Gurr AutoPro installed my tonneau cover on my truck. They also performed a free computerized assessment of the vehicle and found some issues that needed to be addressed, they booked me in asap and the service for both the cover and service was outstanding. The staff are extremely helpful and I will be returning for all my future auto repairs.

I have taken a couple older vehicles for inspection and service here. Everything has been excellent from customer service, to inspection and repairs. They are very thorough, and will let you know exactly what needs to be done to ensure your vehicle is in proper shape. If you are in St Thomas and need a mechanic come here.

Nicest staff and informative. Put my little Subaru through the ringer this summer with 23,000 kilometers since mothers day all across Canada. Issues with Issues and they delt with the most important and gave great advice on what needs to be paid close attention to. Unfortunately it was the transmission. Devil. I got alot of great experiences with my car. But finally I know what the major issue was and I can decide if a repair like that is worth it.

I've been going here for a few years now because of the great service, great technicians, great owners! I bring both my cars from London here because of the professionalism, knowledge and honesty they deliver each and everytime. Highly recommend for both European or Domestic vehicles. Well all of those 5 star reviews are well deserved. They are thorough, honest, and send you a video of what needs to be done on your car. They even throw in a little gift bag of goodies for new customers. Both women are extremely nice and personable, the establishment is clean, and they have earned my trust. They caught a puddle on the parking lot where my car was parked, checked the security camera to find out which car might have left the puddle, and called me back to make sure everything was okay and that there wasn't an oil leak they didn't catch when doing the diagnostic. They discovered it was something simple and nothing to worry about (there's that honesty again), but I was impressed with their thoroughness and concern with my car. A true business gem in St. Thomas.

Just got my car certified at this location and am more than happy with my service! They are priced really reasonably and get you in in a timely manner. Jessie was friendly and awesome and went through everything with me. They even cleaned the inside and outside of the car for me when they had extra time! Couldn't recommend them more.

This place was awesome! Every step of the way they put in the effort to earn your business and complete confidence. I will 100% be going back there and would recommend them to anyone. I was certain I need my rear brakes completely replaced and they said no just a service and showed me how much brake pad was actually left. They also send you a video to show you what’s going on with your vehicle.
Can’t recommend them enough!

The mechanic did testing on the whole vehicle and cleaned the engine and oil change and sensors.they are fantastic people to deal with.professional and high quality work.highly recommend this auto repair shop to everyone with vehicle problems to get more life out of your vehicle.

I’m very impressed with the quality of service at Gurr Auto during my recent brake pad replacement. They explained what needed to be done and gave me a choice of 3 levels of pad quality to choose from and the pricing for each. I then sat in a very clean and comfortable waiting room until my car was done. I was pleasantly surprised to not find any greasy hand prints in my car when I I got in to leave, unlike the experience I had a few years ago at a new car dealership no less! All I found was the complimentary popcorn everyone gets after a service which was a hit with my kids! Thank you very much to the friendly staff at Gurr Auto, I will definitely be back.

Thank you Gurr Auto. I went in to have my winter tires put on and was having a problem with a headlight. They replaced the bulb but also found a few corroded fuses which were also affecting the lights. I always know that the will do a thorough job and that when I leave me car will be safe. Thanks so much for another great service!
