My wife and I spend all day looking for a SUV. Dealer after dealer we visited it seemed they didn't want our business. We felt the service was not what it used to be and that we were out of the loop. We decided to try one more dealer. We visited Gus Revenberg GMC Buick Chevrolet dealer. As we drove in looking at the used cars, a salesman named Jay came out right way to greet us. His politeness and his respectfulness bought us a vehicle. Ryan Russel is a great person to deal with. I would recommend this dealership to my friends and family hands down, there professionalism and service and customer service is second to none.

Pat and the whole crew at Gus Revenberg were amazing from 1st contact to finished service! Friendly, professional, timely - I got a whole new transmission in a day! -they all went out of their way to make sure I had a place to stay, a loaner car to drive, even a place to park my travel trailer! Even my dog Harry was welcomed! I would be happy to recommend this dealer to all who are near Windsor!

Brought in the vehicle for a 94 point inspection. The vehicle needed brakes. I wasn't surprised by what they found. I suspected that we needed them replaced. Pat was great and fulfilled the promises made. He was very detailed in his explanation. The next morning I noticed one of the lug nuts was missing on one of the wheels. Brought the vehicle back and they remedied the problem quickly. There have been other improperly completed repairs in the past 2 years. The dealership has gone downhill in service since the leadership change.

We were just shopping around and not planning to directly buy a new car, but in the end we came home with a brand new car.

Do not waste your money here, staff are amazing but service is disorganized to the point where I brought in my vehicle for a simple fix 4 different times and each time staff told me different things wrong with my vehicle and wanted to up sell me at every turn. Brought my vehicle to another mechanic and they fixed my car no issue for $110 when Gus wanted to charge me $600 to TRY and see if their recommended part would fix my car.not FIX, TRY and fix my issue with a part I did not need.
