Parking is super limited. Parked across the street at the court. Hopefully my car is still there when I get back: (

Not sure why we weren't allowed to sit inside. Haven't taken a train in 10 years, and I was disappointed that I had to wait outside for my ride. At least, we could be notified that the station was closed, some arrangements could be made based on this information.

No bathroom access to anyone. If they are worried about what's going on in there as it is downtown then maybe employ someone to attend the station. I saw like 4 people go into the no entry room to the side but none of them seemed interested in what was going on in the station.

T station is never open, they have the doors lock, u can't even use their washroom, even if you get into t station!

Went to wait before a Via rail train, and the entire station was locked. God forbid passengers want to sit down, or use the bathroom before a long train ride. What a waste of what looked to be nice station.

Limited parking only private parking which is expensive Few places to sit that aren’t directly in the sun. The Station is always locked so no place to pee and only one place to tap.

Why is the station locked at mid day on Sunday when it's cold and raining out and trains are running? I watched person after person come to try the door only to find it locked.

Station is never open and the parking is basically non-existent so you end up paying Toronto parking rates in Guelph.

So much money was spent on renovations here and every single time I take a train or bus from here it is closed.
Prior to a 2.5 hr bus trip (with no washrooms on go bus - no trains on weekends), and traveling with a toddler, it would be really nice to have a washroom to use prior to departure.
I am all for leaving the car at home but out transit system makes it really hard to do that. What is the point of a beautiful central station that is always locked?

Lack of accessibility to washrooms and staff make for very uncomfortable moments especially when trains are late
