The two guys were very personable. They installed 3 toilets in a timely fashion and cleaned up after leaving no mess. Also disposed of the old toilets. I would definitely have Guardian Plumbing back again for any future jobs.

I was referred to Guardian thru Ace who pumped my septic and noticed further repairs were needed that they no longer did. So I called the Belleville location and they were quick to come out and inspect, they seemed knowledgeable and were able to explain what was happening and what they recommended. They sent me pics during the work as I could not be there and I appreciated that. I must have spoken to at least 4 different ppl throughout my experience and all were nice guys who seemed to care about their work and helping us get fixed up. I would recommend their services. I'm glad Ace did:)

Both young men arrived on time, assessed the problem quickly after discussion with my husband and everything was completed to our satisfaction! I would use Guardian Plumbing and Drain without hesitation and recommend them to anyone. Thank you for fixing my drains so I can use my dishwasher again!

I am so impressed! I called with a sump pump situation at 7: 10AM. By 9: 10 AM I had a new pump installed. Tech was very freindly and courteous. Nothing but good things to say!

This was our fourth time using Guardian. They are a little more expensive than other plumbers but we have been exceptionally happy with all the different services. As far as we are concerned, they are highly recommended.

I contacted Guardian with a service request on October 4,2022. It took two calls to get an appointment for the morning of October 19. I sat here all that day and they were a no show. I waited a couple of days and.nothing. Over the next two weeks I sent three emails.no reply.
I gave them one star but they don't even deserve that.
Do yourself a favor.don't waste your time with them.
November 10,2022 update. It's been 5 weeks since I first contacted these people and I still can't get a response. What the hell is wrong with them?

Exceptional client service! Prompt, highly skilled in their profession. Second time I’ve used and cannot recommend highly enough! And very reasonable (fantastic!) fees! Use them!

Troy was super professional, prompt and friendly. I will definitely be using their services again if any more repairs are needed.

We are very happy using Guardian. They were polite, on time, on budget, and did great work. Troy was especially helpful and cant thank him enough, however the whole crew was great. Very happy, highly recommended.

After having a horrible experience with another plumbing company I called guardian and they came quickly. The previous company told me I have to have my yard dug up. Adam came and assessed the pipe and cleared out my main line and walked me through every step of what he was doing. I in fact did not need to have my yard dig up all I needed what a company that actually cared about what they did and took the time to fix the real problem.

Thank you again I will definitely only use this company in the future!

I always use these guys for my building, They are a little pricy but they get the job done in timely fashion.

Fast, professional and knowledgeable. Showed up exactly when they said, had the parts with them and installed a new septic pump on the spot. The level of service was beyond my expectations and I would fully recommend these guys for any emergency plumbing jobs!

Excellent response after long weekend. They were here within half an hour on Monday morning We had no water since Sunday noon. Quickly detected the problem (well with immersion pump) was not the pump. Professional and cleaned up area before leaving. Very pleasant friendly staff.

We are on a well, had no water. Day 4 into a power outage so everyone very busy but Chris managed to send a young fellow within the hour, Tyler got us up and running, very professional and informative. Highly recommend

I cannot put into words how amazing these guys are. We were told by a couple other septic companies that we needed to replace our whole system and was looking at 32k. Family members told us about Gaurdian plumbing they came right away to check things out, and repair our septic (it was only clogged and roots). Super friendly, honest, reliable and amazing prices. We saved thousands. We will diffently have them back to do more work we need and I highly recommend them for any of your needs

I used these people last year and gave them five stars. It was a nice young man who did the best he could. I was leaving for Florida and there was a subsequent repair required. So we decided to leave it until the Spring. I arrived back in Canada May 2/22 to frozen pipes. I realized the new furnace was not working. I immediately called these people twice, same night with no response. Called early the next morning, still no response. Moved on to a more professional company. Lowered # of stars to 1!

Difficult getting a date nailed down at first. However, Adam showed up and was friendly and professional. He got the job done in a timely, professional manner.

Chad is the man. He came out to replace my air conditioner at a moments notice, no hassles just great workmanship!

My furnace recently died on me and he brought space heaters in the evening and came by first thing in the morning to replace it!

Very impressed with the customer service! Chad and Jake (and crew) were amazing with information and the installation was very professional and looks great! I chose Guardian because of the customer service from the start and would highly recommend.

They came within three hours of my calling. They had the problem figured out and fixed within an hour and they gave me a couple of options of how to deal with it. Great guys, good price. I have no complaints and will absolutely use them again.

Tyler from Guardian Plumbing arrived on time to give us an estimate about fixing water in the basement and an apparent dripping pipe. He explained the basement water options to us and gave us a quote on the spot, which we are considering. He was able to problem solve the dripping issue - the drips were coming from a loose toilet flange, which he repaired on the spot. Great service.

Very efficient and clean work done by these two men. And I am happy with my new Toto toilet. So another happy customer.

Trouble with my water heater, they came in and checked through all the points, found the problem and solved it right away.

This company has fantastic service. Their first visit, I had two old toilets replaced by Tyler. My second request (months later) was a kitchen faucet replaced by Chris. I'm so pleased that the clean up and removal of old stuff was taken away. These guys are polite, efficient.
HIGHLY recommended Guardian!

We called Guardian for a second opinion after being told by another company that there was nothing wrong with our AC despite the house being at 81 degrees and rising with the unit seemingly on and running (it was also making a loud buzzing sound). Jake and Jack were fantastic! They arrived within half an hour from us calling requesting service - we were very impressed by how quick they were! Within 15 minutes of arriving they had diagnosed the problem and within 30 they had fully replaced the defective part (the capacitor) and were on their way. They were both incredibly professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and worked very quickly. The price of the repair was also very reasonable. I would 100% recommend Guardian (and Jake and Jack) to anyone looking for HVAC service! We will be calling Guardian for any future service. Currently enjoying a nice, cool house again! Thank you!

Guardian in Northumberland have completed several jobs for me. They are always professional and fair. They have corrected several plumbing projects where other plumbers have failed to install a long term effective solution.

Tyler checked for possible leak to explain extraordinary water bill and found none. However, he found one sump pump was no longer working and replaced it.

Brad and the team are great. On time, fast and responsive putting a new sump pump in. They'll be coming back soon to fix our French Drain as well.

We purchased a water heater (from their other arm) and water softener and had them install both. Excellent service. They also identified the source of a leak that was not plumbing related - it's coming from the dryer! I never would have found it on my own. These guys are great. I hope I never again need a plumber but, if I do, this is the company I'll call.

I went Guardian for the first time based on the reviews and can now see why there were so high! I had a situation that if not resolved properly could have been extremely costly so was worried about who to go with. Guardian was able to find a specialized part that did the job and installed it with great care to minimal risk of further damage and it's been a few months and all is still working great. Very thankful

I called after 9am today because the the additional pre-filter that the other guys installed was leaking and they couldn't come out to fix it for 7 days! Tyler showed up shortly after noon and fixed the leak in less than 20 minutes, which included cutting the unnecessary 2nd pre-filter out and replacing it with pipe, saving us both time and me money. Tyler was very knowledge, friendly, and great with my nosy dog and toddler lol I would highly recommend Guardian!

We had a relatively major project completed by Guardian, the work carried out and the communication received throughout the project was second to none. Easily the most professional company I’ve ever used.

Woke up with no water, called at 8 and they pulled in by 930. Tyler was super knowledgeable, explaine everything clearly and gave me reasonable options. The parts were in stock and they were promptly back on site and hard at work. As things changed (in my favour), Tyler updated me and gave me my new options. Ended up being 3k LESS than originally thought. They could have easily said nothing and done the work I had signed off on and I would have been none the wiser. Tyler will be back on site doing all of the planned (and unplanned) work in the future

Replaced my pressure tank and well pump switch. Great job and very personable. They explained what needed to be done and gave me options and recommendations for what provided the best value. They were honest about what needed to be changed and what didn’t need to be replaced at this time as well as what would make sense for the future when the time came to replace my well pump.

Woke to find Frozen water Pipes with almost a foot of water in basement! Tyler arrived and was extremely courteous and immediately went to work. He found problem, saved the sump pump but had to replace back up system. He installed alarm for future problems. In summary, Tyler found the problem, and then put in a remedy! Very professional. We use Guardian for furnace and AC service and always find them professional, courteous and anxious to help. I guess you get what you pay for! Tyler was great!

Fast and effective, I called on a Wednesday and the job was diagnosed, booked and completed by Monday afternoon.
This included leaching bed diagnosis/inspection, excavation and hydro jetting the lines and installing a filter and risers for the tank.
I highly recommend this company as well as this particular service (hydrojetting) as it saved me 10’s of thousands of dollars of the cost of a new system.

Have had them in several time to correct and repair a water a well water set up installed by a previous home owner. Issues resolved, friendly and professional. Goes above and beyond
