Order a burrito bowl from Guac on University and it had a hard piece of black plastic in it.

This place is great. I love this location the food is always fresh. The customer service is great, when I come I usually see Davam and he is always nice, follows instructions and doesn't take too long even when working alone. He makes my burritos the best.

Ask for Devam, he is the best burrito maker I've come across. Takes great care in communicating and even mixes the toppings before wrapping so every bite is delicious!

Friendly and knowledge staff who knows what to suggest for a first time customer. Ordered two Chicken Burritos. Amazing food, Ingredients were fresh and the quantity was worth the money spent. Spacious dining area to sit, relax and enjoy eating.

We ordered two of the three tacos meals. The portion sizes were not enough and the food was really expensive. We ordered online and they messed up our order by putting in the wrong toppings. The food didn’t not taste good enough for them to be serving such little portion sizes. Overall, very disappointing. Left me dissatisfied and hungry. Would not recommend.

I'm a burger and fries guy. However, my Physician has warned me against too much of that kind of thing. Guacamole Mexi Grill can help. This food is fast, fresh, and much healthier than typical fast food. My burrito was substantial and filling, but not too filling. The Manager was friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to really like his work.

I’ve been going to this location for quite some time. I noticed everytime the portion sizes got smaller and smaller. No longer coming here anymore. Found a place far more better called Bar Burrito at the sunrise centre. Bigger portions, better quality food, much nicer staff, and more affordable.

I discovered this place on Uber eats 2 years ago and ever since I’ve never been disappointed. I always order their chicken burrito bowl. It’s really amazing and filling, comes in a generous portion with a variety of veggies and flavourful sauces. The chicken is cooked to perfection and the freshness of the veggies adds a great crunch to the dish and gives it a healthy feel. I recommended this to my friends and they love it as well.

The mango soda is also a must-try, as it's the perfect refreshing drink to complement the meal. However, we once tried the churros for dessert and they were good but tbh they didn't quite meet our expectations.

Overall, Guac mexi grill is a great spot for anyone looking for tasty Mexican cuisine. I also appreciate their welcoming and friendly service.

This place is very good. If I want good mexican food, I come here. Other fast food mexican places do not compare with this one here at Waterloo.

I took my girlfriend to grab buritto bowls, I watched a worker drop a plastic fork on the floor, pick it up and put in on the back counter. I then watched a worker drop a metal baking sheet (used to prepare burittos on) on the floor, pick it up and place it back on the stack of clean trays. I grabbed my girlfriend by the hand and we headed over to Papa Pancho's

Looks good but lacks flavour to be honest. Rice is big no no, no flavour at all. Hefty $18 chicken bowl with chips and guac. I ordered regular they charged for large.
Bowl taste is bad, chips however are tasty.

One of the worst customer service experience. Staff wasn’t welcoming and refuse to serve toppings which I asked for. Food taste was really good whenever I had it in past but with this customer services I will never go back.

there's a tall girl working there, she's the coldest person ever in any fast food restaurant I've seen, she closed the store way 20 minutes before the closing time and despite knocking the door many times in front of her, she pretended not to even care and say they close early.what the absolute.

Great burrito bowl. Lots of fresh flavours tied together with a solid salsa.

Probably best choice in the area on Tuesday with $2 tacos. They basically dump half a burrito bowl on a tortilla and I love it,

Sorry to tell you but this place closes before 12am when it says that it closes at 12am. I have experienced it more than couple of times.

Taco Salads are delicious. The churros were a little over sugared but that's just my preference. Food is so Yummy:)

Worst place ever.

They claim that they're open until 12am but they closes at 11pm. 11.30pm to 12am their P. O. S is offline so can't accept payment but I went at 11.10pm still she refused to make an order. Even the outside OPEN sign board was saying OPEN.

Manager of the store should look into this.

Your go to Mexican joint with a cheese on top!

They are a regular Mexican restaurant for our very close friends and we had their Enchilada one day. We loved it, so we decided to go there and try it out in person.

They do have Dine-in now open and they deliver. Their food is really good and thus they are always busy.

The is a lot of parking space since it's part of a plaza. The location is really good too, University and Weber!

They DO NOT have handicapped accessible entrance or washroom. Their washroom does say that it is handicapped accessible however the button doesn't work. This is where they lost one star.

The food as I mentioned earlier is really good. Their Enchilada is definitely worth the try and I am sure will come again for another one. We also tried their Tacos, they were not very crispy. The fillings are really good as well and they have nice options. There 3 options for sauces all of them are really good. They offer pineapple and lemon as toppings too which is different then any usual Mexican joint.

All in all, definitely worth 1 try. Pls get Enchilada if you are ordering, you will definitely like it. Tip - ask them to add everything into it to make it more interesting

Tacos were really good. Everything tasted great, even got to try the meat before we chose what we wanted.
My only problem with tacos is that it's not much food for the price. The tacos were pretty small and ended up getting food somewhere else after.

Taste is too good. I have tried the bowl, burrito and nachos and all the Items are too good. Hot salsa have an exceptional taste. I would give 10/10. I would recommend to visit GAUC at-least once.

Stopped in for a Burrito after hearing good things about this place. I will say that the burrito was AMAZING and the hot sauce and salsa is made fresh in house daily.
The food was incredible but the real standout was the man at the front serving me. So kind, funny, and you could tell her loves his job. I will be back again solely for this guys amazing customer service

Went there yesterday evening for the first time and I was impressed. The man serving us was very friendly, and described a few of the meals for us. The food was amazing (homemade salsa, yum!), and the serving size was huge. Tons of flavour, very fresh tasting, and all for a very good price. Will definitely be going back!

A decent burrito place Lighter options than say Burrito Boyz Not as good as Chipotle. If you want churros call ahead or let them know when you come in they are best fresh and take time.

Break the norm and get this instead of the chain burrito places, you will not regret it.

These are their "Carnitas". The pulled pork paste tastes like cardboard. Food was freezing cold (You can see the little bits of shredded cheese on the meat not melted at all) the portions were tiny and they charge $5 PER TACO! This is probably the worst food experience I've had, no real Mexican restaurant will serve you ice cold 'carnitas' made with pre cooked pork paste. Very disappointed and still hungry

Fantastic Mexican food spot, close to my work, come here about once a week, taco tuesdays or burrito thursdays, every day is a different special and the quality of food is terrific.

My go-to place for Nachos. We have tried the burrito bowl here too and it is pretty good too. Try the churros if you are craving something sweet to end the meal. The enchiladas look really tempting and is enough for 2 people. The staff is friendly. Worth recommending especially for the nachos.

We order from here for the first time because our go to Mexican was closed for the night. It was amazing! Meat was fresh and moist. This will now be or go to!

So positives and negatives. The lady taking my order really struggled to understand my order even after me repeating myself 3 times and pointing at the menu. She then got frustrated when I wanted some toppings but not others. Then when paying I asked if she understood that I wanted my burrito finished as an enchilada which she still did not understand and continued to get more frustrated with ME. At this point another employee (I think maybe the owner?) took over the situation and rung up my order and finished making my food how I had asked for it (4 times). The food itself was delicious and the second employee was super helpful and efficient. Good prices for how large the servings are too.
