Ilona did a very good job with our dog, she did deshedding, and we noticed significant decrease in amount of hair around the house. His fur looks fluffy and healthy.

Today was my first time using groomer, Ilona.
She was punctual, kind and enjoys the dogs. She did an amazing job on my dog, Teddy. The rates are extremely reasonable, and I will definitely be going back to her. I highly recommend her.

Absolutely pathetic service. Had a convo with the lady before booking and she mentioned nothing about not 'Blow-drying' my cat after a haircut. Only when i took my cat there a d after the shower she told me oh sorry we cant blow dry, im not comfortable. Imagine being a groomer and not being comfotable doing a service? Why not mention it before hand? Imagine having to take your cat wet, back home which could make her sick too. Charged me 70 dollars for a below average, bad service. I don't even think she brushed cats teeth.

I had a hard time to find a groomer for my little Benji after he got hurt during his last grooming at the previous place. Since then he is very anxious and and he can get a little aggressive. I was lucky enough to be able to find Ilona from grooming with love. She was able with her patient to take care of him and be able to finishing grooming my little Benji.

A couple of days ago, for the third time in a row, we had a haircut with Ilona. Excellent highly professional work. Ilona is a truly excellent specialist, a master of her craft. I highly and highly recommend.

Ilona was great with our Brodie! She was completely honest about what she thought my dog needed for grooming and recommended the best services. She was communicative with me the entire time - it was Brodie’s first time with her and we were a little nervous. We’ve been to other groomers before, but she is definitely one of the best. Highly recommended!

I tried to book an appointment for my 2 small dogs, when I called the lady answered like I was calling a regular number. No hello grooming with love greeting. I basically had to ask her if this was the grooming place. After choosing a date and time which was very difficult, probably because she had several conversations going, we booked. I then received another text stating that in order to book my time 2 months ahead, the owner wanted a 25.00 deposit? I cancelled.

Ilona is so sweet and professional! I took my maltipoo puppy to her for his first cut and she updated me throughout his time there and finished in under an hour! He warmed up to her quick too. All in all, definitely recommend!

She’s super quick and efficient in her services and my pup always looks super cute and clean after his visit with her!

BEWARE! Please do not take your dog to this place, Ilona is a very calculating, dishonest, aggressive and unreliable person who doesn’t want to be responsible when your dog is in her care, not only she asks for a deposit of $25 prior to the appt, once you arrive she asks you to sign her contract which basically waives her of any responsibility for your pet. However she does text people to ask to be paid by cash only. But she doesn’t tell you about the contract once you give her the deposit because she ends up keeping it as most people will never sign anything like that.
Legally her contract will stand no chance in court! Once she takes the dog in her care she’s legally responsible for it so don’t let her fool you with her lies.
Ilona is rude and unprofessional, aggressive towards her customers, not the type of personality that you would want to leave your pet with. She screamed at me when I refused to sign the contract and she threatened me to kick me out. I ended up leaving as I would not trust her with my dog.
There are many good groomers with better attitude and more pet friendly personality.
Also beware that all those reviews she has can be bought if Ilona claims to be doing this for 13 years all those people are relatively new. Something doesn’t add up! Beware! Read the contract it’s been posted!

Took my Sweet bunny to have his nails trimmed - Ilona was super accommodating and squeezed me in on late notice. She was very sweet with my bunny and very quick! Will bring him back.

Brought my cat here for the first time and had a great experience. She got a lion cut, bath and nail trim done in about 45 minutes which was very efficient and I didn't have to waste time traveling home and back again. They don't blowdry the cats after the cut but my kitty has some anxiety so a towel dry is much preferred for us anyways. I highly recommend this place and will be returning regularly for cat grooming.

My pocket bully was having allergies and had extremely dry paws and some dandruff. I needed him groomed ASAP and called around for last minute appointments. Ilona was the only groomer I could find that would take my doggy in so last minute. She was so busy (even had a wait list) but she still took my dog in because she recognized that he was having allergy symptoms. Ilona truly cares about animals and was there for me and my dog when we needed her! She cured his dry paws and he hasn’t been itching ever since his groom (bonus: his coat is super shiny!). She was able to even give me some advice to help with his allergies. Highly recommend Grooming With Love!

I have used Grooming with Love's services two times for my puppy and I 100% recommend them. My puppy was feeling relaxed after visinting them as opposed to his previous experiences elsewhere. Their price is reasonable and the booking process is very easy.

We searched for a groomer who could work with our anxious puppy. After several experiences that just didn’t seem like a good fit we finally learned about Ilona and we are so pleased. I have an extreemly difficult long haired cat who hates being touched by strangers. We have taken him to several groomers who would either give him back ungroomed and say "It cant be done" or attempt to cage/sedate him for grooming which we hate! Ilona is like the pet whisper, He is oddly calm in her presance, bathed, deshedding and a stylish trim every now and then. Grooming with love is the only place I'll ever take my baby Hes grumpy but hes mine! And shes the only groomer who has ever been able to get the job done WITH LOVE.
She also uses amazing all natural products which is a huge plus!

I took my goldendoodle here for a full groom and I couldn’t be happier with my experience! My dog was super fluffy with long fur and lots of knots/padding so she had to get a full shave down. In my previous experiences with other groomers, my dog got cuts and had some bleeding at the tip of her ears but with Ilona, everything looks great. Great service, definitely recommend:)
