I booked an Appt.with Naturopathic Dr. Matt Gowan as a last result because I was told I had acid reflux which was affecting my voice as a singer. I was prescribed medication to take with no other information about the condition. I wanted to learn more and educate myself. To my surprise, at my 1st appt, I was given guidance and suggestions on a few, easy, diet changes. A super delicious breakfast shake recipe, which, I now cannot live without, and in less than 3 months I am off the medication. I feel great, and my voice is back!

I am so pleased with my experience with Dr. Matt Gowan-ND for my GI issues. He was very knowledgeable of Gastro issues and set me up with testing, a plan and follow up and always accessible for questions which I found a nice surprise! All my appts were done via Zoom and email- worked really well. Within 5 months I went from daily GI discomfort, dizziness, joint aches, and anxiety to feeling like myself again- Bowels and tummy doing great and I feel like I can rely on my body again and can make plans again. I have worked very hard at all his suggestions which is key to your success. I will continue to follow up as needed with Matt and highly recommend this very nice clinic of reception staff that are friendly and always easy to help you!

Wow Vicky Weiler really knows her stuff! After 25 years of feeling unwell.a few visits with her and my entire life has changed. I cannot believe that a human being can actually feel this well on a daily basis. If you are not feeling your best and MDs cannot determine the cause I would strongly recommend going to see Vicky! I came to see Matt for my daughter who was experiencing digestive issues. Our first appointment was in person and measures were taken to keep everyone safe during COVID. The other three appointments were virtual calls which worked well for me because I could take them at home with my daughter and she could entertain herself. Matt is very knowledgeable and helped find the root of the problem and made helpful suggestions. He was relatable as has children of his own so he often used real examples. The staff is also very accommodating and kind to deal with. Overall great experience!

My wonderful experience with Matt Gowan goes back many years when he worked out of Parkdale Clinic in Toronto. Back then I thought getting help for all my serious complicated health issues were impossible. After trying just about everything I was told to try and got very little or no help from them, I became very discouraged. My doctor, back then felt sorry for me and told me it will not hurt to try this guy, Matt. Hoping I will get some type of healing, I booked my first appointment. Matt worked very hard with me. He did different types of acupuncture, homepathy, supplements and the list goes on. I was very surprised and very happy when he got my twelve years inner ear infection to heal. He worked extremely hard to get me well. He was very knowledgeable, always took time to educate me on preventative measures, and he actually cared. I moved about two hours driving one way distance to Guelph Naturopathic Medical clinic but it is well worth the trip to this Clinic for great service, family like atmosphere, cheerful staff, reasonable cost, and most of all, getting better and wiser. My husband and I turned to Dr. Vicky Weiler for help with our young daughter who was having digestive issues. She is currently five and has been having issues since she was two. We had been told repeatedly "that's just what happens with young children, we see it all the time. " Not being satisfied with that, we reached out to Dr. Weiler. After listening intently, and following up with questions, Dr. Vicky made some recommendations and suggested some tweaks to her diet. Simple, easy tweaks and she was always ready with an example of a real life, realistic alternative which made it super easy.
