Bought CX-50 2 months ago. I really liked the car and dealership customer service. I really want to appreciate genuine commitment and information given by Mr. Vishal. Thank you to Mr Naveen for helping on the finance part.

I just purchased a vehicle from Guelph City Mazda, and picked up my vehicle yesterday. I highly recommend these guys. Randy helped me out with purchasing my 2019 mazda cx5. Randy went above and beyond with myself and my family. Only good things to stay about him and this location. I didn't feel like just another number to these guys. I struggled for a week and half before coming in here to find a vehicle and had absolutely no luck prior to my visit at Guelph City Mazda. They were even great with my kids, when I brought them in. One million thank yous are just not enough to thank Randy and the rest of the team. I will refer others to you. Again, THANK YOU.

Just bought a new mazda through this dealer. We had such a great experience with Randy and Naveen and the manager Mohsen. They all provided great customer service and a smooth process. Really enjoyed dealing with this dealership.

I just purchased my first new car from Guelph dealership, Naveen Verma, and Randy (RANDEEP) Virk were both upfront, and clear about the prices, and the ETA time on when it will arrive, and gave me a fair deal on the trade in vehicle as well. They made the whole process very smooth for me, and everything was transparent from the start. As long as you know what you exactly need, they will try there best to get it for you, and give you a realistic date as well, instead of trying to sell something to you that might not even arrive in 3-4 months time like how some other dealership tends to do. Small things like being greeted when you first come in matters, that's something other dealerships needs to learn more from Guelph Mazda City.

I am yet to review about the service center, but i am hoping to have a positive experience with them as well.

Staff at parts centre is rude and it's like no one at service or parts wants to do their job. They keep transferring me back and forth when I am looking for a simple quote. I remember this location having a worse rating before. I wonder how they got it up to 4.5 with this service. I made the right decision by getting my vehicle in kitchener. Will try and go to them for service from now on.

Update - called Kitchener mazda and they were professional and polite. Their service department was able to give me a quote for breaks within minutes.

They treat you as family. Very friendly and welcoming environment. They will do everything to make you feel comfortable and you will not leave that dealership without feeling happy.

I don’t normally write reviews but this dealership deserved one. I recommend any trying to buy new/used to go to Guelph Mazda.

I have been dealing with Guelph City Mazda since 2017 and get all my service done there on my 3 Mazda's. They always provide outstanding service and go the extra mile to address any concerns I have. When I walk in the door I'm always greeted with a hello and a smile from the staff. Moshen the dealer principal will always make time to say hi to every customer, something you don't see at other dealers.

Brought my Mazda in as it smelled like gas a lot whenever I filled it up. I suspected a leak. Guelph Mazda told me the gas tank is rusted, leaks and needs to be replaced. The estimate was at $2200.00. I come back home even though Guelph Mazda strongly suggested I leave the car with them for my own safety. I inspected the tank myself once I was home, from the top and from underneath. The gas tank is mint! No rust, no leaks. The problem is with the fill tube, not the gas tank. Do better Guelph Mazda! Stay away from these crooks!

The parts department has excellent customer service. Rob spent a half hour finding everything I needed to finish my Mazda 323 restoration. I own other non-Mazda old cars and you definitely don't get the helpful friendly service at their dealerships!

Called to investigate an issue with my car, wanted to charge me 80 just to look at it and tell me if its even covered under my warranty. Why wouldn't you just pull up my file and say yes or no.

Went to a local auto shop, they looked at my car for free tightened up the loose undercarriage.and sent me on my way with no charge.extremely disappointed that they wouldn't treat a mazda owner with a bit more care, and be rude when i started asking questions.

Bought a new CX-5 Mazda GT from Guelph Mazda. The best experience of buying a car as first time buyer. Excellent service at this showroom, could ask for nothing more.

Randy and Naveen helped me through everything so calmly and easily with no stress at all. The process was so quick and i only remember being exited all the way to the end instead of being nervous as a first timer.

ALL STARS for both these gentlemen, recommend going nowhere else.

To say the automotive market is looking bleak is an understatement. After being caught in a bind and calling around to dealerships from here to London, we had reached a conclusion. No one had cars on the lot to purchase. Test drive, sure, then wait 18-24 Months and hope supply begins flowing. Then my wife told me she was talking to a guy named Randy who may just have a car.

I called Randy, he answered promptly. I wanted to get one thing cleared up right away "Randy, if we like the car, can we buy it and have it in our possession within a few days? " Randy was the first one who could answer yes. So we booked a test drive.

Randy was busy closing a deal when we showed up for our appointment, yet we were greeted by one of his peers who directed us to the coffee lounge area and asked if we had any questions. A few minutes later, Naveen the Finance guy came over and asked if we had any questions, assuring us Randy would be finishing up shortly. The coffee selection was pretty good, so it kept us satisfied. We stepped out to tour the lot and eye up our future car, admittedly the lot was looking a bit scarce but they can't be blamed for global shortages.

Randy found us and after some preliminaries accompanied us on a test drive. He described the features with an enthusiasm that showed not only his knowledge of the product, but his passion for the company and their extensive warranties ensuring a longterm support structure. He took time to understand our needs and then highlighted what he and Mazda could do to fulfill them. At no point did I feel pressured. By this point, we were joking it was the last new car in Ontario (leaving nothing but used cars that cost just as much with questionable lineages), by all rights he could have had us over a barrel. Our choice was our Ford on the eve of catastrophic disaster (that Randy later told us was way closer to disaster than we had realized, this factors in later) or the bus, but he made sure we were educated and informed before making any decisions. Randy was transparent and fair, making a point to have a constructive deal rather than a predatory one (that we've all come to expect as buyers in a sellers market).

We got a fair trade-in for our Ford, and had a similar experience with Naveen the Finance Manager. He wasn't pitching products to inflate numbers, he was making sure our new vehicle would work for us and our lifestyle. We did this all on a Friday night, around 5: 45, with the deal settled, we arranged to pickup our car Tuesday at 5, to allow time for the protective sprays, window tints, etc.to set.

So imagine our blown expectations when Randy called Monday morning, letting us know the car was ready, because as mentioned earlier, the ford was further along than we knew and he wanted to make sure we didn't get screwed. While others are waiting 2 years, we waited less than two business days. When we arrived, the process was nice and smooth, and we drove away in our new CX5.

I've bought a few cars from a few different dealers, but this is the first one I could see myself going back to, hell, I may even swing by with a box of donuts, it just feels like that type of place. Times are tough for everyone lately but Guelph City Mazda came through, and filled me with confidence that they are a premier dealership. I could only imagine their potential when we're out of these weird times and I look forward to being a repeat customer (Maybe they'll throw in a hat or a coffee mug if I keep buying cars there).

If you have a choice, choose Guelph City Mazda, they'll do right by you.

Bought a car Recently from Guelph Mazda, It was a really great experience. As a First time car buyer i was really nervous in the beginning but, Randy and Naveen were really helpful and always suggested the best advice.
