My family and I love the food and service! We always order burritos and quesadillas.
The tortillas, chips (nachos) and ingredients in general are always fresh.
The employees are always friendly and wrap up the burrito very nicely, which is important to me.

Its my first time here trying mexican nd oh my lord how can a place be so generous so jolly and the guy whom i talk today was a gem he was serving us nd told us not to wait nd stand rather sit and he got our things on the table it was so good of him and food was mind blowing best butrito of my life my new go to place to eat mexican now!

Food was delicious and service was good. We ordered kids quesadillas, veggie bowl, nachos, fiesta potatoes, brownie and churros. Everything tasted fresh and their sauces and spice mix were amazing. Karshil, our server was quick and entire order was completed accurately. We will definitely be visiting again!

The crew make sure to keep the clean. Very worth it for what we spend. I highly recommended.

Is this the quantity you get for 22 bucks! Sauces weren’t spread evenly. I usually order food from here but I haven’t got this poor quantity. Disappointed

I have been blessed to have found another wonderful eatery in Kitchener. Although it's a fast food chain, you'd never know it. From the moment that I walked in, I was treated with courtesy, kindness & respect. I was welcomed with a hello as I stepped in. I was taken aback because I wasn't expecting it. The servers today are lovely young women who who exuded warmth & friendliness. My server was patient, accommodating my hearing disability without resentment. I felt as if she wanted to serve me, not as a nuisance which I have experienced in other eateries. I visited on Taco Tuesday, purchasing 3 made-to-order tacos for $2.49 each plus a canned pop. I was full for $10.42. My lovely server offered to carry my tray to my table before I even asked her when she saw that I have a disability. (I use a walker). Even the owner emerged from the kitchen to chat exuding the same warmth & friendliness as her staff. There's limited seating (8), but that's okay. It is very clean, kid friendly & fully accessible. I loved the upbeat music playing gently in the background lifting my spirits & gratitude that I didn't need to shout to be heard.

We were extremely impressed with the freshness and flavour. Had a beef and chicken bowl and the portions were huge. Staff are wonderful! We will absolutley be back

Food is decent. But frustrated with the ordering process. We ordered online for a pickup 45 minutes later. Went to pick it up, and they hadn’t bothered to check for new orders. Had to wait another 20 minutes for me food. They said that they were having website issues and that I should call next time (then why have online ordering?).

Got home, and they forgot parts of my order. This, of course, could not be blamed on their supposed website issue.

After two trips and food that was now 30 minutes late, all I got was a “sorry” and no effort to make it better.

I would say this is a nice place to get a burrito if you live in the area. But it didn't really stand out as something special. And I found it very expensive as well, it's pretty much the same thing as bar burrito or any place like that I really wish places like these would add or do something to make them stand out.although I will say the churros weren't bad, pretty tasty. I ordered nachos with beef and it was the same price as you would get in a proper restaurant and it doesn't compare to a Kelsey's or Montana's or a place like that.they should of asked me what type of cheese I wanted on it because I wouldn't of picked the queso cheese I would of rather had shredded cheese on my Nachos.that being said it really wasn't that bad but it wasn't really that good either.it may be because they are new but the prices need to come down.for me to come back but who knows if the franchise will let them

First order here - Ordered the veggie Enchilada. Quite amazing for the price. My new favourite fast mexican place in town. Keep up the good work!

Best burrito in town and better than its all other branches and the service was the most fabulous aspect of it.

From smiling faces as you first walk in, to great service, clean environment and fresh food to top it off! Highly recommend if you're looking for a tasty bite to eat

Visited again today, and had the most delicious tacos at Guac! I had Veggies and Beans tacos with Guac’s special seasoning.

Second visit, got a burrito bowl and it was delicious! Portions were great and everything super fresh. Staff friendly as always. Will definitely be returning for another visit.

As someone who has worked in the restaurant industry before, I can tell the ingredients are very fresh and good quality. Definitely the best Mexican food bar I've been to in Canada. Everyone here is very friendly as well.
