You need to reevaluate the people you have working in your pharmacy. They are verbally abusive. They are rude. They are unkind. They are unprofessional.

Poor security. Walked into the store. Old guy was on his knee loading chocolate to a big bag. And walked out like nothing happen. Told the staff you just got robbed and they didn't do anything

Honestly, I'm sorry that I have to write this, but today was truly that last straw. I came in about 10 minutes to closing to very quickly drop off some packages at Canada Post. The man at the front door told me "we're closing soon". There are several ways you can convey that to a customer, but he picked the absolute rudest, his tone was just as close to "get out" as anything else.after lost prescriptions, rude staff, people following me around the store for no reason, incorrect cash register prices, and one woman who informed me I wasn't welcome in the store with a backpack a couple months ago, I will just be avoiding this store and pharmacy at all costs. Message received Guardian Pharmacy, you don't want my business.

This is the slowest pharmacy ever. Every time it takes at least 20 minutes sometimes 40 to get my prescription. They always ask my name to find the pills but there’s no point because it’s never ready so it just takes forever.
A woman there was also pretty mean and condescending every time I came and asked for a cup of water or anything about my treatment. Maybe it’s because i’m being treated for opioid addiction ….

I enjoyed coming here until I had a prescription refilled from CAMH. The shift in demeanor was painfully obvious and uncalled for.

The absolute worst pharmacy around. Prescriptions are consistently lost or simply not ready in a timely fashion. Customer service is abhorrent. Only people with nothing else to do come here and wait. And wait. And wait. After years of frustration we moved everything to No Frills and never looked back.

Viola at the Canada Post substation is amazingly helpful and patient! Great service and assistance!

I came in last week, I needed to pick up mail, tall guy behind the counter was very helpful. I think his name was Mike. Great service!

Guardian have good customer service specially Rhoda did an extra work to guide me and welcoming face.

Almost every time I’ve tried to pick up a prescription here there’s been an issue. The pharmacy is clearly disorganized and the pharmacists themselves are often rude. If you they don’t lose or otherwise mess up your prescription, you can expect them to loudly vocalize its contents for all to hear while you wait to pick it up. I will still use the other services in this place now and then (shopping, post office), but from now on I’m getting my prescriptions filled elsewhere. This place just isn’t worth the trouble.

Would leave a 0 star if I could.very disappointed with my experience. The lady with the glasses pretended to scan my package and because I saw her scan it I didn’t ask for a receipt to confirm the drop off. I’m convinced later she stole my package and now because it was not scanned I am not able to get it covered. BE CAREFUL DROPPING PACKAGES AT THIS LOCATION. Also will be switching over to freightcom. Canadaposr is unreliable for shipping packages.

What is wrong with your pharmacist? Why are they always late to work? It’s very unprofessional and very annoying. How is this allowed over and over?

Hands down one of the worst pharmacies in the city. Refused to take a sharps container for disposal bc "there's not enough room on their shelf. "

When I came to the pharmacy I felt very welcomed and Elizabeth and Iwona made me feel at home even though I'm not polish. I can't understand everything they say in polish but I know it's never bad because they are always smiling

Not actually a compounding pharmacy. Super frustrating to drive there after checking their website only to find out that they're not a compounding pharmacy anymore.

Got my first vaccine at the Gardian. I had a good experience. I found them well organized, thorough and very pleasant. Special thanks to Khrystyna.

Picked up my daughter's medication from here because it was on my way home. The staff (Elizabeth and Khrystyna) were friendly and helpful when I stopped in.

This Pharmacy is well stocked, clean and most importantly has employees like: Iwona, Elizabeth, Sebastian and Derek. These people are knowledgeable, working hard and are making a positive impact in the community.:)

I have been going to Guardian Pharmacy Roncesvalles for years and there is one person named Anna who always makes my experience a positive one. She is friendly, helpful and always greets me with a big smile. This pharmacy also has a wide selection of items.

I almost took my business to the shoppers up at Dundas I asked a employee for some help they were very cold i would even say rude but I was then approached by a much nicer young man who introduced him self as theo and asked me not only what I was looking for and directed me there but not only that showed me a cheaper a option for what I was looking for 10/10 customer service.the post office is slow though

This is the local pharmacy I have come to love in the roncy neighborhood the selection is diverse and customer service is top notch some of the employees really connect to the customers theo at the cash even greets me by name ever since the third or fourth time I have visited.

Caroline in pharmacy is such a nice girl. She was very attentive and helped me find what I was looking for.

Had the pleasure of meeting Anna during the covid period. She was empathetic and professional and pleasant to deal with I was so amazed at the care that I received I even made an appointment for my mother and Sebastian the pharmacist gave my mom her booster.

I actually had a great experience during my weekend visit. My prescription was ready as promised and a technician was knowledgeable and polite. Had a short chat with a pharmacist about other drugs I used to take and it was more than helpful. Definitely recommend this pharmacy for prescription and vaccination.

Complete and utter incompitance girl who answered phone Jan 24th 10: 15am blamed me for them not calling me 5 days ago when my meds that I desperately needed where ready, we live in a day of call I. D.and answering machines I know if u called, another example of customer service is a thing of the past. Please train this person and until then keep her off the phone

The lady at the Pharmacy Drop-off has no manners and is so unprofessional. She could literally see that I was patiently standing and waiting to be called upon for quite a while and instead she was continuing to chat away with her friend about things like returning Himalayan bulbs and sweaters. I honestly get that you’d want to talk to your friend but at least acknowledge a person’s presence and say, « I’ll be with you in a moment « . So unprofessional. Unfortunately this hasn’t been a one off event at this pharmacy counter and apart from the pharmacist with the lab coat everyone else has been very unprofessional.

Before I moved to Roncesvalles, I picked up my prescription up from Shopper’s for 3 years, never had a problem. Ever since I’ve started visiting Guardians Pharmacy for my prescriptions it’s been a miserable experience every time. I hope to find another pharmacy soon, even if that means taking longer to get there. Not coming back.

It’s nice to have access to so many products and services in one place, but some of the pharmacists are quite rude.

The beefy looking pharmacist that only works on weekends is disgustingly unprofessional and rude. No idea how someone like her can still have a job especially in such a professional atmosphere. I purposely avoid going here on weekends because of her.

Highly organized and professional in handling COVID-19 vaccinations despite their limited space. They're handling it extremely well.

I was contacted by Welcome Guardian pharmacy to have my covid-19 vaccination. The timeliness and professionalism of the staff was outstanding! When I arrived at the pharmacy at the prescribed time, I was taken in and given the vaccine without delay. The pharmacist followed up the next day to see how I was reacting to the vaccine. That is awesome service that you don't find with many businesses. Highly recommend them!

Went into the walk in which was pretty fast. I got my prescription filled with no issues. The technician that dealt with me was pretty detailed with instructions. In my own experience it's a pretty good store with surprisingly lots of items.

If I could give this place no stars I would. My service was terrible, I had the entrance door slammed in my face which hit me by one of the workers as a way of her telling me that they decided to close early. The two women in the post office were also mean, tried to overcharge me and gossiped about my friend as if I couldn't hear me. I have had nothing but terrible experiences here lately.

Prices are not accurate. Items are scanning at regular price when they're supposed to be on sale according to the flyer. Whoever is responsible for price accuracy is not doing a good job. Pay attention! Stop scamming customers.

DO NOT COME HERE! Very disappointed in our local pharmacy for trying to price gouge during this critical time! You should be ashamed! $40 for face masks and they removed the price tag so you can’t prove these prices. Horrible business practises.

I’m not sure what’s going on in this pharmacy. Using 2 tablets per day of something, picked up 10, told them I’m using 2 per day so please order more will need it by Saturday. Lady nods in understanding and acknowledges what I said. I call later in the week. My medication was not ordered, “we have 5”. Not the first time either. Will be switching. I didn’t want to believe the reviews but they are unfortunately correct.

Illegal price gouging. Claiming to being gouged themselves, yet no efforts are being made to report their "supplier" for exploiting panic during a public health crisis. You could refuse to pay the increase if it came unannounced but instead chose to continue selling this crooked companies product at the increased rate. Deal with your supplier and have them answer to the authorities!

14.99 for sanitizer? No way you are paying $11 or $12 for this. Where is your social conscious?

Price gouging, opportunists. They will try to tell you that they are being gouged at a distribution level and passing the savings of their goods on to the public but they are clearly taking advantage of a community in crisis.

Stop price gouging and profiteering from a pandemic. Report your "supplier" if they are doing the same thing because it is illegal.

The evening technician is horrendous! Makes my pharmacy experience horrible. Get rid of her. I do not recommend her. I am considering leaving this pharmacy. Waiting for my prescription, I heard her talking about her coworkers. She speaks in a language I do not understand. She is always angry and is unapproachable.

Your store is absolutely disgusting to be gouging people on a $2.99 bottle of hand sanitizer up to $25 in a time of emergency. I will never ever shop at your store and encourage others to stay away from your price gouging profiteering often emergency sick

This pharmacy would get a 5 star rating except that they insist on keeping an unpleasant technichian who only behaves professionally if she is being closely monitored by someone who could fire her.
I have maintained my prescriptions there because everyone else is pleasant and professional.
I have even seen her deliberately mislead unknowing clients into believing that she is the pharmacist.
She was fired a few years ago and persuaded some local customers to pretend that they would take their scripts elsewhere.
This strategy worked on the other owner, who rehired her.
The new owner simply wants to give everyone the benefit of the doubt.
She is a devisive personality and was also fired from another local pharmacy.
My personal experiences with this woman are so unbelievable that I no longer bother attempting to explain them to anyone.
I will say that any employee anywhere who makes me angry enough to use my time making a complaint usually gets fired later when it becomes obvious to the employer that they made an error in judgment.
In this case she should be retiring soon.

I had been going here for many years until I moved up north. I recently had surgery in Toronto and with numerous follow up medical appointments, I needed a prescription filled and it has been a nightmare dealing with a bunch of moving targets raised as issues from this pharmacy. They have kept on changing the issue that's holding up my prescription and that makes it impossible to solve. Saying all is good then changing the issue to something else.pretty sick methodology.

After trying numerous other places, my greatest accolades go out to this pharmacy, and pharmacists Joanna and Anya in particular. This place would not be the same without them, they are absolutely the best, and they should be commended for their expedience, class and professionalism. In fact, the whole staff go out of their way to make every visit an easy and pleasant experience. I will keep coming back.

I brought a prescription for a travel vaccine to the pharmacy. They didn’t have the vaccine in stock so the pharmacist/tech told me they would order it in for the next day. I even told them I couldn’t come back for a few days and was assured this was no problem and they could store it in the fridge for me. I returned as promised only to discover they had not even inputted my name into the system, never mind ordered the vaccine. And all this just before the holidays when things slow right down. The individual who I dropped my prescription off with was present and was spoken to by the other staff member, but didn’t even have the decency to apologize. The other staff member (who was able to locate my prescription) could give me no other explanation other than “it wasn’t processed”. I can’t think of any reason for this, given that I was paying 100% out of pocket.

Fortunately the attached walk in clinic was able to locate the prescription at another pharmacy, but Guardians complete inaction was an inexcusable inconvenience and I would never go to them again.

Pharmacists was very very rude, denied my prescriptions, because she needed to "verify " it and did not provide me with my medications. Very disrespectful pharmacists!

This Guardian drug store offers the community a great deal of value. With in it it has a post office which connects it even more to the surrounding Roncesvalles area. I've noticed that its service is excellent. What's especially noteworthy is how much they cater to the local Polish Community. But I have never found it exclusive. It is Well stocked and at Christmas time I was able to pick up quite a few Christmas cards at a good price. It seems to be owned locally and I suspect it contributes a great deal to the local economy. So my fellow Canadians please frequent this type of drug store. It may be Roncesvalles finest.
