Very rude and arrogant operator -called to ask a question about the reservation. I was demanded to pay the total price (quite hefty) upfront via e-transfer or credit card. I asked if I could pay cash, listed as the option on the website, and I was told, "No one will show up then. " Also, I was told there are no services in King City. I found another taxi that was half cheaper. The rate is 0.

Excellent Service when you need to travel with a child! This was one of the few (only) companies I could find willing to provide a booster seat at a reasonable price. Service I received was excellent. Driver was right on time, polite, professional, clean car and safe driver. Will def.use again!

I am disappointed in this service. First time we used them, my wife was left in the middle of the streets with her luggages while carrying our toddler. She didn’t want to complain because life is hard right now and didn’t want nobody to get fired. She wanted to give them a second chance and they once again messed up. She almost missed her flight because the driver didn’t show up at the right time. She had to call them to know what was going on. She was then told that the driver would take 30 minutes to come and pick it up, which would I make them a hour late. The pickup was as for the airport so this company should know better than to make people late for their flights. They made her pay in advance just for them to not show up. Very bad company. And after reading their responses to all the bad reviews, they don’t take any accountability for their actions. It’s unfortunate.

After 2 other companies did not respond (1 not quickly, the other not at all), I contacted GTA. Early morning pickup and the driver arrived promptly. Courteous, efficient, and we had a good chat. Would use them again.

GTA CAB is the worst! Do not book rides with them. Air Canada cancelled our flight. We notified GTA CAB within 30 minutes of the flight cancellation, four and a half hours before our GTA CAB pickup time. I asked GTA CAB for a full refund, since we did not know when our Air Canada flight would be rescheduled. GTA CAB imposed a $45 cancellation fee (from a $105) fare, and they refused to waive the cancellation fee. They finally agreed to issue a $60 refund on July 26th by e-transfer, but I still haven't received the refund, as of July 30th. CROOKS! There's lots of other ride services, don't use GTA CAB.

If I could give this company negative stars I would.
We ordered and pre-paid for a cab days in advance, that never showed up the night of our wedding! This ride was supposed to take us from our wedding venue to our hotel ($75 for a 20 minute ride). There's no Ubers available in the area we were in, and unfortunately this company seems to capitalize on that with the prices they set.
The next day, a friend of ours ordered and pre-paid for a cab from the same service to rideshare together back to the wedding venue. Upon picking us up, the driver refused my husband's service animal, then demanded we pay a $45 cleaning fee if he was to drive us. The driver phoned his supervisor, who did not enjoy that we told him it is against the law to charge additional fees for a service animal. Even worse when the company had already taken our money the night prior, and provided no service. We were then told we weren't going to get driven anywhere although this ride, too, was already paid for. Customer service was abysmal, so incredibly rude and did not show an ounce of care or willingness to listen to the actual problems we presented.
My money was returned after days of investigation without so much as an apology. I am only sorry I ever recommended this company to my wedding guests. If only I had known. Don't book them, save yourself the headache. They appear under various "GTA Cab" names in Google.

Worst booking experience that I have experimented. The Customer service on the phone was COMPLETELY disrespectful about my situation and hang up THREE TIMES before I can even talk.

Honestly it’s not even the drivers that are the problem. It’s whoever is behind the phone line when you call. It’s nothing but pure attitude when you call. I used them for the airport and when it was time to leave, the driver didn’t show up. And this happened twice. When I called both times to figure out what’s going on, all I got was “your ride wasn’t confirmed or booked in the system” no apology no nothing. I wasn’t looking for a compensation for both times but an apology or some acknowledgment would have been the way to go about it. Your business won’t flourish if you lack good customer service. Don’t forget you need customers for your business to continue. Your lack of customer service will push customers to find alternatives. Like I said, the drivers are fine. The two that I had were very respectful. Maybe work on speaking to your customers in a more respectful manner. Don’t hang up before the customer is done speaking.it’s rude.

Absolutely horrendous service and very rude customer service if that’s what one calls it! The cab was extremely late and we waited for three hours for it to arrive! Really really terrible service

Worst ever Cab service. I told them before hand that I have a surgery and want to go to Toronto Airport thus need a helping hand. Only to take money, they promised to take out my luggage from apartment and putting it in van. After payment when driver arrived, he clearly refused to give any help and I took my luggage on my own. Resolutely, my stitches in the surgery started bleed. The driver was one of the rudest person on this planet. I would never recommend any person to use this service.

Extremely happy with GTA cab services. Driver was very nice, called and texted before both pick ups. Prebooking was easy. Was on time, would use again!

Recently used them to pick up my wife and daughter from the airport. The driver was on time and even waited for them as the security clearance and baggage took long.

I recommend them.

WORST CAB BOOKiNG experience ever! This is the most unprofessional cab company I have ever dealt with. They don’t book by phone and after an hour of email exchanges they increased the quote by 5 dollar increments twice asking me to email my credit card info. When I finally authorized 50$ for an $11 dollar ride they refused to send someone and left a mom and her baby waiting for over an hour and then didn’t show up

I have no problem recommending this company, just make sure to give yourself time to book your ride as I did not. I paid upfront for a round trip, to our event and return. Booking is done online, correspondence is through email and it takes time. We ended up taking another cab service, and were told we would be refunded for the pickup. They said our ride would be there at our event, for the return trip. They were, and waited patiently for us to come out as it was busy. The driver was very courteous, and respectful. The next day as they said, a refund was put back into my account for the first part of the trip. I'll have no problem using this service again. Knowing how it works now, I'll make sure to give more time for booking.

Great great service. I was travelling with my two kids and my emails requesting car seats didn’t go through because of my phone. They reacted in 5min to provide 2 car seats.

I used gtacab twice - to and from the Airport. Both times the drivers arrived on time, were incredibly polite and professional and the cars were spacious and well maintained. I requested a car seat and got a clean and safe car seat for my kid.

Shout out to Mr. Sukh who patiently waited for me for a very significant amount of time while I was resolving a lost baggage situation at the airport.

Nice reliable cab only thing is they don’t leave the area for some reason, like If you were to go out of town sort of thing.

Thank you GTA cab team both the booking agents and the fantastic drivers. My son used their services over 4 times now and the drivers are always on time and provide help and support. I highly recommend this professional company which is lucky to have such an amazing team
