My wife went in there to do some Christmas shopping, there was an employee there who we assumed was the manager that asked security to take the clothes that my wife was holding and put it behind the counter, my wife was embarrassed but gave the clothes and kept on shopping, after she informed me of what happened I approached security and informed him that we were there to shop and not steal, he made some excuses and then eventually he told me he couldn't say anything. We decided to put it behind us spent a few hundred dollars and left the store without any altercation, as we left the store manager followed us out and asked us to return to the store so she can check for security tags, at this point I lost my temper and said a few things that I probably shouldn't have, instead of admitting she was wrong and try to descalate the situation her response was to stand in front the store and have a yelling match with me, I explained we just spent a few hundred dollars in the store and granted in the great scheme of things it wasn't a massive sum of money, to us a middle class family it was quite a bit, her response was that she didn't care how much we spent. If this type of person is representing your brand you really need to do an overhaul of your customer service, to be targeted like that and made to be felt ashamed and embarrasserd was horrible especially in front of my teenage son, some sort of disciplinary action needs to be taken if not complete dismissal, a person like this representing your brand can only hurt your companies image.
Bags are knock offs. When sales rep asked if I needed help and I said yes, and asked why the bags no longer have the guess logo inside she blanlkly looked at me then walked away to "help" someone else instead of answering me it verified they are aware of this. Anyone who has purchased genuine a Guess bags knows what the inside should look like. These don't even come close.
Aaliya was an absolute sweetheart and went above and beyond with her services.she stood out to me and was the most helpful - esp because the two other women working there were lazy and mad rude.
Very bad service. The girl simiran who works there has too much attitude and has no sense of talking to the customer. Very rude girl who should not work with customers. I don't think I will shop there again.
This store manager is so rude and have no manners how to talk with customers politely. She is horrible example of any store manager would have for any good brand. I would never go this store and have had very bad experience.
Okay Customer service, messy & dusty store, I get that it's busy but that means: 1 -you need more staff, & 2-maybe just change the routines you have implemented to achieve a better result. Hope it gets better next time I visit.
We had the most undesirable experience with the store manager…if she was in fact the store manager. I now have my doubts. She mistreated us, then tried to retract her horrible behaviour. Terrible. Terrible example for her staff & horrible representation of the brand. Left all items at the front desk. We will never go back to this location (Premium Outlet Mall, Milton). I rather pay full price & be treated with dignity. Awful, cannot express out experience. People are not cattle.
I was here at this store last week, Due to some reason their machine didn't work so it didn't printed the receipt and they asked to tap my card second time. And said the first payment which i did will come back to my account in 24 hours. I called my bank when so much time passed by and they simply rejected whatever happened! They deducted the amount twice and then flipped when the bank called them! Shocked to see these greedy people out here.
Here is all the experience to visit guess at hilton. We spend 30 mins in line and another 40 minutes to do the shopping. After all done their fitting room got closed not because they was closing because their employees call in sick. Is it valid reason? Toronto outlets is one of the famous place people coming all the way from Scarborough to do shopping after getting these expensive i will never go back here. Manager is very rude. She told us to come back tomorrow to try the clothes is that fair? Why they open the store if they are short staffed? Or on the weekends specially. She didn’t deserve the position at all. 0% customer service. She was Yelling in front of everyone. Is our headache to give the employees to them as well. She was so frustrated seems like. I was the big fan of guess but not any more.
Very poor customer service big line up people leaving no one going in.people get let in that just walk up to the door. Staff and managers very unprofessional act like they don't want to be there negative 10 star's
Horrible manager sandara, so about we were at store and had 40off coupon. She was like we just robbed the store or something. At the time of billing everything went through but she refused to give us discount. However after while she just said ok you can claim the discount. Horrible experience I mean other stores tell you about discounts and new offer. Guess just look into this issue.
I don’t understand why employees were in such a hurry to close the payment system at 8: 57 as 9 is closing time. I made two purchase an hour ago and came back to just pick 2 more of the same units for my friends but unfortunately store does not think about making money or providing a satisfactory customer service.
As a customer expecting a store to help me checkout well before the closing time is not so much to ask for especially from such a big brand.
FYI All the staff were collective to not assist about this at the till.
Staff needs to learn some etiquettes. I came here on 2nd of January with my friends. The whole store has around 6-7 people inside and the staff said we can’t allowed more people inside. There were a line of more than 30 people outside. When some customers said we have been waiting for soo long and now we are disappointing, the guess’s staff member named Zoraiz (don’t know how’s it spell) said them a single line “You can go home” and closed the door on their face. I wanna ask the management Is it the way how you treat your customers? If don’t, then teach ur Staff the basic ethics of customer service. THANKS
Bad staff super slow after waiting 20 minutes at the checkout I put my things away and left without buying anything. I will never visit the store again
