The lady from the day before yesterday played with her mobile phone while working. I don’t know how their leaders agreed. It’s a terrible front desk. Their day’s work is to play with their mobile phones.

Terrible experience. Not sending the NOA to notify party and then charging the storage. Nobody adequate to talk to. Stay away if you can.

If you want to see planes take off and land this is the place to go. They have a parking spot to stopped and see planes taking off and land. Took my little guy and he was amaze.

Terrible service, you call and send emails for days and no one replies.
Cargo ready for pick up, truck shows up, they can not find the cargo.
They lose boxes, tell you they did a warehouse search multiple times and they don't have it, but magically 2 months later they have it. Understand the situation as I work in logistics as well but I get back to people and reply to the customers.its called customer service, dont think they know what that is.

Terrible terrible terrible. There’s a South Asian young lady who is the “security” for the screenings. She does not wear a mask. I asked her to wear a mask and she said “I don’t have a mask and I’m not because I’m triple VAXXED” and would not keep 2 meters from me. Terrible management.

Service has been improved in the last 40 days. I just want to see if they can keep it consistent.

They are unpleasant slow very slow they don't care if you wait 3 hrs to unload only 1 forklift on the floor.

Always seem friendly, looked after in a very timely matter, if you have your documents together that is required.

Its really very nice place to work.we all workers are just like a family.we care each other.respect for each and every body.

Imported a very rare and valuable aquarium fish from Singapore and picked it up here.

Staff was very polite, courteous and friendly, especially considering how busy they were.

Very organized and professional.

I was treated like I mattered and left feeling thrilled about the whole experience.

Fish arrived on time, in excellent condition and is my pride and joy!

Re shipping a puppy, the clerk was a very officious man. Told us when we arrived early the wait would be 60-90 minutes after landing as per Westjet operating procedures, but then when we said that's not what we were told when we called and that this is a 10 week puppy that can't stay on the tarmac that long. He proceeded to explain that shipments had to be collected from multiple airlines, which he must have thought absolved him personally (another clerk might have been at least politely sympathetic). Our puppy's flight arrived a few minutes early and 30 minutes later we heard a puppy yelping in the warehouse not far from the customer service waiting room where we were. We asked if that was our puppy, since no one else was waiting for a puppy, and he said that it wasn't our puppy because - he said - ours had not even arrived in the warehouse yet. 10 minutes later, it did indeed seem to come to his attention that it was our puppy barking loudly and constantly. We've heard that shipping a puppy to Pearson via Westjet is usually handled much better, and in fact the wait time after landing (after a 3 hour flight) was usually only 30 min rather than the 60-90 min the clerk worried us with, however 10 of those minutes were unnecessary because this clerk refused to check whether the distress yelping we heard was in fact our puppy. Since this clerk was the only available agent at the window we had no choice but to deal with him. Very obnoxious and obviously on some kind of power trip. The staff in the back warehouse were great, but obviously glad the puppy was leaving!

They get the job done and the staff is friendly. Signage and procedures for pickup and drop off could use some improvement. I.e. A ticket system to establish customer priority, could be dispensed at the time of sign in.

Shipped my household goods and my two dogs from overseas. Very professional and knowledgeable staff. Clean and secure warehouse very close to Pearson international airport.

I received a arrival notice on a Friday midday, I tried to rush to pick it up that same day yet because I didn't want to pay wearhouse fee and I didn't have time on Monday, but they won't awnsor my request for the customer papers to clear my shipment, Tuesday morning when I go to pick the paperwork up they tell me there is a $255 warehouse fee. The paperwork they gived was not right, customs complained about it. Everytime I deal with GTA World Cargo here in Toronto, it's a headache, bad customer service.

We are a plant importer with weekly shipments that we try to have all our vendors find airlines that are shipped into Toronto to be handled by GTA, they have the best service and storage terms in the industry! I hope this continues to be and that they handle even more airlines in the future so we can avoid the other cargo handlers in Toronto.

Very professional team i must say, Their warehouse staff are excellent
I had to pick up an aircraft engine today, I observed staff going out of way to make my experience a memorable one. They offered to help me load my cargo on my truck and even gave me some shoring wood to help me tie down my cargo. Their services are very quick. They have very skilled forklift operators.
Customer service at its best, thank you GTA team for your services, I will alway recommend you guys for all our future shipments. I must add the counter staff Lianna, Olivera and their Manager Tsai really help me out.
