Worst dentist ever! Would not recommend this dentist! Would not listen to me about my children and made me feel horrible if something wasn't done right away. Teeth were pulled when they didn't need to be and made me pay for things I should not have had to as well as adding extra costs after I paid the first time. Worst manners I have seen from the secretary, very unprofessional oh her part as well!
While the dentist and assistants were great pertaining to care, the front administrative person was absolutely horrific. We have a special needs child with a heart condition. When we went for our consultation appointment we were quoted one price range for our child's treatment. Once our child was under anesthesia, the woman told us to sign a new invoice which was thousands of dollars more than we had been quoted. We were shoked and were pressured by this woman telling us "You need to sign this now, your child in under anesthesia". It was a terrible experience and I genuinely hope that they make a staffing change which will include education on transparent business practices and sensitivity to special needs children and their families.
The entire staff here are amazing. Truly saviors to us! My children are very sensitive and they were handled with the greatest care. Dr Derek Decloux was informative, and patient with myself and my children. Never made us feel like we were wasting their time. The entire staff-every single employee were genuine, and caring. They also were very informative and patient.
I would recommend this office to anyone who has young children. They are quite amazing. I would rate this place and everyone staff member 10 stars out of 5! They really CARED about my children. They were never looked at like just another number. Take your precious little ones here. You will not regret it at all.
It’s not about the dental service, but it’s about their parking lot. Accidentally driving over those giant potholes, your car will definitely end up at the auto workshop costing you an arm and a leg.
Super friendly and welcoming to our daughter. They made her extremely comfortable with excellent bedside manner. Her experience was very positive and she enjoyed going. As a parent, the experience was also very good. They continuously provided updates and explained everything very clearly.
I was here today for 2 wisdom teeth to be removed. 1 was impacted. I am very anxious about dental work, surgery and anesthesia. I was almost in tears. The nurses, dental assistant, and Dr. Mobini were just incredible at helping ease my fears. They answered my every question prior to the surgery. The anesthesia was not scary at all. I was still partially awake, I felt some mild tugging, but no pain or anxiety. I was in and out so fast. They prescribed me pain meds and antibiotics, gave me a full list of what to expect for the next week or so and a packet of gauze. I have one more tooth to go next year, and I'm not scared at all! Now for recovery:)
Wonderful care, wonderful dentist and wonderful staff! It is hard to entrust the care of your child to someone, but Guelph Sleep Dentistry was great - they took excellent care of our daughter. Truly professionals. Highly recommended.
Dr. Khaled is amazing! My daughter had her dental work done today and was a great experience. They are informative, very gentle and kind. The staff kept me informed which made the process so much easier! Thank you for the great care!
I had an appointment today for my 5 years old son, and we was just shocked! We was there exactly a year ago, that time the stuff was really friendly and nice, but this time they was awful! Also, trying to telling you that the Healthy Smile program covers only 1 visit/ year, which is a wrong information, it's 9 months! Anyway, I can't understand when you work with kids, you just need to be nice, funny, have time for them, not just rushed out from your office! My son asked me to please not bring him back there anymore, I won't for sure!
I was referred to Children’s Sleep Dentistry for my 5 year old. He needed to have several fillings and two tooth extractions. I was very worried and concerned about him having general anesthesia for his procedure. We had a consult where we were explained what would happen on the day of the procedure, what safety precautions are in place, and we met Dr. Khaled. We returned two weeks later for my son’s appointment. Dr. Khaled and his team were outstanding. The office is very nice and there is a calming atmosphere. Everything went very well and according to plan. The nurse (who also works at Sick Kids) was amazing and so wonderful at comforting our son and explaining the pre- and post-procedure to us and what to expect. She was very good during the post-operative care and getting my son ready to go home. We returned home and my son recovered very quickly. I know it’s hard to trust someone to care for your child when they have an invasive procedure required, but be assured that you’ll receive top-notch care at this office.
