I ordered an arrangement for a funeral, and they were very beautiful! I got the upgraded arrangement, and it was much bigger than I had expected. Totally exceeded my expectations! I will definitely order from them again.

I’ve used them a couple of times now. Always delivered on the date I have chosen. I always get the person who I ordered for, to send a picture because I want to see how they look. I did notice this last order I did, that one of the types of flowers were slightly wilted and dried out at the end of the petals. But overall they were nice!

Decent prices, good deals, and anyone I have sent their flowers to are very happy with the flowers. Thank you!

Very disappointing! Daughter never received her birthday bouquet and they close at 1: 00 pm on Fridays! Find another florist! BTW highlighting a star is required to post.

Eight days after delivery and my birthday arrangement is still gorgeous! Not a petal dropped. Great flowers!

Ordered flowers online and got a confirmation the flowers will be delivered next day. The next day, I got a call a hour after the order was suppose to be delivered apologizing the flowers I ordered aren't in stock and she didn't check yesterday when the order was placed. Can't comment on the quality of the flowers or bouquet as my recipient will never get them!

Came on time and was exactly what was ordered, have order flowers from them before with no problem.

I thought the basket looked a bit small in the picture the recipient sent me but the happiness it brought her was what was important

The flowers were incredible but I did expect the arrangement to be fuller than it actually was. The recipient was very happy.

Delivery to schools are supposed to occur before 3pm and I specifically left instructions to be delivered before 2: 30. Got a call at 230 saying it would be after 4pm at the earliest. Was finally delivered the next day. 25th anniversary surprise ruined. Never again.

I have to say never than this before ordering flower from one province to another and was concern at first and this needed to be done due a funeral and was worried but put the order thur and they got the flower arrangement with no issues and was quite surprised and touch and they took a picture to show me the arrangement I order and was very nice and professional so am quite please with this company and will definitely do business with them again and would recommend this place as well.

Flowers received were exactly as depicted on the website
Noticed the base was freezing cold I'm guessing they do that to keep
the flowers fresher longer while out for delivery

Flowers delivered on time and a beautiful arrangement, however, not a very large arrangement so not worth the price.

Lovely bouquet but not at all as the picture suggested. No irises, no roses (not happy at all about that!)

Ordering an item one is never going to see in person is a daunting proposition. Added to that, there were a few reviews I had read about CanadaFlowers that made me hesitate, however I liked a birthday basket listed, so decided to chance it. I am sure glad I did!
The basket arrived as listed, (Recipient took a photo) my sister-in-law was tickled, and I was so pleased with not only the basket, but the prompt manner in which the order was handled.
Ordered one day, delivered bright and early the next. A positive transaction, I will definitely order from CanadaFlowers again!
This order was delivered in the city of Regina.

I called and ordered over the phone and they assured me the delivery and cost of flowers.the csr girl was very nice and helpful with me… the arrangements they did was beautiful and I know I’ll for sure order from them if or when needed again… thank you very much to the staff there and great job on flowers!

I can always count on the arrangements from Canada Flowers to be fresh, vibrant and just what I ordered.

Recently my brother passed away and my wife and I wanted to send my sister in law some flowers. We found GTA Florist and they have a wonderful website. My wife and I found it easy to pick a plant basket with flowers to send as a sympathy token. We did not know exactly what they would look like but they showed a picture representation of the basket. Last night I received a call from my sister in law thanking us for the beautiful flower basket. She was very happy with it and said it was beautiful. Thank you GTA Florist

I ordered in the morning and it arrived in the afternoon to a different province with 3hr difference on the very same day (Saturday). I was very impressed.
The only thing was that it wasn't as full as the picture.

Ordered Flowers through Canada Flowers.ca (not my first order) never had an issue before, my luck GTA picked up this order. I ordered these flowers one month in advance, I wanted to be sure that the flowers would be as ordered. I wanted all white tulips, for a reason, a sentimental reason. I lost my best friend 5 years ago today, these were her favourite flower.
I called 4 times over the month, each time they guaranteed that the order would be correctly filled.
Order arrived today, multi color tulips, plain glass vase, no ribbon, the card was not signed.

SERIOUSLY COULD NOT GET WORST, the secretary that signed for them didn’t know who they came from, who they were going to.

I called Flowers Canada back, who knows what they will do, but this is is with GTA florist, the incorrectly filled the order, slapped 24 tulips in a vase and sent them off.

For the price I paid for these flowers, i could have picked up 10 doses at Costco!

WASTE OF MONEY, VERY DISSATISFIED!

Very poor service, had 2 bad experiences with them.

1. My husband ordered flowers for Valentine's day from overseas as a surprise gift and they delivered the flowers day before the Valentine's day.

2. Again he ordered the followers for my Birthday as a surprise gift they messed it up so badly. They called me and left me a message which i didn't listen, on the day of my birthday my husband called them to make sure when they going to deliver the flowers they said they dont have driver to deliver the flowers in whitby area for that particular day.

Who would call the receiver and leave message? If it is too expensive for them to call the sender they could have just sent an email to him about the change of plans.

Even though flowers were ordered well ahead of time they failed to do the service and messed up the surprise so badly.

Flower quality is pretty good but VERY BAD SERVICE.

I will never recommend anyone to order from them specially when you do surprise please dont go to them they will mess up your plans.

The worst service ever. We complained twice and never even heard back from them. The bouquet was done horribly and the flowers were old and damaged. Definitely would NOT recommend.

My flowers arrived damaged, the arrangement was in disarray, and the box that it was in was soaked and broken. It looked as though it had been dropped and the flowers were randomly jammed back into the vase afterward. I fixed it up to the best of my ability but I couldn’t fix the broken flowers. The entire arrangement should have gone back to be remade before being delivered but, apparently, they thought that it was ok to deliver the disaster of an arrangement.

Good services, flowers with vase arived to missasagua in good fresh condition on our wedding Aniversary, ordered by my son from Newyork. US. Thank you GTA florist Tronto for such a nice services. You made my day great! Farook shariff

Please don't waste your money! Worst experience I have ever had while sending flowers! I sent my mother flowers on the 16th of July for her birthday to have them be left out side for three hours in the heat then when I contacted them was greeted with rude tones and lies, when you spend over $100 dollars on a service you expect it will be a smooth and easy process but no not only was a talked rudly to but they then lied to my mother saying I was offer a refund which I was not (lucky for me I record all out going calls to business!) as this has been a horrible experience I have no choice but to contact the better business bureau as they refuse to do any thing to correct this situation!

Unreliable and unapologetic.
They failed to deliver flowers ordered in advance for Valentine's Day. They notified the purchaser at the end of the day by email. The offer was to send the flowers on Feb 15th for 50% off. This is hardly a discount given the premium paid for Valentine's roses.
The flowers that arrived on Feb 15th are dry, old and they smell like cigarettes (delivery person clearly smoking in car). My father has sent flowers for Valentine's Day to each of his daughters for more than 40 years, thanks to GTA Florist for ending a beautiful tradition with poor service and low quality product.
