Good gym, clean
However the equipment is very micky mouse, good gym for everyone, buy not the greatest gym for more advance gym goers

Insufficient number of staff on duty to properly manage the entrance/checkin counter and the workout areas. Weekdays after 3 pm, it's basically a high school gym. Not recommended.

Great place to exercise, people who visit are respectful and tend to return weights.

Sauna here is pretty nice.

Fun place for kids, teens and adults. Professional staff. 1st class facility. They even have a small gym. The ninja course is quite popular with kids.

Isn’t bad at all, usually avoid busy hours. Only complaints is the girls change room reeks of some smell.

Seriously pathetic location. Someone stole my bag and manager lied to my face*camera is not working* that is so snotty!

I have submitted a police complaint and requested headquarters to look into this matter!

I only come here for yoga class, otherwise it feels like a house party there. Machines will be always occupied most of the time

Very big gym. The equipment is well-equipped and much newer than the gym equipment I went to before. There are services such as massage chairs and massage beds.

Seems really nice. Went on a tour of the facility but they wouldn't offer me a one-day trial to really try things out. That tells me that they don't really believe in their products and that they're more interested in taking advantage...

Unprofessional gym and management. Do not be fooled by the reviews- A lot of the five star reviews are written by friends of the employees that work there. How are towels never gonna be available for people who literally PAY for towel service… every...

The gym is clean tidy and the staff are nice, but they do not man the 30 minute workout area like said on the sign. 5 times in a row my 30 minute workout has been interrupted by someone taking up the machines that aren’t available outside of the area...

Needs more Canteen areas. Gets too busy with the amount of people that go there for Flyers games combined with the tournaments or games going on.

Clean, tons of equipment, awesome staff and service, great classes and fun atmosphere. I love this location!

This gym is in disgusting shape washrooms stink and floor is sticky guests are disrespectful space is so limited not a soul in the 30 minute express but you can’t just use the machines paper towel dispensers out of order so I presume incompetent...

I do enjoy going to this gym however I am giving a 3 star review. To me Goodlife is a premium gym. So when I see the same spin equipment broken week after week, it’s just not acceptable. This should be addressed and also known that more than 5 bikes...

I used to go to planet fitness but they don't have as many locations as fit4less and for my job I had to switch and start going to fit4less. Fit for less charges the same price as planet fitness and gives nothing the gym is dirty the equipment...

Employees here have ego trips. Sad to see newcomers treated poorly for wanting to better themselves at the gym.

Rob the fitness advisor here was absolutely amazing! He was super informative and kind. Helped me out with all my questions and concerns. He made my initial appointment much more relaxing and pleasant. Definitely going to be recommending this...
