My family and I had a wonderful time at Cassandra's home! It's very modern and spacious. Everything is super close by too! Cassandra was super responsive and eager to help with any questions I had.

Marc and Jeff are very helpful since beginning and always replied to my questions on time. I love the short term rental services provided by the company.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house. It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. It also provided the privacy and space we were seeking. The furnishings and artwork were tasteful and made us feel we were staying in an old friend’s home as opposed to just another “rental”. We want to thank Stephanie for making this unique and well appointed home available to us.

SCAM SCAM SCAM company, they onboard you so quickly and promise you all these great things at first. They lied to me about my rental permit and I called the city to confirm and the city said nothing was wrong, they keep saying that my apartment is not booked, but when I look online it’s not availiable, when I called them about it, they said “it’s a glitch”, even worse when I was home once after my listing was closed for 2 weeks they still had my fobs and SOMEONE WALKED THROUGH MY DOOR. And said they were “cleaning” ppl with NO CLEANING SUPPLIES.

So unprofessional! I was planning on hosting with Guestable, but they proved very quickly to be completely unreliable. They booked an in-person consultation with me that no one showed up for. No explanation. They don’t even answer phone calls or emails. I wouldn’t recommend hosting with them.

Lovely place! I enjoyed everything about it. It’s eco friendly while being modern and stylish. Can’t wait to come back and visit!

Best spot ever! The view from the top was magnificent. The place was clean, comfortable and quiet, which is just what we wanted. Location was great and we will definitely be revisiting Brielle’s place in the future. Best host ever and she was there every step of our journey if we needed anything.

Shady management company, worked with them for 2 months, sent payouts after calling 2-3 times and almost by the 2 week of each month. Charges 250-350 bucks on cleaning fees, claims that cleaning company charges that. Never sent actually airbnb original payouts with itemized charges. Still waiting for those itemized charges. Never cleaned one of my properties but keep the cleaning fee that guests paid. Will seek legal counsel against this company if they dont provide the requested documents. A class action lawsuit may come on its way pretty soon.

We had a great stay! The condo is in a wonderful location with easy access to all of Toronto's many amenities. We'll definitely stay again, if the opportunity arises.

We had a fantastic stay for 2 months at 300 Front Street West. Beautiful view on the 23rd floor and great location to be with everything you need just steps away. Our Host was professional and timely which made our booking, check in, and check out process very easy.

Had an amazing time at Sandra's Place. The best view of Toronto forsure. Definitely going to be visiting frequently!

This company is unprofessional and misleading.
I scheduled a call about potential property management and they forgot to call me at the scheduled time. When I did reach them, a Manager called me back almost an hour after our scheduled call.
She assured me the rate would be 18% and did not mention any other fees. Then when she got back to me today I was told it was a 30% commission, I would have to find my own cleaner and handyman and there would be a $1000 set up fee for each of my properties.
Definitely shady to change their rates. I would steer clear.

Super appartement, très bien situé. Proche de plusieurs activités comme la tour du cn, le rogers center, l’aquarium ripley’s, ect. Plusieurs restaurants sont à proximité. L’appartement était très bien équipé et très propre. Nous étions 2 adultes et 3 ados et avons passé un très bon séjour. Merci à nos hôtes!

Great rental agency stayed at one of the suites they manage and the experience was smooth. Highly advise you use them to keep your place ratings up!

Clean, beautiful scenery and so close to the CN tower and cool things to do. I did find the front desk workers rude so avoid them. I did get blamed for something I didn’t break so make sure to check the space of anything that might be broken and take pictures before settling in. Other then that it was a good stay and I highly recommend.

Great location if you have a little one. There’s a splash pad, playground and sand box across the road. Close to highway so everywhere is easily accessible. Host responds in a prompt manner. Stocked with everything you need.

ALERT! ALL THE REVIEWS ARE FAKE. This company is AWFUL.non responsive, and fraudulent. They do not respond to mails and call. A guest lost my keys and they were supposed to pay me the cost but they never did. Guests made damages to my house and they did not respond me to get a damage deposit to cover thousands of costs. DO NOT TRUST this company.

My stay at their place was amazing. I really had a great time. The place was neatly decorated and clean. I will definitely recommend this place and book with them in the future.

My family and I invested in a rental property and hired guestable to manage the property as I live in a different city. From unexplained and unexpected rate changes, radio silence upon concern, and overall negligence of the property, our experience was very negative overall. Will definately be looking into another company’s services for current and future property investments.

Ellie was an amazing host, and very responsive. She communicated every detail, and even check in via the app if we needed anything. One thing, among everything that I admired about Ellie’s residence is how spacious and clean her house is— had a big TV, big seating area, and a well equipped kitchen, bathroom and, laundry room.

Glecy and Marcelo were professional and answered every question I had. They were perfect hosts to a great space!

It was very clean and comfortable. The view was incredible! We really appreciated the full kitchen (a few more pots and some wraps/foils would be great) and ample storage space. It is listed as a 2BR, but one "BR" is really an alcove as you walk in the door. It was fine for our needs, but future guests may want to know this.

I have used Guestable to manage my property in Toronto ever since I moved for work. I wasn't at first sure how it would go and was very nervous about leaving the country and handing over my keys to my home. It has gone very well and I'm happy to say I will be a client for years to come
