Omg! I can’t believe how guess is hiring the people with full attitude problems. The way cashier behaves is too much bad. I visited on Tuesday 28 nov. 6 pm in the evening the girl on the cash wearing white behave too bad with customers. Must check the cctv footage. Worst customer service.

The manager there so aggressive and disrespectful with her customers
I choose some kids clothes it was on sale and on the cashier counter they said it’s not on sale it’s just a sign and when I am asking the manager they way she responds was so impolite.

Guess factory at Toronto premium outlet had more offers compared to Vaughn mills outlet. There were bags for $60. I bought two wallets worth $32 each from vaughn mills outlet

I asked her for help, She wanted me announce her in front of everyone as she doesn’t want to move from coworker as she gossiping important* stuff. Still, I asked her to help me getting pair of heels in my size, she ignored and went back to co worker for gossiping.
Definitely she was not working and seemed like she doesn’t want to work. It was Friday time around 5: 30pm. We really wanted to buy but her attitude changed our mind.

I would really appreciate if management review this as it was disappointing experience.

I usually come to Toronto one’s a month for work and Guess is one of my absolute favorite stores to visit.
Usually I go to this Location and I love the customer service from Lindsay she always welcome me with a wonderful smile and she remembers me always is nice to have such a wonderful customer service?

The staff is the rudest. They will answer u without even looking or addressing u. You walk in as an inconvenience. Misleading information is given. They will stand doing nothing but not run the cash counter to check u out.

Staff is really rude ; Insulting customers in public.

Never had such horrible experience in my life, please stay away from this store, you will end being ridiculed after spending your dollars, the store team led by the boss have no respect or manners or even the basic know how of what customer service is.

Management team was unnecessarily cruel to their associates and new hires in front of me. This is non exemplary attitude no customer should witness and they should take a leaf from proper workplace etiquette. It would not only enhance the customer experience but relieve associates from pressure in a very high stress Christmas shopping season.

I would like to pay Wagein, from this store lovated at the best outlet in Canada, a wonderful compliment. Once, she assisted my wife in a transparent and committed fashion, with care and patience, by helping my wife to decide on the best product to be purchased at your store. The assistant Wagein was not solely interested in selling, but truly concerned about meeting the requirements of my wife on the features of the products my wife was looking for.

Will not recommend this location to anybody!
Cashier over charged me, went back to get some items return, and she make it even frustrating, she's short lady, about my height 5'0 to 5'3 (cashier) maybe Asian, light skin, looks like she's high but on duty, she didn't know what she's doing, manager Lindsey helped as well but didn't care at the situation, at all, just get the problem resolved but didn't really finish the problem, as they still overcharged me, spent lots of time and did not want to see these people anymore, they over charged me about $7 plus on the pants but not about the money, it's about their poor customer service.

My friend and I came to do a return the manager ask for a phone number we told her we don't have a number because we were visiting, also when purchasing we were never asked a phone number she walked away from us without saying anything for 25 mins on a call while we were standing wait, she was very rude and disrespectful. I will not recommend this place to anyone after my friend and I spend over $300.00 there. Very bad customer service very. But again I guess because we are black people. She's the manager of the store short and white. This don't deserve any star 00000

Lindsay was exceptional, great customer service. She went beyond customer service, she even called another store to hold a size for me that they didn't have at the store. Very pleasant experience

Visited today, the front staff was too good and helped me finding my sizes but the lady at the fitting room was looking so stressed as she was giving so bad expressions to me as well as i saw her giving to on other lady too, it was so bad treating the customers like this, behaving like a racist

This is the worst store ever. Over packed with lazy staff. They don’t want to do anything at all. Basically they expect customers to fold the clothes after looking at it. They are getting paid to do their job but instead they are just walking around doing nothing. I would give zero if I have an option. Rude staff ever specially the black woman with pink hair braided is the rudest. Please don’t go there to waste your money. Entire staff is lazy and rude. Bad customer service ever

Very rude and lazy staff seems like they don’t want to work at all.i was there for 30 mins and nobody wants to help you. They actually try to run away from you so they don’t have to work or pick clothes.no wonder why there is clothes all over the place.zero star for staff working in clothing section!

Yesterday I went here to buy some pants for my husband and they were offering free water bottle when you buy sun glasses and I bought sunglasses for my self I got that bottle too, but when it filled with water and it hit the ground the bottle was broken.
The bottle must be of cheap quality.

I came here for a gift for my daughter and never had a worst experience. The staff were on the phone and totally ignored me. I heard them bickering about their own employees in front of customers. NEVER COMING BACK!

Store is lazy. Some employees state changeroom is closed, others say it needs to be sanitized and that the only person capable of cleaning it is off for the day. What? How lazy can you be? And returns are on an in store credit only? How are people supposed to purchase closing without the confidence of it fitting? Management needs to change the attitude of lazy employees, for this is embarrassing. Most of the competition is allowing people to try on clothing. Don't use the virus as a reason to be lazy.

I was in here today doing some shopping, I was waiting in line and suddenly the man in front of us fell back and had a grand mal seizure. None of the employees had adequate training on what to do when someone has a medical emergency and more particularly a seizure. These are basic things that you can train your employees to do and could mean life or death when someone is experiencing this kind of seizure. I had no choice but to give this guy the outfit I had in my hand to put something soft under his head. Was honestly a bit traumatizing and hope you (The store manager) can teach your employees how to better handle a emergency situation like that. I feel really bad for this guy all of these people standing around staring. I myself had to lift the guy up onto his side so he didnt choke on his tongue. These people should have been ushered out right away.

Worst place ever. The short Indian girl and the big girl near the try out are were straight out rude and unapologetic. Chewing gum with an wide open mouth while talking to a customer is a first I experienced.

Today I went to this store hoping for a deal on Black Friday. As expected, there were a lot of people and I was prepared for it, hoping the staff would be too! Two of them who looked middle eastern (I'm not discriminating.this is just for the purpose of describing them) were so agitated and annoyed by the customers who asked them questions. Come my time to ask, both of them answered me rudely and one gave me the palm, like talk to the hand. I decided to away because if I didn't, I would have caused a big commotion! PLEASE TRAIN YOUR STAFF AND REMIND THEM OF GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

However needed a second on cash
They had a lady behind there just folding clothing as the line up continued to increase basically pretended she didn't see the line up behind me.

Store could have a space for men to wait their spouses while trying clothes, there is a huge empty spot in front of the fitting rooms. Also, store is a mess, all clothes thrown on top of the shelves.

One of the casier was too rude! Other cashier wrap the items for us what we bouhgt.we bought the itmes as a gifts and my wide want to buy another thing but other casier sad she cant wrap it for us and we left the item back and we love guess but we never will go to that guess again!

Prices are okay, store was good but messy, probably due to more customers leaving clothes anywhere, we picked up two decent top. Checkout was slightly arrogant as they were taking coffee orders while ringing us through, found that to be odd, as this takes away from being customer centric. Only reason I would go back is if my kid wants something. Two stars for brand recognition and inventory availability.

This store has horrible customer service, they sold me a watch that had a dead battery and wasn't working. They refused to refund the watch, argued with me, and accused me of making the band of the watch smaller but I never touched it. I will never come back to this store and will tell everyone I know not to buy from this company again.

I had a bag of Christmas shopping stolen from me at this location. When I had told one of the pleasant employeees working here to ask the manager to check the cameras to find out what happened, I was told (not in these exact words) that whatever she was doing in the back must be more important than the criminal act which just occurred in this store to one of her customers. The manager whom I was told was called Anna, had said that she will check the cameras later that night and she will call me the next day. I never received a phone call. It would have been nice to find out what happened to my bags where I had just spent money on gifts for my family.

Wasnt offered any help. I may not look the shopper part but needed to get gifts to take back home. I made an online purchase instead. At least i knew what the stuff looked like. Not sure what happened to raheem Haven't not seen him there recently. He was most polite and helpful. Gave great suggestions and advice and always remember you.
