Don't waste your time with this company. I was looking to rent from them and wanted to pay the whole year upfront, filled out everything a couple weeks pass and heard nothing. So I called and was told the woman that deals with it is on vacation and will call when she gets back. She never called and I never heard anything from them again. The funny thing is I rented a better place just down the street from the place I was trying to get from them, and the place I wanted to get from them is still up for rent 3 months later.

I wish I could give a negative rating. They are a real estate management company for slum lords. Even with a pending personal injury lawsuit against them, they will still leave you without working appliances and in dangerous, disgusting living conditions.

I stayed with these guys 2 separate times and BOTH times they tried to keep my $500 damage deposit. The first time I’m not exactly sure why. The second time they “gave it back” but they canceled the refund a day later because they could not find the key that I left in the mail box (that’s where they left it).

They do not own the buildings they rent out so none of them get proper maintenance. So some are pretty rough!
There’s lots of other places to stay, you can find on Kijiji.
Play it safe and avoid these guys….
