always goes to voicemail. I wonder how they expect to do business. Shame on them

They filter phone calls and will ignore you if they want. Borderline breaking the law. Very concerned for ppl who might be in nead and are treated in this fashion.

Dr. Vakilha is very knowledgeable. We have been visiting his clinic since 2015. We always receive the pleasant services. Highly recommended.
