Guardian - The Drive Pharmacy

Whenever my children are prescribed liquid penicillin they never give enough to last the duration of the prescribed period. This has happened a few times and it’s very frustrating. I called today to tell them, they assured me they did…the bottle says otherwise.
Will go somewhere to fill my children’s prescriptions.

Very poor customer service. Waited way too long for what my child was prescribed. So as he was getting upset I naturally aired my frustration which was meant with very unprofessional hostility. I was informed there was an issue with wrong meds prescribed so had to have that fixed, but instead of telling their customer the wait time would be extended they ignored me and.crying baby and only cared to explain once I became frustrated and then they had an attitude with me which they denied
I can not believe how unprofessional the pharmacist was. She should obviously not be working where she has to deal with people.

Do not ever order a prescription for delivery from this place if you actually need the contents in a timely fashion. Drivers will also call you from your doorstep instead of when leaving their last dropoff.god forbid you aren't waiting at the ready or have any feeling of discontent at the brutal processing. Trash.

Not good place to go they don't care for pepole who sick, talk between each other take ther time and insult ther clients.
I went today to this pharmacy on riverside, the pharmacist was talking all the time with the other pharmacist. I was the first one in line for 30 minutes, I waited for my prescription and when I spoke to her about it, she told me that "in my country" they're giving it faster because they are not professional like her she insulted me because she doesn't know were her family came from. I will give them 0 stars if I could they are not nice people and they dont care about mo body but them self's

The pharmacist wouldn't fill my 80-year old father's prescription because it was a narcotic without a cover page. She claimed this was a new policy that was just introduced yesterday, and that she was phoning the hospital that had just discharged him without any answer. When I phoned the hospital myself, I got through to them right away AND they said they hadn't received any calls from a pharmacist- so either she was lying, or she's a pharmacist that doesn't know how to effectively contact the hospital.
The hospital reiterated that there should be no problem with the Rx we had and that I just try a different pharmacy. I tried an ordinary Shopper's and had zero trouble filling my elderly father's pain medication there. She must have thought I was trying to get narcotics with someone else's Rx. But she fed me a story that made it seem as if she was actually doing her job instead of just giving me grief.

The staff is great. It's so much better than going to one of the larger pharmacies. I feel like they actually care.

Staff are friendly, but all the smiles in the world can't make up for ridiculously long waits to get prescriptions filled, and their obscene dispensing fees. It is twice as expensive to get my prescriptions filled here as it is at Shoppers, and four times as expensive as Walmart. I will never again have any prescription filled here as long as they continue to blatantly gouge their customers.

I find the staff to be very friendly, professional and attentive. I've never had any sort of issue there and have nothing but positive things to say. Keep up the great work!
