I bought the new hyundai Elantra 2023 from the Gyro, Thats my first car in Canada, At the time of selling car everyone was very nice.but as the time comes for the first service, I went to the company I faced some issues, not big one just the noise from the doors and dashboard. They told that you have to your Sales person. My Sales person was Amin. I was trying to call him since a month now.but nobody is answering my call, as if the company got disappeared, Not only this
Despite of mails from last Friday I did not get the single response from the company. This is how you guys comes when we talk about the after Sales support. I am trying to get you guys from last 1 month.
Very very disappointment…Will never ever recommend Gyro hyundai to anyone…

They have the pathetic service department ever. Nobody is going to help you out. My engine light has been on and it seems to be a security concern. Worse mistake that i bought this hyundai car. Been 2 years only. When they sell you a car, they are the nicest but when you have any issues, nobody is going to help you out.

From the sale to the delivery I was very well received by Jayson, Cheryl and Jack. The experience was seamless.

Edit: I'm updating the review now, because of such a bad experience I'm going through. I took my car for service on June the 30th, just a regular service, oil change and these kind of things.
I got a message 3 hours later saying that my car was ready for pick up, so I commuted to the dealership. When I arrived, I was told that they actually found a problem in the transmission and it was part of the recall. Interesting that they never mentioned a recall on that part. After almost 1 hour later, I was told that my car would have to be stay there to fix that. They would request the part and in 1 week it would be ready for pickup. After I week I called and they told me that next monday would be ready.
I followed up and they said that they sent the part hadn't arrived yet (Monday - 10th July). On Wednesday (12th July) I called again and they said that they got the wrong part delivered and so it would arrive on Friday and that no later than Monday (July 17th) my car would be ready for pickup. Again, I called today (July 17th monday) and my car is not ready. I have a trip planned on Wedsneday, where I'll drive over 500kms each way for 10 days. They lended me a much cheaper car than mine, which is not hybrid. I will spend twice as much the amount in gas and guess what. They don't even know when my car will be ready. FYI, my car DIDN'T HAVE ANY PROBLEM before taking to service. They never called me to explain the problem or give me updates. I had to keep calling every two days to get updates from them. I haven't had my car for 17 days and I don't even know when I will get it back. This is a terrible experience. I hope they will refund all my gas expenses during my trip.

The service provided to me by Ramier Mercurio at Gyro Hyundai was extremely professional. Ramier was amazing throughout the whole experience and helped me out with different finance options, warraties and trade-in. Ramier was curtious and responsive before and after I had picked up the car and was very efficient. I would recommend him and Gyro Hyundai to all my friends and family. His service is truly outstanding.

I also want to mention Josh, Cheryl and Jack for their equally professional and friendly services and for making it a smooth transaction for me.

Leasing a car with them. But my trust dropped today. The mechanic told me that a synthetic oil Hyundai vehicle needs an oil change at every 6000km. And then they mentioned hondas and Toyotas need the same thing but at 8000km. I asked him to repeat this fact. He said it again, straight face. Sorry. But my Honda Ridgeline runs mineral oil (not synthetic) and it does need a change at 8000km compared to the 6000km synthetic Hyundai I have.
So I think they're just making me pay cause I have to follow the maintenance schedule on the lease contract. I don't mind paying if they had a better "excuse", but they're basically saying Hyundai worse than Honda.or their mechanic is confused

Today I picked up my new Hyundai. It is my fourth car of the same model Hyundai. Very reliable and great to drive. Last year I started working in Toronto again and needed to find a local dealer to service my car. I chose Gyro and they did great work on my car. Teresa was my service person who took care of me. Gyro checked that my car didn't have any recall items, and checked the car thoroughly in case anything was needed under warranty, as my warranty was about to expire. I liked the way Teresa treated me and managed my repair; giving me options, making suggestions, etc. She was excellent. Shortly after my experience with Teresa, I approached Gyro about a trade-in and began the sales process. I worked with Josh, the sales manager and I found him to be a straight talker, and honourable in the way the deal was conducted. After signing, I then did the financing with Jack. He worked with me on several options to get the best interest rate. All in all, a very easy and enjoyable process, run by a great team. Then the car arrived. Today I went with my daughter to pick it up. We had made an appointment with Cheryl, the delivery manager, to pick up the car. Cheryl walked us through how our future interaction with Gyro would take place; here is the parts department, here is the service team (I knew them already). Here is where you can relax while we service your car, etc. Then she collected the keys from us for our old car and took us out to see our new car. This is where things got very interesting with Cheryl. She moved us through the car from the the trunk to the engine, pointing out features and explaining how things worked. We were trading in a similar car and Cheryl knew not to waste our time on features we already knew about, and she mainly pointed out the differences. We went through the engine compartment, where to check the oil, how to add wiper fluid. Most of these things I could guess, but my daughter was mesmerized. As a new driver she was hanging on Cheryl's every word. Then we moved to the interior. Here Cheryl focused on the safety features, the emergency call button in case of an accident, etc. We drove away feeling very comfortable with this new vehicle.
Speaking with my daughter on the way home I realized that Cheryl did more than just introduce us to a new car. She did more than that. She impressed upon my daughter that in a world that is predominantly male, here was an intelligent and impressive woman with a commanding presence, knowledge of her subject matter, and empathy for her customer. It doesn't matter where my daughter's career leads her, it is experiences like the one we had today with Cheryl that will give her the confidence to excel in whatever task she should undertake. Overall, a great experience at Gyro and I recommend the Gyro team for purchasing a Hyundai.

The purchase of the vehicle was fine. Delivery and follow up were not at all acceptable. There seems to be a disconnect within the dealership regarding saying they are going to do something and actually doing what they said. Business Manager, Delivery Coordinator, and two different Sales Managers. Each one left me without an update or reply even though each one had committed to getting back to me. My bar for customer service is pretty low, do what you said you were going to do. If you can't do it tell me and update me on what you are doing. Seems really simple yet it did not happen multiple times. Vehicle seems fine not at all sure if I will continue to bring it to the dealership for service.

Thank you for your reply but please check with Sasha, Jack, Cheryl, David and Josh at the dealership they are all well aware of the details. I have sent detailed notes with few replies other than from Sasha. Frankly I have contacted the dealership multiple times the communication shortfall is at Gyro. Thank you, Steven

We chose Gyro Hyundai because among the different dealers in the GTA, it was the one that offered the most reasonable price and the most attentive service. I accompanied my husband to pick up our car and the experience could not have been better. Sadly I have to edit this review. Something has changed at this dealership in the last year and I have had two bad experiences. I'm not sure if it is staffing changes, something everyone is dealing with due to the pandemic but I will no longer be using this dealership. I even gave them a second chance today but again they failed me and I will need to seek assistance at another garage. This drop in service level is since my extended warranty expired. Is there a coralation? Maybe. Sadly I am dropping their 5 star rating to a one.

I've been servicing my car with this dealership since I purchased it in 2014 and the service has been consistently excellence. Everyone on Renee's team is top notch. Today, I had something unexpected come up and I was worried about traveling on the highway since I was going away for the weekend. Riccardo was able to fit me in on an emergency basis and fixed two safely issues. While the service team worked on the Santa Fe, I sat in the comfortable lounge and worked for a few solid hours. As always, everyone at the Laird dealership is kind and courteous and always does an awesome job of explaining what needs to be done and what can wait for the next time. While in the middle of a global pandemic, with budget dollars stretched thin, I appreciate the direct talk and the advice. Thanks again, guys! I always feel safe and well taken care by your team! I chose Gyro Hyundai because after contacting several dealerships around the GTA, it gave me the best offer for a 2022 Kona. It is a very calm place, all the guys who work there are very nice. I was received by Jayson who is an excellent dealer: he is honest and fair with the price and does not pressure you to buy at any time. He is firm in the agreement, does not haggle or overwhelm you with offers. On the contrary, it makes the purchase a very pleasant process with no stress at all. Therefore, until now I consider that I decided on the best dealership to buy my car, the experience could not have been better.

It took 3 hours for an oil change.would have been longer if I hadn't waited in their waiting area. I don't understand why they even offer appointments that you can book weeks in advance if there is going to be such delay. If the work requires many hours to do, I would understand this long of a wait but for a simple oil change? I noticed that they didn't even take my car in until 2 hours in. Would have taken longer if I hadn't refused their complimentary car wash. Another customer stormed out and demanded her keys back after walking around for 2 hours and noticing that her car was still not taken into the service bay. Location is ideal for me but will not be returning for any future services.

Thanks to Sacha and Cheryl the experience of buying a car was great, however don't expect a huge amount of guidance from the financial side of things from the financial manager. A budget was set out throughout the purchasing process- the finance manager was aware and could have made the warranty pricing known at the time of discussing finances at the very beginning of finding a suitable car; instead he waited until the deposit was paid, and a substantial down-payment had been submitted before discussing and factoring the pricing of warranty into the budget they were aware of from the beginning- it was not helpful in any way.

Going into dealerships can be intimidating at times but this Hyundai was very welcoming. Their sales team is friendly and patient (spoke with a one product advisor on the phone but closed the deal with another product advisor in store), both of them were really helpful.

And their General Manager was very knowledgeable and courteous. He was able to get the price we wanted and the specific car we wanted (trim and color as well). It is definitely one of the better Hyundai within the GTA. Would definitely recommend.

Very recently, I bought my fisrt car from Hyundai Gyro.
My first contact was Aris then I met Jack, David and Cheryl.
I found all of them very friendly, extremely professional, and super helpful.
Aris was wonderful and he helped me find the best deal possible. David was extremely caring and passionate. He tried his best to find the make and model we want. Jack led the financial part in the most professional way and helped us to get settled accordingly.
The last contact was Cheryl. I met her at the day of delivery and she brought the whole purchasing experience to the next level. She is extraordinarily knowledgeable, extremely kind and friendly, and super patient. Her contagious kind attitude affected me the moment I met her and she delivered my first car in the most amazing and time efficiently manner.

Okay, to start, my husband did not have a stellar experience with an employee of Gyro.
Management at Gyro dealt with it immediately once informed of the issue. Thank you JP!

Kudos to Joshua the Sales Manager for his amazing personality and skills. He is a true gentleman and skilled at de-escalating upset old men, like my husband.

Next up for applause is Sacha Popovski. Sacha is by far, the best sales person we have ever met. Knowledgeable, professional and hilarious. And patient. We wish we bought our first Hyundai from Sacha.

Jack in finance was excellent, friendly and efficient. He knows his stuff and was great.

And finally, the lovely Cheryl Brown who took the time to provide an excellent and detailed run through of our new vehicle. We left the sales lot extremely comfortable with our purchase and very knowledgable about the vehicle. BTW Cheryl, my husband Steve wrote this. Nyuck Nyuck, Nyuck.

I'm not sure how this place is rated a 4.5. This has to be literally one of the worst run dealerships I have ever seen. Customer service is absolutely abysmal, takes hours to get a simple oil change completed. Wait times for your vehicle are rarely ever respected, they tell you 1 hour and you end up waiting for four. It's always chaos when I come in, very disorganized and poorly run. If you need to get your car serviced, don't ever take your car here.

Purchased a TUSCON 2019 few weeks back and since then we've never had any issues and we're super loving the car. Hyundai was our brand and Gyro Hyundai made us stick to the brand. Our product advisor Jayson did an amazing job. He was super knowledgeable and forthright he knows what he was selling and knew every details of the vehicle. As soon as we walked in Jayson greeted us and we felt very welcome right away. The whole process was super smooth and fast. Thanks to the financial manager Jack he also did an amazing job and Rita the delivery coordinator demonstrated the features of the vehicle very well. They are all proactive to do their very best!

Overall great experience and i would highly recommend GYRO Hyundai!

I intended to buy my vehicle but, I had some personal problems so in the same week I told them my situation about canceling the deal but they (Jack Jin "Financial Manager") did not want to help me at all in returing my $1000 deposit.

I went there and I spoke with him and he just told me he could not do anything, asking me to leave. I sent him around 4 emails in between 2 months asking to give me a bill of expenses they had since I gave my $1000 deposit. However, I never replied me back. I also sent an email to (Joseph Kovac), but not reply at all.

After writing this review Christopher Nabeta contacted me and explained why they did not reply to my emails back. I completely understood why. They returned my $1000 deposit back.

Christopher Nabeta is a dedicated person who seeks the optimization of the processes in the Gyro Hyundai family. Gyro Hyundai took care of my situation and explained in details what had happened. I think in some part of the process it was my fault.

Michael was awesome. He was very friendly and more importantly honest about the car we were interested in. We had some hesitation to choose between two models of the car we were looking for and he professionally and patiently described the differences and similarities. Since the very first moment we entered the dealership, Michael assisted us perfectly. In less than an hour we made up our mind and since then till the moment we picked up the car he was available to us over the phone and via text messaging to make sure that he provides all we want.
This is our very first car in Canada and we are satisfied for the business we've had with Gyro Hyundai with the assistance of Michael Kramp. I certainly recommend him and their dealership to those who enjoy driving Hyundai cars.

I just got Hyundai Tucson 2018. It was a great experience before buy this car. Dayvon was very patient and concerned a salesman. While I went there I just wanted to see and look out the car but He literally helped for everything about car and then I decided to get it right away. The car: Excellent. I had no intent on buying a new car but they sold me on one and I am loving my Elantra so far.

Dayvon: Great salesman. I wanted 0% financing and a manual transmission and he got it done.

Chris: Great guy with a great name who helped find my car. The gf finds him really attractive though so I can’t bring her back.

Jack: Had a miscommunication about the bill but when I brought it up he took care of it promptly. Class act

Rita: Absolute sweetheart. Took her time to show me the features and get me set up in my new ride.

Highly recommend Gyro Hyundai.

I purchased my second Santafe and this time from Huyndai Gyro. I am happy to deal with them. Dayvon was very helpful from very first minute that I call him to close the deal. One thing I really like is the quality of customer service by saijithi and jack jiin, they really took care of all my questions to the best of their knowledge since I was purchasing my first car. I like the fact that they ensure their customer is totally comfortable and not pressured.

In April 2018 I came to have my winter tires replaced with my all-season tires. While I was waiting I was informed that they couldn't put my all-season tires because one of the tire was missing a big chunk of rubber on the side and the other ones were badly worn out. It turns out they don't inspect the tires which they take off the car while putting them in the plastic bags before they give them back so I had to purchase a brand new set at the full price. If they informed me about the problems when they took them off in November of the previous year I would've had plenty of time to find a cheap replacement. When I got home I've checked my winter tires and sure enough there was a screw embedded in one of them and about which I wasn't told either. That was just one thing. After I payed the full price the clerk at the Service Department who was handling my service told me that since I bought a new set I am entitled to either a rebate or a full year of the Roadside Assistance similar to CAA membership. My CAA membership was expiring in August and he told me that if I come in the office at that time he will start my new contract of the Roadside Assistance and I will also get a free car wash. When I showed up on August 27th for the signing the contract first no one in the Service Department knew what I was talking about even though I had all my paperwork in hand so they send me to the Sales Department. People there also had no idea what I was talking about and send me to Finance Department. After waiting for 30 minutes (the Finance Department rep starts working at noon!) I was again told they he has no idea what I was talking about and took me back to the Service Department about my problem. When he asked them if they do such thing they confirmed that they do but only one person in the Parts Department has the access to that system. After I was left with the head of Parts Department he went through my documents multiple times and told me that I bought new tires in April. I didn't want to yell at him or threw something heavy at him so I just agreed and pointed out that it wasn't the reason I seeing them today. So at the end it turned out that my Roadside Assistance contract was activated on the day I bought the tires and I also missed an opportunity to file for a rebate from the manufacturer since this two things were not mutually exclusive. This this place hires liars and mentally challenged people to work in the Customers Service. Be aware.

It was a good experience talking to Michael at the dealership. He provided informative details of the car and help me choose different trim options based on my need and budget. One thing I appreciate is the honest opinion rather than pointlessly sell on things i don't need.

While test driving the car, he points out the different features and demonstrated how I can see the security features of the vehicle.
