GTA Mavericks Basketball Association

Our son has been involved in camp programs with GTA Mavericks since it started. We are delighted with the programs, service, dedication and care. Our son loves the winter and summer camps, as well as one-to-one sessions. The staff are very professional and caring. They go above and beyond with respect to customer service, care, skills taught and making children happy overall. When my son had an injury last summer before camp started, Mishel (director) was a class act and allowed him to be a program volunteer so he could still be involved, included and keep busy. We thought that was very thoughtful and kind.

I really like how the Mavericks quickly respond to parents' requests and are very well organized from an administrative standpoint (time, length, location of practice). I am also excited by the fact that there may be additional off-court activities for my son to enjoy with his teammates while making new friends!

This is a great team what to say. My little buddy joined 1,5 years ago. He's very improved and the team won last season Looking forward to meet this season in full force.

I was very happy to find GTA Mavericks program. Wonderful, friendly and responsive coaches always ready to help the child to improve the skills. My son is very happy with all programs and after them he is sleep, breath and think only about basketball. He spend all his time with training and improving his skills. Would highly recommend GTA Mavericks.

My 2 sons (10,12yo) went to this camp and LOVED it! They haven’t participated in camp for a few years and are begging me to go back. Their favourite parts are: 3vs3 basketball, the fitness component and the training at the end of the day! The flexibility works very well for separated families. 5+ stars!

I highly recommend the summer camp program run by the GTA Mavericks. The coaches are all very friendly and highly engaging. My son absolutely loved it and can’t wait to come back!

My brothers went to the GTA Mavericks house league, training, and summer camp. It is easily one of the best youth basketball organizations in Vaughan and is very personable. Coach Jake and Coach Mischel are very experienced and professional. If you are looking for basketball in the Thornhill area, this program is the one.

My kids were enrolled in basketball lessons with the GTA Mavericks. We tried multiple programs before, and those guys are by far the best! Great costumer service, coaches are experienced, friendly and helpful!

I have been using GTA Mavericks for the last few months and I cannot even tell you how happy I have been with them. My kids love the program and every single instructor is even better then the one before- they are all sooo good and so engaging. The company is run very well and they are so organized. I highly recommend them.
